毛乌素沙地牧草防护林小气候效应的研究

采用自动气象观测系统于2004年4—8月对内蒙古毛乌素沙地新疆杨牧草防护林内风速(V)、净辐射(Rn)、空气温度(Ta)及相对湿度(RH)等小气候要素进行多点连续观测和分析,以期为毛乌素沙地牧草防护林的构建提供一些理论依据.研究结果表明,随着测点与林带距离的增加,防护林内风速和空气温度呈现"倒抛物线"型变化趋势,净辐射和空气相对湿度呈现"抛物线"型变化趋势.与旷野相比,防护林内平均风速降低了12.19%,且越是大风天气,林带的防风效应越明显,净辐射减少了28.25%,空气温度增加了4%,空气湿度增加了7.81%.     

A new anti-spam model based on e-mail address concealment technique

To deal with the junk e-mail problem caused by the e-mail address leakage for a majority of Internet users, this paper presents a new privacy protection model in which the e-mail address of the user is treated as a piece of privacy information concealed. Through an interaction pattern that involves three parties and uses an e-mail address code in the place of an e-mail address, the proposed model can prevent the e-mail address from being leaked, thus effectively resolving the junk e-mail problem. We compare the proposed anti-spam method with the filtering technology based on machine learning. The result shows that 100% spams can be filtered out in our scheme, indicating the effectiveness of the proposed anti-spam method.

南阳市宛城区旅游资源调查与评价研究

根据《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》标准（GB/T18972—2003）对南阳市宛城区旅游资源进行实地调查、分类，并进行了定性与定量评价，发现宛城区旅游资源共有7个主类、20个亚类、50个基本类型．其中优良等级资源51个，普通等级资源78个．总体得分较高的类型为名人故居、人物等人文资源，由于保护不力、开发宣传不到位等原因，导致其单体平均分值较低．认为宛城区人丈旅游资源特色突出，应该加大对人文资源保护和开发力度，坚持以市场为导向，打响以商圣范蠡、医圣张仲景等名人文化为主的品牌，推进宛城区旅游的大发展．     

New partial cooperation model for bilevel programming problems

Partial cooperation models are studied for many years to solve the bilevel programming problems where the follower’s optimal reaction is not unique. However, in these existed models, the follower’s cooperation level does not depend on the leader’s decision. A new model is proposed to solve this deficiency. It is proved the feasibility of the new model when the reaction set of the lower level is lower semicontinuous. And the numerical results show that the new model has optimal solutions when the reaction set of the lower level is discrete, lower semi-continuous and non-lower semi-continuous.     

川东北地区须家河组二段储层差异性分析

随着勘探程度的深入,为了扩大四川盆地天然气勘探领域、寻找新的勘探接替区,四川盆地的勘探区域由盆内逐渐向盆缘延伸.在这种背景下,川东北地区须家河组二段相继取得新的勘探成果,但在勘探开发过程中逐渐暴露了诸如区块之间气井产能差异大,储层的碎屑组分、结构及厚度、物性、孔隙结构差异明显等问题,制约了勘探开发的步伐.针对上述问题,根据岩芯观察描述、分析化验资料及测井解释成果,从沉积、成岩方面入手,对比剖析了川东北龙岗和营山地区须二段储层特征的差异性及其成因,认为远离物源区和高能水体的反复淘洗是造成储层差异性的首要因素,强烈的压实作用和多期石英加大对储层差异性起关键作用,自生绿泥石衬边胶结和长石选择性溶蚀最终决定了储层差异性.从而解释了气藏勘探开发中遇到的诸多问题,对有效指导该区的下一步勘探开发工作具有重要意义.     

试论王稼祥对中央苏区的历史贡献

王稼祥是一位忠贞的共产主义战士,杰出的军事家。在中央苏区时期,他实事求是,坚持真理,排除"左"倾错误思想的干扰,参与领导了宁都起义、支持毛泽东的正确主张、力助邓小平复出,同时对我军政治工作的理论探索付出了大量心血,为中央苏区的扩大、巩固与发展作出了巨大的贡献。     

An Information Fusion Model of Innovation Alliances Based on the Bayesian Network

To solve the problem of information fusion from multiple sources in innovation alliances, an information fusion model based on the Bayesian network is presented. The multi-source information fusion process of innovation alliances was classified into three layers, namely, the information perception layer, the feature clustering layer,and the decision fusion layer. The agencies in the alliance were defined as sensors through which information is perceived and obtained, and the features were clustered. Finally, various types of information were fused by the innovation alliance based on the fusion algorithm to achieve complete and comprehensive information. The model was applied to a study on economic information prediction, where the accuracy of the fusion results was higher than that from a single source and the errors obtained were also smaller with the MPE less than 3%, which demonstrates the proposed fusion method is more effective and reasonable. This study provides a reasonable basis for decision-making of innovation alliances.

小鼠胰腺IAPP与SS共存的免疫组化研究
