多效唑对大豆化学调控诱导效应的研究

以黑农３３大豆为供试材料，在不同时期用多效唑（ＰＰ３３３）处理后，大豆植株矮化，茎粗、节间缩短、结荚高度下降，叶质良好，叶绿素含量增加，光合速率增强，多项生理生化指标和酶活性明显优化，因此生长发育功能加强，器官衰老延缓，表现产量提高，种子内蛋白质含量增加，品质有所改善     

矩形双重介质油藏中垂直裂缝方位的确定

在考虑井储效应和裂缝的表皮效应的情况下，建立了有限导流能力垂直裂缝井在封闭矩形双重介质油藏中的数学模型，并对模型进行了求解。利用此模型可在干扰试井中确定垂直裂缝的方位。     

钨的极谱波研究及钼精矿中钨的测定

在ｐＨ２．３的磷酸－１．１８×１０（－５）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ桑色素底液中，钨在－１．１４Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）有一灵敏的极谱波，可用于微量钨的测定．线性范围４．３５×１０（－１０）～２．１８×１０（－８）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，检出限４．１４×１０（－１１）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ．直接应用于钼精矿中钨的测定，方法简便快速，结果准确．     

The effect of a dielectric cover on the input impedance of rectangular microstrip antennas

The effect of the thickness and relative permittivity of a dielectric cover on a rectangular microstrip antenna is analyzed. The method is based upon the integral equation formulation. The input impedance of the rectangular microstrip antenna is calculated as a function of the thickness and relative permittivity of a dielectric cover, after solving the integral equations by Galerkin's method. Computed results for the input impedance are presented and some are compared with the available experimental data. It is shown from the computed results that the resonant frequency and input impedance are sensitive to variations of the cover parameters. Because of the limited bandwidth presented by the rectangular microstrip antenna, the effect of the dielectric cover has to be carefully taken into account in the design of the antenna. Microcalorimetric study of the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60

By using an LKB-2277 Bioactivity Monitor, the effect of porphyrin-cholesterol esters on cancer cells HL-60 were examined at 25°C. There is a difference in the shape of the thermogenesis curve samong different kinds of porphyrin-cholesterol esters, and the death rate of HL-60 cells is also different. The results show that porphyrin-chsterol esters can powerfully inhibit their metabolism, the inhibitory sequence is II>I>III, but the inhibitory way of each ester is different. PWR蒸汽发生器中一、二次汽水分离器研究

对ＰＷＲ蒸汽发生器中一次汽水分离器的汽水两相充分分层高度、三种改进型二次汽水分离器及一、二次汽水分离器的分离性能在水－空气试验台上进行了一系列试验研究，并对二次汽水分离器作了探索性研究     

船体梁的极限纵强度

讨论了纯弯曲载荷下船体梁的极限纵强度．研究了船体梁断面的“硬角”、附连翼板宽度以及船体梁断面中性轴位置的变化对船体梁极限承载能力的影响．进行了纵向加筋箱形薄壁结构模型的纯弯曲试验．理论计算与试验结果比较表明，两者符合较好．     

伞齿轮精锻模超塑成形热喷涂层的超塑性固相扩散焊接

本文研究了３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８ＶＡ钢伞齿轮精锻模型腔火焰喷涂Ｇ１１２ＷＣ合金层及在模具精密成形时涂层的超塑性扩散焊接。在８２０℃，应变速率ε为３×１０－４ｓ－１的压缩条件下．基材和涂层均发生超塑协调变形，实现稳定可靠的超塑固相连接。研究表明，此时涂层孔洞闭合，涂层颗粒间界及涂层与基材的结合界面完全焊合。超塑性扩散焊接涂层的结合强度与高频和火焰重熔涂层相当，其耐磨性比高频重熔和火焰重熔高２０％～３０％，比改善前３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８ＶＡ模具高达６０％以上。     

结构化开发方法和面向对象开发方法的研究

分析了结构化设计方法的特点，探讨了面向对象方法的两大流派及其优缺点，得出了结构化方法和面向对象方法都具有良好的设计基础，但是前者更注重于设计方法，后者更注重于思想方法，这为今后综合这两种不同软件设计方法奠定了基础。

应用模糊自整定 PID控制器控制低压加热器的水位 .利用 ZN法确定 PID参数的初始值 ,用模糊推理的方法对 PID参数进行在线自整定 ,提高了系统的鲁棒性 ,明显改善了系统的性能
