Synthesis of Water-dispersed Polyurethane Adhesive and Its Application in Pigment Printing

Water-dispersed polyurethane (PU) adhesive is a novel and highly efficient adhesive with broad application potential. In this study, the key parameters affecting the synthesis and application of this adhesive were examined, and optimal conditions were identified. The water-dispersed PU adhesive was successfully synthesized, and applied in the fastness test of pigment printing on cotton fabric. The data demonstrated that all the fastnesses of PU adhesive were better than that of the cenventional PA one.     

Adaptive Neural Control for a Class of Low-triangular-structured Nonlinear Systems with H-∞ Performance Analysis

In this paper, a neural-network-based variable structure control scheme is presented for a class of nonlinear systems with a general low triangular structure. The proposed variable structure controller is proved to be Cl, thus can be applied for backstepping design, which has extended the scope of previous nonlinear systems in the form of strict-feedback and pure-feedback. With the help of neural network approximator, H-∞ performance analysis of stability is given. The effectiveness of proposed control law is verified via simulation.     

Study on an Organic Hybrid Made from Chlorinated Polyethylene and 2,2''''-methylene-bis- (4-methyl-6-cyclohexylphenol)

The dynamic mechanical properties and miscibility of an organic hybrid made from chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and 2, 2'-methyIene-bis-( 4-methyl-6-cyclohexylphenol) ( ZKF ) are mainly discussed in this paper. It is found that ZKF acts as an antiplasticizer in CPE matrix and has good miscibility even with large ratio in CPE /ZKF hybrids. The glass transition temperature of various CPE /ZKF hybrids determined by DSC give a good fit to Wood's equation. Bifunctional ZKF is supposed to improve the intermolecular force of CPE, and the improvement is developed when the ZKF content increases. On the other hand, the viscoelastic properties are highly improved with the addition of ZKF. TA and tanδ peak values increase when the ZKF content increase in the CPE /ZKF hybrids, the damping capacity has been improved during the glass transition of CPE /ZKF hybrids. In addition, the glass transition temperature shifts to room temperature from the low temperature with the continuous addition of ZKF to CPE.     

Evaluation of College English Test

There has been much heated discussion on College English Test for non-English majors Band 4 and Band 6 because it has exerted great influence on English teaching in Chinese universities. This essay is intended to explore the reliability, validity, practicality and washback of this large-scale test by focusing on CET Band 4. The author of this report discusses the merits as well as some existing problems of this test and offers some suggestions at the end of the essay.

对成长型股票建立了两阶段EBO价值评估模型，利用动态规划法求解最优股利支付路径及股票价值．基于该估值模型，进行了实际的股票投资价值计算与筛选．理论分析表明，成长型股票在成长期内不分配红利的股利政策才符合股票价值最大化，成长型股票的价值与公司的盈利能力、盈利持续性(预测期长短)、资本成本、预测期期末资本溢价有关。

Open Architecture of Single-processor Real-time Robot Control System Based on Windows NT

This paper introduces the architecture and implementation of an industrial robot control system based on Windows NT. This robot control system, which is based on a single-processor structure, can run on general industrial computers. Owing to using Windows NT's real-time extension RTX, the control system can achieve good realtime performance and friendly user interface in one general-purpose operating system. A three layer hierarchical architecture of control software is proposed to make the system more scalable and flexible. Furthermore a communication and configuration system is implemented to enable modules to communicate with each other, which make the control system scalable and flexible.

CHARACTERIZATION ON DOPING POLYPYRROLE FILMS

The conductivity of polypyrrole films has been enhanced by electrochemical post-deposition doping with various anions. The change of conductivity was found to depend on the type and concentration of the anion. Results for the polypyrrole films doped with anions of H_2SO_4,,(C_2H_5)_4, N(O_3 SC_6H_4CH_3), KI,CH_3 C_6H_4 SO_3 H·H_2O(p-Toluene Sulfonic acid Monohydydrate), AlCl_3, KBrO_3 and HNO_3 showed that in the case of H_2 SO_4, (C_2H_5)_4 N(O_3SC_6 H_4 CH_3)and CH_3C_6H_4SO_3H·H_2O the conductivity can be enhanced by up to a factor of two, from a value of 67 sem~(-1) up to 165, 102 and 95 s cm~(-1), respectively. Doping with I~- had a negligible effect on the conductivity which was about 71 s cm~(-1), while in the case of AlCl_3, KBrO_3 and HNO_3 the conductivity of the polypyrrole decreased significantly for certain anion concentrations.
