杉木—油桐—仙人草复合经营的土壤结构特性与水分性质的研究

对福建建瓯杉木、油桐、仙人草复合经营的土壤结构特性与水分性质进行较为系统的研究,结果表明,该复合系统运行8年后,由于油桐和仙人草的覆盖,使杉木幼林免遭雨滴直接袭击,加上油桐落叶与根系及仙人草宿根的作用,与未套种杉木林地相比,土壤结构特性和水分性状得到一定程度的改良。     

2004年科学基金国际（地区）合作与交流工作综述

本文回顾了2004年度国家自然科学基金委员会开展国际合作与交流的基本情况,以及拓展合作渠道、组织实质性合作项目等方面的进展,并简要阐述了近期工作思路和工作重点。     

科学基金国际合作决策与数据挖掘

决策是管理的核心,它贯穿于管理的全过程,因此我们需要通过了解一线科学家的需求,研究科学基金国际合作面临的问题,采用更科学的分析方法提高科学基金国际合作决策的科学化。本文采用数据挖掘技术分析了科学基金国际合作历史数据及科学家需求信息,发现了一些值得注意的现象和若干问题,并提出了一些政策性建议,以期提高科学基金国际合作的决策和管理水平。     

无线环境下的视频加密问题研究

首先分析无线环境下三种典型视频应用的特点,然后按照应用层和网络层两个方面,回顾了当今各种数字视频加密算法的研究成果,首次分析了无线环境下视频内容加密难点并给出相应解决措施,最后展望了未来无线环境下视频内容加密的研究方向.研究表明随着硬件技术的发展,加密计算复杂度不再是主要问题.对于基于非可伸缩编码,无线视频加密需要进一步研究如何优化网络传输性能的问题;对于基于可伸缩编码,需要考虑编码效率和图像质量之间平衡的问题.     

HPLC/UV法分析具有促进神经细胞生长作用的人参提取物(LFG)

人参提取物（LFG）具有显著的促进神经细胞生长的活性,为解析其活性的物质基础,利用HPLC-UV法分析了人参提取物的成分,结果表明LFG中含有多种多炔类化合物,而不含有常见的人参皂苷.     

电子商务在招标采购中的应用初探

根据招标工作的实际情况,总结了应用电子商务手段进行招标采购的工作内容及流程,对如何做好网上招标进行了初步探讨.     

A monosaccharide transporter is localized to sieve plate and plasmodesmal channel in developing apple fruit

Two major classes of plant sugar transporters, sucrose and monosaccharide transporters, may be localized to tonoplast or plasma membrane. The monosaccharide transporters may also be localized in plastid. However, whether these transporters reside in other subcellular compartments remains unclear. We recently detected in apple fruit a 52 kD plasma membrane-localized monosaccharide transporter, and showed that this transporter may be functional in phloem unloading in the fruit. In this paper, we report that this monosaccharide transporter is also localized to sieve plate and plasmodesmal channel in apple fruit. The amount of this sieve plate- and plasmodesma-associated transporter changes during fruit development. This amount of the transporter expression may be altered in the phloem sieve elements but not in the parenchyma cells by a photoassimilate deficiency applied by the shoot girdling treatment, suggesting that the monosaccharide transporter of the special sub-cellular localization may be of biological significance.     

Controlled analogue experiments on propagation of seismic electromagnetic signals

This study presented a method of laboratory analogue experiments based on a geographical scaling model and a waveguide model to investigate the characteristics of the propagation of seismic electromagnetic signals in the crust and the atmosphere. Some controlled experiments were done to evaluate the possible influence on the experimental results from the background electromagnetic field, geographical conditions, boundary effects, the source of electromagnetic signals （position, magnitude, and frequency）, and media conductivity. The reliability and the extensibility of the above analogue experimental method were also investigated. This study indicated that such kind of analogue experimental method provided an intuitionistic way of studying the propagation of seismic electromagnetic signals, which is one of the most difficult research topics in seismo-electromagnetism.     

一个实用审计子系统的设计

针对湖北省电力试验研究院馆藏图书信息管理系统的特点，设计了一个安全，实用的审计子系统．系统的设计原则是：详细记录用户所有符合审计开关所定义的活动，增强对审计数据的有效利用，减小对系统性能的影响并对用户透明．该系统的审计目的是为了监视、记录和控制用户活动，以便检测和判定对系统的恶意攻击和误操作，并且提供日志作为事后追查的证据．应用结果表明，该系统能有效减少非法入侵行为，提高系统的安全性能．     

小二台乡生态农业模式探析

基于生态学原理的生态农业，是完全不同于现代石油农业的新型农业模式，这是农业发展的必然趋势．国外国内对生态农业的探讨和研究以及取得的成果，为克服石油农业带来的人口、资源和环境问题指明了道路．位于河北省坝上高原的张北县，由于农业土地利用不合理，土地沙化、草场退化严重，农业生产力低，并且处于京津风沙源区．合理利用农业自然资源，优化土地利用结构和农业生产结构，发展生态农业，是发展当地农业生产的正确选择．本文以河北省坝上张北县典型地区小二台乡为例，借鉴国内生态农业建设经验，分析小二台乡农业发展自然条件．在合理利用农业土地资源的基础上进行小二台乡生态农业模式探讨，为当地农业发展提供科学参考依据．
