居住整体环境的创造—珍珠园居住小区规划设计的思考

作者在获建设部金牌奖的珍珠园试点居住小区规划设计中,将地域的自然要素一人造环境巧妙地结合,创造了有特色的空间结构和形象,创造了场所精神。规划努力创造较好的居住生态环境,布局了渗入居住空间的绿化系统和具有不同领域性的公共活动空间;采取措施减少噪音和有害气体污染;改善了日照条件,使之成为舒适宜人的居住环境。该规划精心构筑了主要的景观轴线和空间序列,创造了具有个性的、优美宜人的环境。     

Discovery of eclogite at northern margin of Qaidam Basin, NW China

Eclogite was first discovered at the northern margin of the Qaidam Basin in this study. It occurs as pods in the gneiss sequence of Middle to Upper Proterozoic age and is mainly composed of garnet, omphacite, phengite and rutile. The garnets contain 44%-62% of almandine, 15%-33% of grossular and 12%-30% of pyrope molecules, and the omphacites contain 40%-46% of jadeite. Applying garnet_clinopyroxene thermometry and jadeite geobarometry, the peak conditions of eclogite facies metamorphism occurred at about (722±123)℃ and at the pressure of up to c. 22 ×10 8 Pa.     

Chronology of environmental events over East Asia during the past 130 ka

In the transitional region between the Loess Plateau and deserts, 4 sections located respectively at Yuling, Hengshan, Dingbian and Huining of China are studied. The high-resolution paleoclimatic records obtained show that environmental events on varying time scales have happened over East Asia. These events are dated with the time scales established using the recently-developed approach of Automatic Orbital Tuning. This leads to the establishment of the chronology of the environmental events.     

Shear-wave splitting and anisotropy in crust of Dabieshan orogenic belt

The shear-wave splitting was analyzed on the deep seismic sounding profile crossing the Dabieshan area. The direction difference between Sg and SmS fast wave polarization indicates that the modem regional tectonic stress field in the Dabieshan area exists only in uppcr crust, while the crack alignment caused by the Triassic collision between the North China and the Yangtze blocks had been preserved in mid-lower curst.     

1,3—二氯—2—丙醇氧化反应的研究

对１,３－二氯－２－丙醇的氧化反应进行了系统的研究,将８４％的硫酸溶液慢慢滴加到包含有１,３－二氯－２丙醇和重铬酸钠水溶液的反应容器中去,将体系保持在２４℃～２６℃拦反应６ｈ,反应完成后,过滤回收１,３－二氯丙酮粗品,粗品用冰水洗涤,然后通过蒸馏经可获得８０．４％的收率的１,３－二氯丙酮,这是一种合成１,３－二氯丙酮较好的工艺,这种工艺与同类文献介绍的方法比较目标产物收率提高１０％,而反应时间缩短     

汽车钢圈轮辋外形智能化检测系统研制

介绍了容栅传感器的结构原理及计算机实时检测和控制技术,阐述了智能化汽车钢圈轮辋外形检测的设计思想、原理框图及技术指标,指出了该系统的潜在应用前景。     

盐酸米诺环素胶囊溶出度测定方法的改进

关于盐酸米诺环素胶囊溶出度测定方法和标准修订．采用紫外法,以水为溶剂,检测波长为（３４６±２）ｎｍ,在５～３０μｇ／ｍＬ浓度范围内有良好线性关系（ｒ＝０．９９９９）．平均回收率为（１００．６±０．５８）％,测定浓度为１５μｇ／ｍＬ．在此条件下可得准确的结果．     

老年牙周炎患者外周血NK细胞活性的研究

测定老年牙周炎患者外周血ＮＫ细胞活性。采用ＭＴＴ法测定,并与成年和青少年牙周炎患者进行比较。发现老年牙周炎患者外周血ＮＫ细胞活性低于成年牙周炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０１）,也低于青少年牙周炎患者（Ｐ＜０．０５）。老年牙周炎患者ＮＫ细胞活性低下可能是老年人牙周病发病率高,组织破坏重的原因之一。     

线性系统参数估计的改进凸多面锥法

文章对现有的凸多面锥法进行了改进．改进方法采用旧凸多面锥的边的凸组合来求新多面锥的新边,从而提高了算法的稳定性．并且将凸多面锥算法扩展到输出误差模型的参数估计上．仿真算例验证了改进方法的有效性．     

灵长类酪氨酸酶基因外显子1序列进化研究

酪氨酸酶是黑色素合成当中的关键酶,酪氨酸酶基因的突变将导致白化病,测定了黑猩猩,倭黑猩猩,大猩猩、猩猩、长臂猿、食蟹猴、猴猴９个灵长类中代表物种的酪氨酸酶基因外显子１的ＤＮＡ序列。
