对1V和2V两类不同布置形式平单轴光伏支架开展缩尺比为1/6的弹性悬挂节段模型测振风洞试验,研究了倾角(-60°~60°)、阻尼水平和光伏组件之间有无间隙对结构颤振性能的影响.结果表明:1V在-30°~30°倾角下发生明显的扭转颤振,2V在±10°、±20°和±30°时发生明显的扭转颤振;对于两类支架,结构颤振临界无量纲风速随倾角绝对值的增大先减小后增大,最大差值超过3.87倍(1V)和2.45倍(2V),且相同工况下,负倾角颤振性能优于正倾角;建议选择0°作为结构大风保护角度;1V和2V结构颤振性能随阻尼比的增大而提升,但和2V相比1V颤振性能提升对于阻尼比更不敏感;光伏组件之间的间隙对结构颤振性能基本无影响.  相似文献

The surface elasticity and non-local elasticity effects on the elastic behavior of statically bent nanowires are investigated in the present investigation. Explicit solutions are presented to evaluate the surface stress and non-local elasticity effects with various boundary conditions. Compared with the classical Euler beam, a nanowire with surface stress and/or non-local elasticity can be either stiffer or less stiff, depending on the boundary conditions. The concept of surface non-local elasticity was proposed and its physical interpretation discussed to explain the combined effect of surface elasticity and non-local elasticity. The effect of the nanowire size on its elastic bending behavior was investigated. The results obtained herein are helpful to characterize mechanical properties of nanowires and aid nanowire-based devices design.  相似文献

A large number of stone knives have been recovered from Neolithic archaeological sites in East Asia. However, direct evidence regarding the functions of the stone knives has been scarce, and hence, their functions have remained controversial. In this study, we recovered and analysed ancient starch grains and phytoliths from residues adhering to stone knives excavated from the Lajia site, Qinghai Province, northwest China, thus providing direct evidence for the functions of the knives. Our anal- yses were based on the following: (1) an assemblage of 278 identifiable starch grains, representing grains from the stems of foxtail millet (Setaria italica) and broomcorn millet (Panicum miliaceum) (65.1% of the total) and the stems of Hordeum and Triticum species (3.6 % of the total), and (2) an assemblage of 361 identifiable phytoliths, the majority of which were from the stems and leaves of plants such as Panicoideae and related taxa (96 % of the total). Our study demonstrates that one of the functions of the stone knives was the harvesting crops. In addition, a few starch grains from food legumes and roots (3.4 % of the total) indicate that the stone knives were also likely used to process, peel and cut some foods.  相似文献

The correlation between the impact toughness and microstructural characteristics of a large bainitic steel bloom has been investigated. The study focuses on microcrack nucleation and propagation in the basic cleavage plane. To analyze the phase transformation during the wind-cooling process, the temperature field of the bloom was acquired by computer simulation, and a continuous cooling transformation experiment was conducted. The results show that compared with the surface of the bloom, the toughness of the bloom’s core is decreased by the increase in proeutectoid ferrite and the coarsening of tempered martensite–austenite constituents. The proeutectoid ferrite decreases the toughness via its effects on carbide precipitation, the formation of martensite–austenite constituents, and the bainite transformation. The relatively large tempered martensite–austenite constituents are conducive to microcrack nucleation and propagation.  相似文献

A great deal of research and practical production indicated that a perfect shape control system needs a precise prediction model of roll wear. According to the practical wear curve of work roll in Angang ASP1700 hot strip mill, which was measured by a roll-profilemeter, the model of wear curve caused by one single strip was established. The prediction of work-roll wear was achieved by combining Fortran language and practical technology parameters. The calculated results agreed well with the measured.  相似文献

On the basis of integrating two-dimensional varying thickness finite element method with hybrid genetic algorithm, a precise model was developed to design ideal backup roll contour (Varying Contact Backup Roll, in short VCR) in finishing trains of hot rolling rapidly and efficaciously. Additionally, a lot of good actual effects of VCR, such as evident improvement of profile and flatness of strip, remarkable decrease of roll consume, excellent maneuverability and maintenance, and so on, were validated by long-term industrial tests in hot rolling strip plant of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group Corporation (WISCO).  相似文献
