从整个根本入手,求真致用并重--试论《科学》杂志的科学传播理念

1915年创刊的《科学》杂志，在中国率先树起了“科学”与“民主”的大旗，吹响了现代化文化启蒙的号角：最先使用横排向右、使用标点符号的排版方式。倡导科学名词的统一和规范化使用，便利了科学信息在中国的流通传播；开创了将科学作为一个完整知识体系在中国进行传播的事业，促进了国人在现代意义下对“科学”一词的理解和普及使用。

初中数学学习中的生成性知识初探

以2004年为基准年,2010年为预测年,利用CALPUFF空气质量模型,研究了贵州“西电东送”火电项目火电厂排放导致的NO2时空分布特征,及对各关心点NO2的贡献浓度。结果表明:现有电厂排放主要对贵州本省中、西部地区的NO2有一定影响,对重庆市略有影响。规划电厂投产后,NOx排放量增多,对区域环境NO2的贡献值有所增加。另外,由于一些电厂靠近环境敏感的中心城市,故应加强对火电厂燃煤烟气中NOx的排放控制。     

浅析几种有效的开关电源EMI的抑制措施

开关电源是一个很大的噪声源,本文先分析了开关电源产生电磁干扰(EMI)的机理,介绍了EMI测量方法,然后分析了几种有效的开关电源EMI的抑制措施,并着重阐述了EMI滤波器抑制方法。     

Intrusion Detection Method for Program Vulnerability via Library Calls

Library function call sequence is the direct reflection of a program＇s behavior. The relationship between program vulnerability and library calls is analyzed, and an intrusion detection method via library calls is proposed, in which the short sequences of library call are used as signature profile. In this intrusion detection method, library interposition is used to hook library calls, and with the discussion of the features of the library call sequence in detail, an algorithm based on information-theory is applied to determine the appropriate length of the library call sequence. Experiments show good performance of our method against intrusions caused by the popular program vulnerabilities.     

大开口对船舶板架稳定性和极限承载力的影响

选取典型船舶板架，采用ANSYS系统，对开口和不开口的板，分别进行了特征值屈曲分析和极限承压屈曲分析，同时，运用便于简化处理的相当梁系法，将加筋板架，近似看作由带附连翼板的交叉梁系构成，转换以后，给出了一套工程近似计算方法，经分析比较，得知：板的屈曲模式所对应的屈曲压力并不一定是最低的，高应力区出现了梁（桁）腹板平面外的失稳，大开口边缘构件的倾向刚度大大削弱，纵桁的理论论界应力降低。     

考虑横向剪切变形的层合板弯曲应力分析

比较了考虑横向剪切变形的几种力学模型，提出了一种新的假定剪应力沿板厚呈抛物线分布的分层模型，以特殊正交各向异性层合板为例，采用两种不同的方法建立了各层剪切应变的关系，推演了层合板横向弯曲的微分方程组及边界条件，复例表明，计算精度较高。     

新的上可嵌入图类

图C的C-划分指：C的一个顶点划分{V1，V2，…，V4}使得每个C[Vi]为多重完全图（l≤i≤k）。证明了如下结果：设C为连通图，且对任意v∈V(C)，dc(v)≡1(mod4)。若C的顶点集存在一个C-划分{V1，V2，…，V4}使得对每个1≤i≤k，|Vi|≥4，且≡0（mod4），则C是上可嵌入的，另外，联系着图的点的度和其它条件，推广和深化了目前有关这方面的一些结果，给出了另一些上可嵌入图类。     

Flexible organic light-emitting diodes with poly-3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene as transparent anode

The flexible oragnic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) fabricatedon poly-3, 4-ethylenedioxythiophene/polystyrenesulfonate (PEDOT/PSS) coated substrates were demonstrated. How the fabricating processes and the device structure will affect the device performance was studied and the atomic force microscopy was employed to analyze the mophorlogy of the conducting polymer anode. Under optimized conditions, flexible OLEDs with PEDOT anode showed the brightness up to 2760 cd/m² and maximum external quantum efficiency of 1.4%. These data are comparable to those of conventional flexible OLEDs with ITO anode.
