Efficient selection of homozygous lines of hybrid rice restorer with the transgeneXa21 using test cross and PCR

The homozygous restorer lines with a single copy of the transgene Xa21 have been obtained from the progenies of transgenic Minghui63 and Yanhui559 plants through PCR marker-assisted selection and test cross. These homozygous transgenic restorer lines can be used to breed hybrid rice with high resistance to bacterial leaf blight.

变采样率滤波的硬件离散小波变换

提出了一种变采样率滤波的优化算法,根据该算法设计了一种利用多通道数字滤波来进行离散小波变换（DWT）的硬件电路,并最终在大规模的CPLD器件中得到了实现,与传统的软件计算方法不同,该硬件能够根据需要实时计算被测信号的离散小波变换。实验结果表明,本文的方法效果良好。     

DCPTA衍生物的合成及生物活性研究

以取代酚、一缩二乙二醇、二乙胺和六氢吡啶为原料,采用二卤烷路线,合成了７种２－（２－芳氧基）乙氧基三乙胺（Ⅱ类化合物）和７种Ｎ－「２－（２－芳氧基）乙氧基」乙基六氢吡啶（Ⅲ类化合物）;小麦胚芽鞘和小麦室温栽培干物质重实验显示：与２－（３,４－二氯苯氧基）三乙胺相比,２－「２－（３,４－二氯苯氧基）乙氧基」三乙胺的生物效应得到大幅度提高, 浓度为１０ｍｇ．Ｌ＾－１时的促进作用从＋５．５％提高到＋６３     

Approach to synthesis of novel chiral 3-chloro-2(5H)-furanone and its application in asymmetric reactions

The synthetic method of the novel chiral synthon, 5-l-menthyloxy-3-chloro-2-(5H)-furanone 5a and its application in asymmetric reactions were investigated. 5a is easily obtained in highly optical purity, and acts as a stable acceptor of Michael addition with oxygen nucleophiles in tandem double Michael addition / internal nucleophilic substitution to offer the spiro-cyclopropane derivative containing four stereogenic centers 8, which it is difficult to obtain by routine methods. The synthetic methods for 5a and 8 are reported in detail and the new compounds are identified on the basis of their analytical data and spectroscopic data, such as UV, IR,¹H NMR,¹³C NMR, MS and elementary analysis. The absolute configuration of the interesting spiro-cyclopropanes, spiro [1-chloro-4-(l-menthyloxy)-5-oxo-6-oxa-biscyclo[3.1.0]hexane-2,3′-(4′-/-menthyloxy-5′-l-menthyloxybutyrolactone)] 8 was established by X-ray crystallography. This result can provide important synthetic strategy in synthesis of some complex molecules containing spiro-cyclopropane skeleton with multiple chiral centers.     

Expression and regulation of orphan receptor TR2 mRNA in germ cells of cryptorchid testis in rat and rhesus monkey

Expression and cellular localization of orphan receptor TR2 mRNA in relation to germ cell apoptosis in cryptorchid testes of rat and rhesus monkey have been studied by usingin situ hybridization andin situ 3′-end labeling of DNA fragments (TUNEL). The results show that: (i) TR2 mRNA is specifically expressed in the germ cells, mainly in the spermatocytes, round and elongated spermatids. The expression level of TR2 mRNA varies with the seminiferous cycle, (ii) In the rat cryptorchid testes on days 3 and 5 after the surgery, the germ cells began to undergo apoptosis with no evident decrease in TR2 mRNA level. On day 7.5, however, most germ cells underwent apoptosis, while the expression level of TR2 mRNA declined markedly, and TR2 mRNA was rarely expressed on day 10 thereafter, (iii) On days 15 and 20 of the cryptorchid testes of rhesus monkey, TR2 mRNA was only expressed in a few of primary spermatocytes and the mRNA was almost undetectable on days 30, 45, 60. These results suggest that TR2 mRNA probably plays an important role in spermatogenesis and germ cell apoptosis.     

Identification for a class of distributed parameter systems

This paper discusses the identification for the distributed parameter system of gas reservoirs with het erogeneous carbonate matrices. Based on the relationship between the ad hoc function and the geological feature, we set up a general model with double porous structure, clarify its effect and significance, and present a series of results of sys tem identifications, including the basic content and methods, stabilizing functional and parameter identifiability etc. Us ing the perturbation of spectra of self-adjoint operators, the identifiability of the porosities and the ad hoc coefficient is demonstrated for the general structure model. This project indicates that the identification of a distributed parameter sys tem involves parameters, boundary position and structure.     

硝酸还原酶和可溶性蛋白对东北三省蒙古栎种源生长性状的影响

本文研究了东北三省25个蒙古栎种源的硝酸还原酶和可溶性蛋白与生长性状的关系．不同生长性状的蒙古栎种源,硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量上都存在着显著的差异,并且同一种源呈现明显的季节变化．试验结果表明生长性状与所研究的两个理化指标之问存在显著的正相关,即高、径生长好的种源,硝酸还原酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量高;硝酸还原酶活性大的种源,可溶性蛋白含量也高,可以为林木育种提供参考．本试验中,集安种源在两项生理指标中含量均最高,可作为优质种源进行推广．
