A genome-wide association study in Han Chinese identifies new susceptibility loci for ankylosing spondylitis

To identify susceptibility loci for ankylosing spondylitis, we performed a two-stage genome-wide association study in Han Chinese. In the discovery stage, we analyzed 1,356,350 autosomal SNPs in 1,837 individuals with ankylosing spondylitis and 4,231 controls; in the validation stage, we analyzed 30 suggestive SNPs in an additional 2,100 affected individuals and 3,496 controls. We identified two new susceptibility loci between EDIL3 and HAPLN1 at 5q14.3 (rs4552569; P = 8.77 × 10(-10)) and within ANO6 at 12q12 (rs17095830; P = 1.63 × 10(-8)). We also confirmed previously reported associations in Europeans within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) region (top SNP, rs13202464; P < 5 × 10(-324)) and at 2p15 (rs10865331; P = 1.98 × 10(-8)). We show that rs13202464 within the MHC region mainly represents the risk effect of HLA-B*27 variants (including HLA-B*2704, HLA-B*2705 and HLA-B*2715) in Chinese. The two newly discovered loci implicate genes related to bone formation and cartilage development, suggesting their potential involvement in the etiology of ankylosing spondylitis.     

Generating semi-algebraic invariants for non-autonomous polynomial hybrid systems

Hybrid systems are dynamical systems with interacting discrete computation and continuous physical processes, which have become more common, more indispensable, and more complicated in our modern life. Particularly, many of them are safety-critical, and therefore are required to meet a critical safety standard. Invariant generation plays a central role in the verification and synthesis of hybrid systems. In the previous work, the fourth author and his coauthors gave a necessary and sufficient condition for a semi-algebraic set being an invariant of a polynomial autonomous dynamical system, which gave a confirmative answer to the open problem. In addition, based on which a complete algorithm for generating all semi-algebraic invariants of a given polynomial autonomous hybrid system with the given shape was proposed. This paper considers how to extend their work to non-autonomous dynamical and hybrid systems. Non-autonomous dynamical and hybrid systems are with inputs, which are very common in practice; in contrast, autonomous ones are without inputs. Furthermore, the authors present a sound and complete algorithm to verify semi-algebraic invariants for non-autonomous polynomial hybrid systems. Based on which, the authors propose a sound and complete algorithm to generate all invariants with a pre-defined template.     

几种处理因素对连翘播种育苗种子萌发的影响

通过试验证明，采用赤霉素、ABT3号、KH2PO4等3种外源生长调节剂和渗调剂，能提高连翘种子的呼吸作用和酶的活性，都有不同程度地促进种子萌发的作用，提高出苗率。其中以100mg·kg^-1 ABT3号浸种6h为最好，出苗率比对照高出19．46％，达到66．27％。赤霉素以200mg·kg^-1浸种6h、KH2P04以2000mg·kg^-1浸种2h有较好的出苗率。

Improved area-difference-based recovery information placement

<正> In mobile computing systems,message logging can be used to provide fault tolerance for mobilehosts.Due to the mobility of mobile hosts,their recovery information,including logged messages andcheckpoints,may spread throughout mobile support stations.During recovery,there will be a considerablecost for the collection of recovery information.To speed up recovery and to reduce the failure-freeoverhead,an improved area-difference-based scheme is proposed.It tries to keep recovery informationevenly spreading over an area.Only part of recovery information needs to be migrated for controlling thedistribution of recovery information.To reduce the migration cost,a light-weight migration is also proposed.In the performance study,we give an analysis of the probability that the light-weight migrationtakes place.     

基于柔性约束的EAF配料模型研究

基于现代EAF炼钢流程的工艺特点,通过引入模糊数的概念,将配料成分约束模糊化,建立了基于柔性约束的配料模型,来提高配料的灵活性和适应性。采用模糊区间和模糊机会约束规划技术实现柔性约束的清晰化,合理解决了传统线性规划中由于约束条件过多、过于严格而导致的成本增加,甚至模型无解的问题,并通过仿真试验验证了方法的有效性。     

基于工作记忆内容的注意导向的影响因素

工作记忆内容对视觉搜索中注意选择的影响到底如何,与工作记忆内容匹配的项目是否总是会自动捕获注意,至今仍存在争议。本研究针对前人研究中存在的差异和不足,统一采用"记忆-搜索"双任务范式来探讨搜索任务难度、搜索项目刺激强度以及记忆任务呈现时间对基于工作记忆内容的注意导向的影响。结果发现:当采用困难搜索任务时,干扰条件下被试反应时与中性条件下反应时无显著差异,说明难度会影响工作记忆内容对注意选择的自动导向效应,但这种影响只有在搜索任务难度足够大的情况下才能体现出来。而在本研究中并未发现刺激强度和记忆任务呈现时间这两个因素对基于工作记忆内容的注意导向的影响,即无论刺激强度高低,或记忆任务呈现时间长或短,与工作记忆内容匹配的搜索项目还是会"自动捕获注意",导致干扰条件下被试反应时显著慢于中性条件。     

试论地理底图在编制综合性专题地图集中的协调功能与编制方法——以《甘肃省国土资源地图集》为例

统一协调是综合性专题地图集编制出版中一个最棘手的问题。本文提出以地理底图统一协调图集编制出版中的部分矛盾,并根据图集的专题组合内容提出了编制地理底图的方法和方案.此方法具有超前性的协调特点,对相关部门收集资料和编绘作者原图时避免发生矛盾、保证图集的科学性具有实用价值.     

三点弯曲加载下YBCO电阻及K_(1c)特征研究

在300K和77K下,用三点弯曲方法测定了零电阻温度为79～85K的YBCO长条状超导试样的电阻压头位移曲线和平面应变断裂韧性K_(1c)。结果表明,77K下零电阻特性可以保持到完全断裂前瞬间,由K_(1c)得到的表面能比300K的高,高出的部分可被认为是应力诱导下的少量超导相变所附加的能量。     

非线性光学系统中的振幅立方压缩

本文研究了高次谐波产生及非谐振子模型两种非线性光学系统中存在光场振幅立方压缩的条件。
