求解TSP的Hopfield网络权值修正算法分析

针对Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ神经网络在求解巡回推销员问题（ＴＳＰ）时出现的无效解和局部极小值问题，本文结合网络动态分析，利用权矩阵特征值在网络内部动力特性与外在解表现形式之间的关联作用，通过各特征值间关系协调，对基于原模型的权值修正方案作进一步理论分析与改进，探讨网络收敛于全局有效解的途径，并在全国３１省、市、自治区ＴＳＰ模拟中收到较好效果。

两种缓冲系统对鱼类乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶分离效果的比较研究

采用pH8.3 Tris—Gly缓冲系统和pH8.4 EBT缓冲系统的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对大鳞副泥鳅和草鱼各组织的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶进行了分离比较,发现采用EBT缓冲系统分离效果较好,大鳞副泥鳅各组织可分离到10条酶带,草鱼各组织可分离到20多条酶带.

Broadband interferometer observations of a triggered lightning

The development of positive leader of an artificially triggered lightning has been analyzed based on the data of electric field change, location of radiation source and frequency spectrum obtained by using the broadband interferometer system. The results indicate that radiation from positive leader could be detected within close distance in spite of the relatively weak radiation, while the radiation from negative breakdown processes was relatively stronger. Positive leader developed with few branches, and the initial progression velocity was of the order of 10⁵ m/s. The distribution of power spectrum by 25 MHz high pass filter indicated that the radiation frequency from positive leader maximized at 25–30 MHz, while that from negative breakdown processes maximized at 60–70 MHz.     

强脉冲离子束对Ni/Ti和Al/Ti体系的辐照混合研究

研究了强脉冲离子束(IPIB)对Ni/Ti和Al/Ti体系的混合效果,并与常规离子束混合进行了对比研究,表明IPIB辐照确实获得了比常规离子束辐照更厚的混合层,且混合效率远高于常规离子束。但对于不同的膜/基体体系,IPIB混合效果相差很大。这与膜和基体的热力学特性的差异相关。在IPIB辐照过程中,膜材料损失严重,特别是膜和基体的热力学特性差异大的样品损失更加严重。探讨了IPIB辐照不同于常规离子束混合的两种特殊混合机制以及膜材料损失的原因。     

基于结构转换PTTGARCH模型沪深股市波动率的估计

考虑股市收益率波动存在结构转换特征以及描述波动非线性和非对称特征的幂变换门限GARCH(PTTGARCH)模型,本文提出结构转换PTTGARCH模型.选取沪深300指数日对数收益率作为研究对象,将股指的波动变化分为下跌、上涨和盘整三个状态:选用2013年7月1日至2015年12月17日以及2015年12月18日至2016年1月8日作为样本内和样本外时期:分别应用GARCH,EGARCH,APGARCH,PTTGARCH模型及具有结构转换的相应模型对沪深股市波动率进行估计和预测,利用高频数据得到的已实现波动率作为股指实际波动率的估计.采用平均平方误差(MSE_1,MSE_2),平均绝对误差(MAE_1,MAE_2)对估计与预测的波动率进行评价,并采用模型信度集(MCS)检验比较各模型估计和预测能力.研究结果表明:单状态和具有马尔可夫结构转换PTTGARCH模型在样本内和样本外的拟合和预测结果均更为准确.     

Target-tracked prioritization to surveille ballistic missiles

The missile-tracked priority assessment for the early warning system monitoring multi-missile very well, is the first task to defend them and useful to perform optimally the sensor-to-missile assignment. The problem of the missile-tracked priority assessment is of incomplete information, of multi-attribute and dynamic. To solve the difficult problem, the index system, which includes six classification indices, is established by means of reducing the target’s primary information which the early warning system focuses on. The lack of some attributes values, which is caused by the incomplete information, is handled by the approach: first classifying each attribute as unknown one or known one, and then subdividing the latter, last using the expectation and the information entropy if the attribute is known but uncertain. With a view of reality, nine qualitative evaluation criteria are given. Based on them each index is quantified by the eigenvector method. And then based on the improved technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS), the targets-tracked priorities are assessed and sorted by an evaluation function from three aspects: 1) the quantity of the available information, 2) the affirmative or accurate degree of the available information, 3) the classification or trait of the available information.     

1株新型小球藻病毒的分离

以常见淡水普通小球藻为材料,用反冲超滤法从自然水体中分离到1株能裂解普通小球藻的病毒,并用空斑法对病毒进行了纯化,命名为WH-1株.电镜观察显示,WH-1株病毒为球形多面体结构,直径约为21 nm;噬藻斑显示,64 h后所形成的空斑直径约为3 mm.由于与已报道的小球藻病毒株具有明显的差异,认为WH-1株是一种新型的小球藻病毒.
