土法造纸木素降解之探索Ⅲ.嫩毛竹自然发酵过程中的细菌分离鉴定与嫩竹软化菌的筛选

试验证实,嫩毛竹自然发酵过程中的微生物主要是细菌。分离出并纯化了１００株细菌,其中６０株是芽胞杆菌。将分离出的１００株细菌分别接入石灰预处理过的嫩竹,从中筛选出能使嫩竹进一步软化的菌株３株,也均为芽胞杆菌。对这６０株芽胞杆菌进行了形态学及其生理生化特征的鉴定,按Ｐｒｉｅｓｔ氏等（１９８８年）的数值分类系统分类到组,将３株（３０８,３０９,３１０）对嫩竹软化有明显作用的芽胞杆菌的１株（３０８）鉴定到种,认为是短小芽胞杆菌（Ｂ．ｐｕｍｉｌｕｓ）。另外４０株非芽胞杆菌参阅《伯杰氏系统细菌学手册》第１卷和第２卷,鉴定到科或属,有微球菌、葡萄球菌、李氏杆菌、不动杆菌、肠杆菌科等。     

Carbazole-type compounds in crude oils

Carbazole-type compounds were analyzed using GC and GC-MS-MS. A relatively high concentration of carbazole-type compounds was detected in crude oils of different types (marine and non-marine) and different maturities (low mature and mature) in Tarinl. Liaohe and Keilu basins. The results suggest the ratios of 1, 8-dimethyl-/2, 7-dimethylcarbazole and benu, [a] carbazole/benzo [e] carbazole might be taken as petroleum migration parameters.     

Leakage of mantle helium from the Liaodong Peninsula, China

The isotopic cumpositions of helium have been investigated in hot spring gases sampled from the Liaodong Peninsula. China. The³He/⁴He ratios range from 0.14 Ra (0.14 times the atmospheric³He/⁴He ratio of 1.40 × 10^-6 to 0.72 Ra.³He/⁴He versus⁴He/²⁰Ne ratios and He contents suggest that a small amount of mantle-derived helium reaches the earth’s surface. Helium iwtope ratios of the hot spring gases show a distribution pattern similar to the regional heat flow values, indicating that the positive thermal anomaly occurring in the rtrea is closely associated with the presence of mantle-derived helium. The observations described above provide some significant evidence that the molten magma originating from partial melting of the upper mantle may have intruded into the continental crust along the activity fault. The coupling of the presence of mantle He and heat flow anomalies to seismic activity in studied region seem to imply that there is an internal relationship between mantle degassing and seismic activity.     

Properties of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation

The range and the nonextinction property of a supercritical superdiffusion and solutions of its corresponding differential equation are studied. It is pruved that under a suitable condition, the conditioned superprocess of the supercritical superdiffusion is a subcritical superdiffusion.     

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.     

时变不确定非线性系统的鲁棒输出跟踪

该文研究了一为具有时变参数或扰动的非线性系统的鲁棒轨迹跟踪控制问题,假定系统的标称模型是可以反馈线性化的,通过递推构造壮环系统地的Ｌｙａｐｕｎｏｖ函数,给出了该类不确定系统鲁棒输出跟踪控制器设计方案。该控制器能保证闭环系统的状态是一致有界的,且通过对控制器参数的适当选择,可使闭环系统的输出跟踪达到指定的精度要求,最后由一机器人控制系统的仿真研究表明,该文提出了控制方案具有很强的鲁棒性,控制效果是令     

关于时滞Liénard型方程的周期解

本文研究具有时滞的Lienard型方程周期解的存在性,得到了一些新的结果。     

北疆地区辣椒上烟草花叶病毒（TMV）各分离物的差异性研究

以ＴＭＶ－ｏｍ为对照,测定了辣椒上５个烟草花叶病毒分离物Ｐ－９、Ｐ－３８、Ｐ－４４、Ｐ－７１、ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ在４２个辣椒品种、品系上的致病反应,结果表明这５个分离物对辣椒的致病性存在明显差异：Ｐ－７１、ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ＞Ｐ－９＞Ｐ－３８、Ｐ－４４;对接种过５个ＴＭＶ分离物的辣椒（四平头）进行过氧化物酶（ＰＯＤ）和酯酶（ＥＳＴ）同工酶分析,结果表明辣椒上５个ＴＭＶ分离物引起的酶活性有差异：导致ＰＯＤ上活性强弱为ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ＞Ｐ－９、Ｐ－３８＞Ｐ－４４、Ｐ－７１;引起ＥＳＴ活性强弱为Ｐ－３８＞ＴＭＶ－ｗｙｍ、Ｐ－４４＞Ｐ－７１＞Ｐ－９。说明北疆地区辣椒上ＴＭＶ存在着分化。     

摩擦和传热联合作用下等截面喷枪内气体的流动特性——(Ⅰ)基本方程及计算程式

基于可压缩流体动力学和热力学及传热原理,导出了表征摩擦和热源联合作用下管式和套管式等截面喷枪内气体流动特性的基本方程和计算公式;对18t AOD炉用套管式喷枪内的气体流动,较合理地确定了喷枪内壁温度和气体滞止温度沿管长的分布,以及吹炼过程中喷枪的摩擦系数;给出了不同流态下喷枪内气体流动特性的计算程式.     

免疫沉淀法分离纯化感染细胞中的甲肝病毒RNA

本研究采用抗血清（多抗血清）沉淀甲肝病毒,并用盐酸胍酸性酚,氯仿一步法分离纯化病毒ＲＮＡ．此方法能排除非病毒ＲＮＡ的污染,操作简单,要求条件较低,ＲＮＡ的纯度和完整性都较好
