以创新人才为目标的工科实验教学模式的研究与实践

对目前高校工科实验教学现状进行研究,结合国家对创新人才的需求,从实验课程设置、实验室建设、实验教学改革、实验教师素质提高等几个方面,提出了改革实验教学的意见。     

反应性实时测量建模及仿真实现

从6组缓发中子点堆动力学方程出发,采用逆动态法建立核电站全范围仿真机反应性实时测量的数学模型,并编程实现该模型.利用点堆动态方程在无外加中子源、反应性小阶跃变化时的解对该方法进行验证,计算结果与实际值相吻合;将从仿真机采集到的数据用于反应性的实时计算,结果表明该方法能够正确反映反应性的变化趋势,可以在仿真机上使用该方法对反应性进行实时监测,为培训操作人员提供帮助.     

松树萎蔫病发生中心化趋势和扩散模式研究

基于GIS挖掘松树萎蔫病发病林型几何质心,利用空间计量统计的方法探求松树萎蔫病扩散的模式。结果显示:滁州地区松树萎蔫病的发生呈现随机分布的态势,空间均值模型和加权标准化距模型的计算发现松树萎蔫病发生的空间特征向量-空间均值点位与首次江苏省松树萎蔫病发病区域的江浦区有较近的空间距离关联,空间均值出现在全椒县东北方位、滁州县东南方位和江苏南京市江浦区西侧方位的区域,加权的标准化距(STD)为58.133km,理论上推断以该均值点为中心,发散范围可以达到周边以58.133km为半径的区域。根据加权标准化离均差椭球参数(SDE)模型拟合得出松树萎蔫病发病点理论扩散趋向为西北-东南方向与正北左倾为62.373的角度,理论扩散的范围为长轴46.75km、短轴20.34km的椭形区域。     

固体氧化物燃料电池阴极材料La1-xSrxFe1-yMnyO3-δ的合成与性能表征

固体氧化物燃料电池技术提供清洁、高效的发电方式。La1-xSrxFe1-yMnyO3-δ(LSFM)钙钛矿作为中温固体氧化物阴极材料受到人们的关注。本文用柠檬酸盐法合成了La1-xSrxFe1-yMnyO3-δ(x=0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4;y=0.1,0.2,0.3)钙钛矿阴极材料。使用同步热分析仪(TG/DTA)研究了钙钛矿结构的形成历程。XRD衍射结果证明单一钙钛矿相的最佳形成温度是800℃。采用直流四探针法测试了样品的电导率,其中La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.9Mn0.1O3-δ显示了最高值。用碘量法测量了LS-FM中的非化学计量氧值。随着Sr与Fe的增加,非化学计量氧值增大。通过XRD与SEM分析,La0.6Sr0.4Fe0.9Mn0.1O3-δ与La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3-δ之间显示出较好的化学和热相容性。结果表明LSFM有望作为中温固体氧化物燃料电池的阴极材料。     

一种基于智能Agent的用户个性化信息检索系统模型

针对当前信息检索工具缺乏对知识的理解和处理能力,提出了一种基于智能Agent的用户个性化信息检索系统模型,通过多个Agent的协调工作为用户提供个性化服务。描述了该模型的系统结构及各功能模块的实现方法,分析了系统模型的工作流程,部分解决了信息检索中的文档相关性计算、搜索引擎的调度算法、数据库的构建等技术问题。     

从医学角度谈青年学生的心理健康

青年学生是一个特殊的群体,他们的行为对社会有较大的影响。关注他们的心理健康,让他们健康地成长、成才,顺利走向社会,是全体教育工作者永恒的追求。     

Application of backflush and micro-flow techniques to the analysis of C5—C13 hydrocarbons in crude oils and its geochemical significance

An Agilent 6890N GC equipped with both FID and Agilent 5975 MSD analyzer has been employed to analyze C₅—C₁₃ hydrocarbon fractions of crude oils. A technical combination of program temperature volatilizer injection, backflush and micro-flow controller afforded a fine separation of C₅—C₁₃ compounds on a PONA column with the heavy part of crude oils being cut off before entering the analytical column. Both GC-FID chromatogram and GC-MS mass chromatograms (MID and full scan) could be obtained at the same time. The retension time differences of nC₆—nC₁₃ alkanes between GC and TIC were in the range of 0.02—0.58 minutes. Totally 286 peaks have been assigned group compositions. Results on 8 typical oil samples from CNPC Key Laboratory Crude Oil Library showed that the characteristics of C₆—C₁₃ hydrocarbon group composition could be used in oil-oil correlation studies.     

西昌市创建国家森林城市的可行性分析

在"一办三创"成果的基础上,优异的自然经济环境和已具备的创建基础等条件,为西昌市创建国家森林城市奠定了较坚实的基础,但同时也存在着绿地面积不足、结构不合理以及本土特色不明显等问题。因此只有借鉴其它森林城市成功经验,注重科学规划、合理布局,打造地方特色的精品工程,才能使西昌市创建国家森林城市成为可能。     

Validation of three infiltration models on purple soil under simulated rainfall

So as to find models suitable for the prediction of water infiltration in purple soil,infiltration rates simulated by three popular empirical infiltration models,Horton model,Kostiakov model,and the modified Kostiakov model,were compared by using those observed results on slope in purple soil under rainfall simulation.28 sets of infiltration data were divided into two parts for parameter estimation and validation independently.The performance of the three infiltration models was evaluated with the Nash and Sutcliffe efficiency criterion.The results show that the percent for Nash and Sutcliffe efficiency greater than 0.7 is about 69.7% for the Horton model,and 48.48%,and 54.55% for the Kostiakov model and the modified Kostiakov model,respectively.Horton model is better than Kostiakov model and the modified Kostiakov model in most rain events in the field.However,Kostiakov model is still suitable for reasonable prediction of the infiltration in purple soil sloping farmland because fewer parameters are needed.Furthermore,rainfall intensity has significant effects on the parameter values used in the simulation models.The simulation results can be improved by choosing suitable parameters according to the rainfall intensity.     

Bioscouring Knitted Cotton Fabric with an Experimental Pectate Lyase

An experimental pectate lyase enzyme was used toscour knitted cotton fabric and the emphasis was on pectinremoval. Using an enzyme dosage of 0.2 g/L at temperature55℃ and pH 6.35 for 30 rain, good scouring properties wereobtained. When appropriate concentrations of 1 - HydroxyEthylidene- 1, 1 - Diphosphonic Acid(HEDP) and CaCl2were added, the percentage pectin removal improvedsignificantly.
