沙坡头铁路防护体系防护效益系统仿真研究

在风洞实验、野外观测的基础上，采用系统仿真方法，对沙坡头铁路风沙防护体系防护效益、结构配置、防护宽度进行了研究．风洞实验测定了流沙输沙率、栅栏阻沙率、草方格阻沙率、植被阻沙率，与风洞实验模型相似的野外观测，确定了风洞实验数据与野外观测数据转换系数．以风洞实验、野外观测数据为基础，对防护体系三种不同配置结构的防护宽度，进行了系统仿真研究，阻沙栅栏 草方格 植被的防护体系结构防护宽度90-95m，阻沙栅栏 草方格的防护体系结构防护宽度100-105m，2道阻沙栅栏 草方格 植被的防护体系结构防护宽度50-55m，可以达到流沙输沙与防护系统阻沙量理论平衡，研究所得结论对风沙区交通线路防护体系设计具有借鉴意义，所采用的方法，对风沙工程研究有普遍适用意义。     

重庆市郊土壤中锌的调查分析

为了调查重庆市郊几个蔬菜基地土壤的锌含量的情况，通过对市郊几个蔬菜基地的土壤进行了采样分析，分析其pH值，ω(Zn)的有效态、全态及污染物来源，从3个指标之间的关系来分析判断在不同地区锌污染的程度。调查表明不同地区的土壤锌含量不同，都有不同程度的锌富集，pH值对锌有效态有很大的影响。     

贯叶连翘总提取物对苏云金杆菌7216的抗菌作用

报道了贯叶连翘总提取物作用于苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)7216并经光照和未光照处理后对该菌的抗菌作用。检测了提取物作用时，在12h的培养过程中7216的光密度(OD640nm)值、活菌数(CFU)及提取物最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值。结果表明提取物对7216有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用，且这两种作用与其浓度有关，但不需光照。     

基于自适应神经模糊推理系统的企业市场预测

针对传统的市场预测方法几乎回避了市场信息具有模糊性的特点，出现的用神经网络进行市场预测又不能表达模糊语言的情况，分析了自适应神经模糊推理系统的结构机理，提出了用自适应神经模糊推理系统进行企业市场预测；仿真结果说明了该方法的有效性和可行性。     

基于DSP的网络通信技术

随着网络技术的飞速发展，在民用和军用领域都希望DSP系统同时具备数字信号处理和网络通信的能力．给出了基于DSP的网络通信技术的一种实现方案，包括硬件方框图连接方法和控制接VIVHDL语言程序的编写，以及软件网络通信程序的设计和多线程处理的方法，并对该技术遇到的一些具体实际问题给出了解决办法。     

一种蛋乳面包配方的研究

对不同配方的经过二次发酵的蛋乳面包进行研究.感官鉴评的正交试验表明,配方为面粉200g,面包改良剂1.6g,起酥油10g,水60ml,鸡蛋1个,植物奶油8%,香兰素0.4%,白糖25%,CSL-SSL0.2%,单甘酯0.6%,盐0.6%,酵母用量1%时,经过二次发酵法可以制得具有浓郁自然香味和美好的烘烤外观的蛋乳面包.     

Biochemical characterization of the protein encoded by rice osRACD gene

A recombinant plasmid pET-racd was first constructed by cloning osRACD,the development-regulating gene that controls photoperiod fertility transformation in the photoperiod sensitive genic male sterile rice Nongken 58S,into a prokaryote expression vector pET28a(+).It was then transformed into E.Coli BL-21.Cutting with thrombin of the fusion protein extracted from transformants and PAGE separation yielded pure osRACD protein,which was further concentrated using ultrafiltration and renatured using glutathione oxidation/reduction refolding system for later functional study.As demonstrated by in vitro functional assay,the osRACD protein expressed in E.Coli B-21 shows remarkable activity in binding GTP specifically and hydrolyzing it.     

RF channel performance assessment for a multiple carrier millimeter-wave communication system

Channel capacity, system versatility and ease of maintenance are factors of prime concern in future generations of wireless communication systems. As a result, millimeter-wave can offer considerable advantages in providing broadband interface. Nonlinearity and noise effects, including parametric fluctuations, are two significant causes for signal degradation in broadband communication systems. Two methods to assess the performance of an RF channel in a multi-carrier system are described. By measuring the forward transfer function from transmitter IF to receiver IF as the frequency is swept across the channel bandwidth, characteristics such as gain flatness, channel dispersion, and saturation effects are revealed. To evaluate the ability of the communication link in preserving the synchronization between two carriers, their heterodyned spectrum at the receiver IF output is studied. Both measurement methods employ standard equipment and have been found to be effective when applied to a multi-carrier millimeter-wave system with over 1 GHz instantaneous bandwidth.
