The human adenovirus type 5 E1A, a tumor- suppressor gene[1], codes for two major related proteins of 243 amino acids (12S) and 289 amino acids (13S) by al-ternative splicing in two exons[2]. The aggregation behavior of various acid extractants in the solvent extraction systems of metal ions is re-examined and explained according to knowledge obtained in recent work. The conclusions are as follows. (1) Complexes formed by the extractants and metal ions can form reversed micelles in organic diluents, depending on the microstructures of the complexes. The dimers of the acid extractant cannot percolate to the metal-extractant aggregates, and the acid-salt complexes are always formed in the aggregates. The reversed micelles or the W/O microemulsions formed by different species cannot be associated with each other to form a unified aggregate. (2) In solvent extraction systems, hydration of the extractants and metal ions can be considered as the driving force of forming reversed micelles. (3) Information of the first approach to the insight of the bicontinuous microemulsion of NaDEHP shows that various components in the aqueous phase behave confined and very similar to the typical AOT/n-heptane W/O microemulsions. (4) In the extraction of lanthanide ions by the W/O microemulsion of sodium naphthenate, the saponification is a process of forming reversed micelle or W/O microemulsion, while the extraction step is a process of destroying reversed micelles or W/O microemulsion droplets.  相似文献

It has been shown that the traditional small deformation plasticity can be transplanted to the finite deformation plasticity by using the logarithmic strain measure only. In this way, the mathematical problem of how to find the derivative of a tensor function arises. In this paper, a general method for finding the derivative of a tensor function is proposed. 影响工程机械质量的指标众多,对这些指标的评判带有一定的模糊性,无法作出定量的评判,如果单凭经验和主观意愿对机械质量进行评判,很难得到满意结果,因此给评判工作带来一定的难度。运用灰色系统理论可对工程机械的多项质量指标进行归纳和计算,判断机械所属的灰类,从而更合理地评价机械的综合质量。应用此方法,对某单位ZL40装载机进行质量评判,其评判结果与实际较为相符。  相似文献

目的 对多种眼科疾病进行视网膜振荡电位(Ops)的检测及分析,探讨了视网膜振荡电位在眼科多种疾病的诊断及评估方面的临床意义。方法对261例412只眼进行Ops检测,对Ops的检测结果进行分析。结果发现糖尿病及糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜中央及分支静脉阻塞、高度近视及高度近视性视网膜病变、视网膜色素变性等均有不同程度的Ops总幅值改变。同时发现,老年性黄斑变性、老年性白内障、弱视、中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变及轻、中度近视者,则Ops总幅值无明显改变。结论视网膜Ops的检测是临床眼科诊断及评估的有力手段。  相似文献

利用GMS-5 3个红外通道(2个分裂窗区通道和1个水汽通道)的亮温资料,依据各种云不同的辐射特征对其进行分类,由此识别出积雨云(Cb)、浓积云(Cg)、卷云(Ci)、积云(Cu)、中云(Cm)、密云(Dense)等6种主要云类以及雾(Fog)和晴空区域。结合安徽寿县地面观测基准站1998年6、7月份的地面观测资料,对分类结果进行了检验,得到了较为令人满意的结果,准确率接近70%。  相似文献

Using a global OGCM and its relevant coupled ocean-atmosphere GCM with the contemporary, 6 MaBP and 14 MaBP oceanic topography, respectively, a series of numerical experiments are implemented in order to investigate the effect of the north shift of Australian continent on the tropical oceanic circulation, especially the formation of the western Pacific warm pool. The numerical experiments of the individual OGCM forced by the modern atmospheric circulation indicate that the closure of Indonesian passage results in warming in the tropical Pacific Ocean and cooling in the tropical Indian Ocean; furthermore, it also results in change in source of the Indonesian Through Flow (ITF) water, e.g. ITF mainly originates from the south Pacific at 14 MaBP, but it mainly originates from the north Pacific now. The coupled model shows similar results as the individual OGCM qualitatively.  相似文献

Highways in mountainous areas are easy to be damaged by such natural disasters as debris flows and landslides and disaster reduction decision support system (DRDSS) is one of the important means to mitigate these disasters. Guided by the theories and technologies of debris flow and landslide reduction and supported by geographical information system (GIS), remote sensing and database techniques, a DRDSS against debris flow and landslide along highways in mountainous areas has been established on the basis of such principles as pertinence, systematicness, effectiveness, easy to use, open and expandability. The system consists of database, disaster analysis models and decisions on reduction of debris flows and landslides, mainly functioning to zone disaster dangerous degree, analyze debris flow activity,simulate debris flow deposition and diffusion, analyze landslide stability, select optimal highway renovation scheme and plan disaster prevention and control ergineering. This system has been applied successfully to the debris flow and landslide treatment works along Palongzangbu Section of Sichuan-Tibet Highway.  相似文献
