常温条件下颗粒污泥处理含铅废水

对未经驯化的颗粒污泥处理含铅废水进行了初步实验研究.结果表明,颗粒污泥对含铅废水具有较高的去除能力,铅去除率在95%以上.颗粒污泥的加入量、废水酸度、沉降时间是影响处理效果的主要因素.通过对20mg/L的含铅试水进行处理,铅达到了排放标准.

本文根据回归正交优化法原理,用电孤焊试验研究了异种钢焊接接头过渡层的影响因素。通过实测与计算,获得过渡层为零时,最佳匹配的焊接规范参数,为消除过渡层的有害影响探讨了新的途径。     

A High Speed Detection Scheme for Point Targets in a Multitarget Environment

The purpose of this paper is to develop a high speed detection scheme for moving and / or stationary point targets in a multitarget environment as registered in an IR image sequence. An iterative approximate 3-D line searching algorithm based upon the geometric representation of lines (for non-maneuvering targets in space) in a 3-D space is derived. The convergency of the algorithm is proved. An analysis is performed of the theoretical detection performance of the algorithm. The statistical experiment results show high effectiveness and computational efficiency of the algorithm in the case of low SNR. The idea may be employed to satisfy the real-time processing requirement of an IR system.

大型喷浆机器人的灵巧度分析

灵巧度是衡量机器人运动失真程度的重要参数。对机器人灵巧度评价指标进行了对比研究 ,结合大型喷浆机器人自由度较多的特点 ,用雅可比矩阵的条件数对喷浆机器人的灵巧度进行了分析。结果表明 ,大型喷浆机器人在不同形位下的条件数都很小 ,具有较好的运动灵巧度。     

板坯结晶器钢水凝固的数值模拟

以实测结晶器铜板温度计算的热流量作边界条件,采用有限元方法,建立了结晶器内凝固传热方程.对凝固传热方程进行了离散化,利用ANSYS商业软件进行求解,得到凝固坯壳的应力、应变情况,从而确定连铸结晶器壁的合理锥度.

The authors conclude that the reductionism underlying the exact science is not suitable to open complex giant system, and the only feasible alternative is the meta-synthetic engineering from the qualitative to the quantitative.
