Fast VLSI Implementation of Modular Inversion in Galois Field GF（p）

Modular inversion is one of the key arithmetic operations in public key cryptosystems, so low-cost,high-speed hardware implementation is absolutely necessary. This paper presents an algorithm for prime fields for hardware implementation. The algorithm involves only ordinary addition/subtraction and does not need any modular operations, multiplications or divisions. All of the arithmetic operations in the algorithm can be accomplished by only one adder, so it is very suitable for fast very large scale integration (VLSI) implementation. The VLSI implementation of the algorithm is also given with good performance and low silicon penalty.

循环流化床燃烧过程是一个由多种因素构成,各种因素相互影响的复杂过程。为了给循环流化床锅炉的设计、运行和自动控制提供全面的理论依据,本文采用机理分析与经验模型相结合的方法首次完整地建立起循环流化床燃烧系统模块化动态模型仿真软件包。本文将简要介绍软件包的总体结构及功能,并结合软件包的实际应用给出部分仿真实验结果。通过模型仿真并与现场取得的动态实验数据进行比较表明:循环流化床燃烧系统动态模型仿真软件包能够较全面地对实际的循环流化床锅炉的各种动态过程进行仿真,从而具有一定的实用价值。

自然循环的余热排出系统的分析

采用自然循环的余热排出系统是一种被动安全的系统。用一维流体动力学模型分析了具有三重自然循环回路的余热排出系统的余热排出过程，给出过程各参数的变化。分析结果表明：在余热排出过程中，反应堆冷却剂的温度和压力均存在一个最大值；这时的空冷器传热功率也达到最大值，这个最大值可以反映余热系统排热能力。

Neuro-Sliding-Mode Control of Flexible-Link Manipulators Based on Singularly Perturbed Model

A neuro-sliding-mode control (NSMC) strategy was developed to handle the complex nonlinear dynamics and model uncertainties of flexible-link manipulators. A composite controller was designed based on a singularly perturbed model of flexible-link manipulators when the rigid motion and flexible motion are decoupled. The NSMC is employed to control the slow subsystem to track a desired trajectory with a traditional sliding mode controller to stabilize the fast subsystem which represents the link vibrations. A stability analysis of the flexible modes is also given. Simulations confirm that the NSMC performs better than the traditional sliding-mode control for controlling flexible-link manipulators. The control strategy not only gives good tracking performance for the joint angle, but also effectively suppresses endpoint vibrations. The simulations also show that the control strategy has a strong self-adaptive ability for controlling manipulators with different parameters.

Design of Magnetic RF Inductor in CMOS

Traditional planar inductors in Radio Frequency (RF) Integrated Circuits (ICs) are plagued by large areas, low quality, and low frequencies. This paper describes a magnetic-based CMOS-compatible RF in-ductor. Magnetic-core inductors with various ferrite-filled structures, spiral structures, and magnetic material permeabilities were simulated to show that this inductor greatly improves the inductance by up to 97% and quality factor by 18.6% over a multi-GHz frequency range. The results indicate that the inductor is a very promising and viable solution to realize miniature, high quality, and high frequency on-chip inductors for high-end RF ICs.

自然循环两相流系统压降特性研究

两相流压降特性是两相流稳定性研究中的重要特征参数，不同类型的不稳定有不同的压降特性与之对应。本文在清华大学核能技术设计研究院的５ＭＷ热工水力模拟实验台架上对自然循环条件下两相流压降与系统流量的关系进行了实验研究。对自然循环和强迫循环流动中压降流量特性进行了比较。实验发现在发生振荡时，压降与流量反相，加热段入口欠热度保持不变。在压降流量相图上，振荡呈现为逆时针方向周期６ｓ的极限圈。
