齿轮传动计算机几何仿真

用Visual Lisp语言对AutoCAD进行二次开发，采用包络法形成齿轮轮齿端面齿形，从几何造型角度研究了轮齿三维模形成。可实现齿轮传动的几何仿真，啮合区域确定，有限元模型建立等功能，为研究齿轮提供了一种新的方法。     

Study on the Mode of Payment Distribution About AVEs

In this paper, the fixed-payment distribution mode of Agile Virtual Enterprises （AVEs） is studied based on game theory, and the result is compared with that of the share income mode. Finally, the paper proposes that in the circumstance of manufacturing resource information web, the goal function of the game is changed thus promotes the Nash equilibrium effort level approaches or equals to the Pareto equilibrium effort level.     

贫燃条件下NO_x选择催化还原催化剂的研究

利用浸渍法制备了四个系列分子筛型催化剂 :Cu/ZSM- 5、 Ag/ZSM- 5、 Cu/SAPO-1 1及 Ag/SAPO- 1 1 ,研究其在贫燃条件下对 C3H6 选择催化还原 NOx的反应性能 ,并通过FT- IR手段对催化剂进行表征 .红外表征显示 Ag/ZSM- 5催化剂中担载的 Ag导致催化剂骨架结构受到一定程度的破坏 .其他三个系列催化剂的实验结果表明 :在加水反应条件下 ,ZSM- 5担载的催化剂在 2 5 0℃时有最佳活性 ,而 SAPO- 1 1担载的催化剂最佳反应温度是35 0℃ .但后者的催化活性比前者好 .7wt% Ag/SAPO- 1 1催化剂对 NO转化率达到 63.2 2 % ,C3H6 转化率达到 1 0 0 % .而 3wt% Cu/ZSM- 5对 NO转化率为 43.43% ,C3H6 转化率为69.81 % .三个系列催化剂反应活性高低如下 :7wt% Ag/SAPO- 1 1 >3wt% Cu/SAPO- 1 1 >3wt% Cu/ZSM- 5 .说明 SAPO- 1 1分子筛有望作为汽车尾气净化催化剂的载体 .     

A NEW FAST-GROWING RAW MATERIAL FOR PULP PAPERMAKING-GUANGYECHU

A new pulp papermaking raw material, Guangyechu,is introduced in this paper, including material characteristics and ultilization of bast, wood pole and leaf. The fiber morphological characteristics,chemical composition of wood pole and feasibility of pulping and papermaking by APMP process are studied in the laboratory. The results show that wood pole can be put to use in papermaking industry. The APMP pulp is produced using 5.2% sodium hydroxide and 5.0% hydrogen peroxide. The novel technology has offered breaking length of 4.74km,tearing index 3.08mN @m2 @g-1, brightness of 71.6%ISO, bursting index 2.07 KPa@m2@ g-1, opacity 84.5%and yield of 75.7%. As a pulp for newsprint, offset point paper and information paper, the Guangyechu APMP shows its advantages both quality and cost-efficienty. It is significative to apply the pole of Guangyechu, which is only firing at present to the paper industry.

PID控制参数的整定方法

在分析常用的ＰＩＤ（比例积分微分）控制器控制参数的整定方法（扩充临界比例度法、扩充响应曲线法、模型识别法）的同时，给出了其中几种方法的操作步骤。用微机对典型对象进行实验研究，通过改变被控对象的参数，分别研究了用上述三种方法整定控制器参数的适应能力。提出了用模型识别法确定控制器整定参数的规则，给出了识别系统特征参数的方法。实验结果表明，模型识别法参数调整方便，适应能力强，应用范围广，较其他方法控制效果优越。     

用工业钡盐下脚料生产“钡餐”新工艺

研究了应用废料生产“钡餐”,即胃肠道X光透视用造影剂——药用硫酸钡的新工艺。该法将工业氯化钡及氢氧化钡的下脚料用盐酸浸溶后,调整pH值以除砷、硫等杂质,控制反应温度、酸度等条件,最终获得合格产品。     

COMPARATIVE STUDY OF SELECTED BPR TOOLS

Modeling and simulation tools are essential to success of attempts at business process reengineering(BPR). This paper reviews the support tools used in earlier BPR practice and directs out the needs for more comprehensive and integrated tools. A conceptual framework to specify a BPR tool is proposed within which the key features are discussed. Five typical software packages are selected as samples to be tested and compared based on the framework. The result of this comparative review can serve as suggestion for purchasing a off-the-shelf product or requirement specification to develop a customized tool.
