火焰原子吸收法测定牧草中的钾、钠、钙、镁

将火焰原子吸收法引入到大批量牧草中钾、钠、钙、镁的分析,并将此法与经典分析方法进行了比较,对该法测定牧草的精密度、准确度、干扰及排除等方面进行了探讨。     

A simple structural feature is a major determinant of the identity of a transfer RNA

Analysis of a series of mutants of an Escherichia coli alanine transfer RNA shows that substitution of a single G-U base pair in the acceptor helix eliminates aminoacylation with alanine in vivo and in vitro. Introduction of that base pair into the analogous position of a cysteine and a phenylalanine transfer RNA confers upon each the ability to be aminoacylated with alanine. Thus, as little as a single base pair can direct an amino acid to a specific transfer RNA.

水解聚丙烯酰胺与磺化苯乙烯——马来酸酐共聚物之间高分子络合物的研究

本文用紫外光谱法对水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和磺化苯乙烯——马来酸酐共聚物(SSMA)之间形成的高分子氢键络合物进行了研究,得出了络合物的组成、稳定常数和表观络合标准自由能变化等。并用经典的粘度法对所得结果进行了验证,证明紫外光谱法可用于高分子氢键络合物性能研究。     

氨基酸溶解性规律及离子－屏蔽晶体模型

指出了氨基酸偶极溶剂化互斥模型在解释氨基酸溶解度规律上的不足，并提出了新的离子－屏蔽晶体模型．该模型依据偶极离子的结构特征，从结晶、水化、扩散、溶解等物理化学过程，分析了离子键、范德华键以及它们形成的离子层、疏水屏障和晶体结构，并论证了等电点时溶解度最低这一原理．     

THE STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF FINE DENIER HOLLOW POLY(ETHYLENE TEREPHTALATE) FIBRES

Using brighten white and modified PET chips, fine denier hollow fibres (dpf=0.5～1.5) were prepared on a Fuji Filter MSTC-400 and VC-443A drawn machine, whose structure and properties were tested by X-ray diffraction mater, SOM-II sonic velocity meter and Instron-1122 Tensile tester, electron and light microscopy etc,. The results show: fine denier hollow taken-up yarns prepared at low spinning velocity have radial orientation, higher strength and elongation at rupture because radial stress is higher than normal stress. Fine denier hollow drawn yarns with hollow degree up to 18～35％ and high tenacity, together with high crystalline degree and small crystal and amorphous domains, can be empolyed as products.     

浮漂式钢水连续测温传感器技术研究

介绍了浮漂式传感器的原理、特点及使用效果。它用同一个传感器以恒定的深度测量钢水温度，信号稳定、准确；分段选用不同材质，各发挥其优势，耐高温、导热好、抗热震、耐钢渣侵蚀、寿命长；传感器冷端设置的高温自动补偿措施能显著提高测湿精度；它用于连铸中间罐和炉外调温精炼进行钢水连续测温，取得了满意的使用效果。     

铜锡合金热弹马氏体金相形貌研究

本文研究了Cu——Sn合金系列热弹马氏体的金相组织形貌,并研究了不同配比成分及不同热处理工艺参数对马氏体形貌和热弹效应的影响。提出了两类不同马氏体β′与γ′按成分的区域划分并非固定不变的,随着冷却速度加大,区域将左移。     

有旋场中几率流体的统计熵及其应用

首先定义熵动量并对其取旋度,再根据波尔兹曼熵公式,推导出二维平面几率流体涡度熵的时变方程,最后根据地球大气的实际,对熵变方程作出了物理解释,并且提出了一个诊断天气系统变化的方法。     

Persistence of a growth hormone-like antigen in organ cultures of human placentas

Zusammenfassung Auswüchse menschlicher Placenten (12.–14. Woche Schwangerschaft) wurden in Organkultur gehalten. Obwohl sich die histologische Struktur langfristig erhalten lässt, bleibt ein dem menschlichen Wachstumshormon ähnliches Antigen, das in unkultiviertem Syncytiotrophoblast vorhanden ist, nur 10–14 Tage lang am Leben. Dasselbe erscheint vorübergehend in Cytotrophoblastzellen der Placentaauswüchse während der ersten 3 Monate.
