Construction of human and mouse brain cDNA libraries and isolation of full-length cDNAs

cDNA libraries from aborted human 3-month fetal brain,adult rat and mouse brain were constructed by using a yZAP express cDNA library construction kin.Low molecular weight fragments of the second strand cDNASA were removed by flowing through the Sepharose CL-4B column and the frractionated long,Middle,Short fragments and the combined fragments weire respectively inserted into clone vectors to construct the cDNA libraries of the brain of human 3-month fetus.The 5'ends of 1200 clones from each of human fetal brain cDNA libraries were sequenced.A total of 894 ESTs were obtained and some full-length clones were squenced.By andalyaing the se-quences,12 novel full-length cDNAs were obtained.     

Abnormal overpressure distribution and natural gas accumulation in foreland basins,Western China

Shizitan in Jixian County, Shanxi Province, is a site of transitional period from Paleolithic to Neolithic. The dating and the sporopollen analysis show that the middle reaches of the Yellow River where the site is located had been maintaining a steppe environment during 35.1-9.4 kaBP, in which, 35.1-17 kaBP belonged to the last glacial. With cold and dry climate, this period featured a desert steppe environment. In the late of this period, the area had a cold and half-humid steppe environment. The 17.0-11.9 kaBP belonged to the early- and mid-period of the last deglaciation. Mild and half-arid steppe alternates with mild and half-arid steppe, with a small amount of deciduous broadleaf species. During the period of 11.9-10.5 kaBP, cold and dry glacial climate appeared once more, featuring a desert steppe environment. During 10.5-9.4 kaBP, it is mild and half-arid, and later transited toward warm and half-humid. The early phase of this period featured a steppe environment and the later transited into a steppe environment with fairly more deciduous broadleaf species. Microlith, a mark of a transitional period from Paleolithic to Neolithic, was distributed mainly in 17.0-11.9 kaBP. The relatively warm, half-arid and fluctuating steppe environment in the early and medium period of the last deglaciation made a contribution to the appearance and development of Microlithic culture.     

人工神经网络的硬件实现——A/D转换电路

本文阐述4位A/D转换器的基本原理及其在硬件实现中的主要技术问题.给出了从Hopfield的原理电路逐步演化成实际电子电路的设计过程,讨论了如何保证各个神经元在最佳状态下进行翻转,从而获得可靠、准确的输入-输出特性.同时指出了在计算机仿真中人们难以发现的极限环现象及其消除方法.     

城市固体垃圾热解设备与特性研究

针对无筛分城市垃圾热解的实用技术进行了研究,开发出内热源和外热源联合使用的垃圾热解设备.同时对设备的温度变化、垃圾热解特性、产气规律以及影响热解气热值的主要因素等进行了详细的分析.结果表明:实用热解设备的产气率高,理想热解温度在700℃以下.垃圾热解气中H2的体积分数达15.2%,C2H4,C2H6,C3H6和CH4的体积分数总和是10%,热解气的平均热值为7546.4 kJ/m3.设备运行稳定且温度特性满足设计要求.     

关于非频带有限随机信号的采样级数的逼近

香农采样定理可以恢复确定性频带有限信号.而真实信号经常是非频带有限的,这类信号可以被看作边带趋于无穷的频带有限信号.除了确定性型号,平稳的随机信号在许多领域发挥了重要作用.为了解决非频带有限的平稳过程的采样问题,借助香农采样定理,获得当功率在频域衰减时该类信号的采样级数,并求得该级数分别满足均方收敛和以概率1收敛的条件.     

Label-free selective sensing of Pb2+ lead(II) sensors based on the aggregation of a pyrene fluorescent probe

In the present work, we report a label-free fluorescence turn-on approach for the sensitive and selective sensing of Pb²⁺. Pyrene with one positive charge was used as the fluorescent probe, and thrombin aptamer (TBA), which was a G-rich oligonucleotide, was employed to form G-quadruplex with lead(II). When TBA and Pb²⁺ were mixed with lead(II) in an aqueous solution, it was folded into a stable G-quadruplex. Subsequently, a single-stranded nucleic acid-specific nuclease S1 was added. The G-quadruplex stabilized by Pb²⁺ lead(II) had markedly a significant resistant ability to nuclease S1 digestion. However, in the absence of Pb²⁺ lead(II), no quadruplex or less stable quadruplex was formed and TBA was digested by nuclease S1 in 3 min under the optimized experimental conditions. Finally, pyrene probe was mixed with oligonucleotide in Pb²⁺ lead(II). Electrostatic interactions between oligonucleotide (a polyanion) and the probe induced the aggregation of the probe, which in turn produced strong emission of the strong pyrene excimer emission. The intensity of the induced excimer emission was directly proportional to the amount of Pb²⁺ added. Our approach shows good selectivity and sensitivity for the detection of Pb²⁺ with a limit of detection limit as low as 800 nmol/L.     

"禁讨区"的合理性思考

随着城市的流浪乞讨者越来越多,不少城市的政府部门拟设立"禁讨区"去治理这一棘手的问题,进而引发了一场针锋相对的大争论;赞同者认为,设立"禁讨区"限制乞讨也是一种文明,反对者则主张,设立"禁讨区"限制乞讨是对乞丐的歧视。笔者认为流浪乞讨现象的增加,是一个经济、政治、社会和历史的综合性问题,而绝不是一两个"禁讨区"就能解决的;设立"禁讨区"非良策,它不能使文明乞讨者的权利得到保障,并且有悖公平理念,"禁讨区"的无限扩大,将恶化乞讨者的生存环境,严重损害乞讨者的利益。     

An initial discussion on major controlling factors on formation of coal-formed large-medium gas fields

The so-called "large-medium gas field" means a gas field with proven reserves equal to or larger than 100×108 m3.Up to 1997,23 coal-formed great-medium fields are discovered in China,excluding two in Taiwan Province.Their proven reserves take 50.9% in total natural gas reserves.Therefore,the coal-formed great-medium gas field plays a decisive role in natural gas reserves and the study of their controlling factors is very important both in theory and in practice.There are six major controlling factors on the formation of coal-formed large-medium gas fields:(ⅰ) The generating center of coal-formed gas and its surrounding area; (ⅱ) low potential area; (ⅲ) late pool-forming period; (ⅳ) traps related to the paleo-uplifits in coal-formed gas area; (ⅴ) above or between abnormally pressured compartments; (ⅵ) faulted traps related to coal-bed.     

纯铝(L_2)高温本构方程的研究
