离心泵性能测定远程实验系统的开发与设计

开发了一套基于计算机网络的离心泵性能测定远程实验系统,介绍了该远程实验系统的总体结构、软件功能、运行方法及安全设计等。测试结果表明,该远程实验系统满足离心泵性能测定实验的教学目的,具有很强的现场感、操作简单等特点。     

以计算思维为导向的大学“计算机基础”课程教学改革研究

计算思维是目前大学计算机基础教学研究的热点课题之一.为了解决大学"计算机基础"课程改革中计算思维能力培养"落地"难的问题,在深入剖析了一些似是而非观点的基础上,提出从案例引入思维,知识传授以思维为主线贯穿于教学过程,并且思维指导应用的教学模式.与传统的教学模式相比,该模式为教师提供了更好的教学思路和策略,为思维教学、创新教学提供了参考.     

Phospholipid flippases attenuate LPS-induced TLR4 signaling by mediating endocytic retrieval of Toll-like receptor 4

P4-ATPases are lipid flippases that catalyze the transport of phospholipids to create membrane phospholipid asymmetry and to initiate the biogenesis of transport vesicles. Here we show, for the first time, that lipid flippases are essential to dampen the inflammatory response and to mediate the endotoxin-induced endocytic retrieval of Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in human macrophages. Depletion of CDC50A, the β-subunit that is crucial for the activity of multiple P4-ATPases, resulted in endotoxin-induced hypersecretion of proinflammatory cytokines, enhanced MAP kinase signaling and constitutive NF-κB activation. In addition, CDC50A-depleted THP-1 macrophages displayed reduced tolerance to endotoxin. Moreover, endotoxin-induced internalization of TLR4 was strongly reduced and coincided with impaired endosomal MyD88-independent signaling. The phenotype of CDC50A-depleted cells was also induced by separate knockdown of two P4-ATPases, namely ATP8B1 and ATP11A. We conclude that lipid flippases are novel elements of the innate immune response that are essential to attenuate the inflammatory response, possibly by mediating endotoxin-induced internalization of TLR4.

齐次平衡法与Burgers-Huxley方程的精确解

目的 求解Burgers-Huxley方程,得到该方程的精确解.方法 用齐次平衡原则求解Burgers-Huxley方程并利用符号计算软件Mathetnatica对方程进行化简.结果 得到了BurgersHuxley方程6种不同形式的行波解.结论 齐次平衡法是求解某些非线性偏微分方程的有效工具之一,具有一定的普适性.     

高校招投标采购的特点

随着高校向现代化教育技术的发展,购买仪器采购数量的增多,尤其是进口设备的采购,对现有的采购程序提出了新的挑战。文中从高校设备购置的特点出发,讨论了市场与竞争、如何选择采购方式、验收的重要意义以及在全过程的监督机制等问题。通过在实际中遇到的各种问题,提出了应该加强政府采购制度建设,改善市场竞争环境,强化设备采购前期调研工作,合理选择设备采购方式等。总结了高校仪器设备招标采购的经验,探讨了高校仪器设备招标采购的规律。     

Aptamer and its applications in neurodegenerative diseases

Aptamers are small single-stranded DNA or RNA oligonucleotide fragments or small peptides, which can bind to targets by high affinity and specificity. Because aptamers are specific, non-immunogenic and non-toxic, they are ideal materials for clinical applications. Neurodegenerative disorders are ravaging the lives of patients. Even though the mechanism of these diseases is still elusive, they are mainly characterized by the accumulation of misfolded proteins in the central nervous system. So it is essential to develop potential measures to slow down or prevent the onset of these diseases. With the advancements of the technologies, aptamers have opened up new areas in this research field. Aptamers could bind with these related target proteins to interrupt their accumulation, subsequently blocking or preventing the process of neurodegenerative diseases. This review presents recent advances in the aptamer generation and its merits and limitations, with emphasis on its applications in neurodegenerative diseases including Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, Huntington’s disease and multiple sclerosis.     

CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67蛋白质与腮腺多形性腺瘤的生物学行为相关性研究

为检测腮腺多形性腺瘤中CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67蛋白表达,以探讨其与腮腺多形性腺瘤生物学行为的相关性。应用免疫组织化学SP法染色检测腮腺多形性腺瘤组、多形性腺瘤恶变组和瘤旁非瘤组织组各组间CD44v6、Ecadherin和ki-67蛋白表达。结果显示,(1)CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67在腮腺多形性腺瘤组中的阳性表达率分别为100%、96%和73.8%;(2)E-cadherin和ki-67在腮腺多形性腺瘤组、多形性腺瘤恶变组和瘤周非瘤组织间的阳性表达率均有差异,其表达与腮腺多形性腺瘤的浸润转移有关;(3)CD44v6在腮腺多形性腺瘤组与瘤周非瘤组织组,多形性腺瘤恶变组与瘤周非瘤组织组中的表达有统计学差异。由此可知,E-cadherin和ki-67与腮腺多形性腺瘤的生物学行为有关,可作为新的肿瘤标志物,其表达对判断预后有一定的价值。     

木材类Klason法木质素的结构表征及其热解特性

运用元素分析与红外光谱分析仪(FTIR)对Klason法提取的枫木及杉木木质素进行化学结构表征,发现枫木木质素比杉木木质素含有更多的紫丁香酚结构单元.利用热重红外联用分析仪(TG-FTIR)研究了2种木材木质素在动态升温条件下的失重特性及主要气体产物的析出过程,发现木质素热解过程主要分2个阶段,其中枫木木质素为148~268℃及295~494℃两个阶段,杉木木质素则为150~308℃及312~518℃两个阶段.第1个阶段的主要产物是酚类化合物及二氧化碳(CO2),第2个阶段则主要是甲烷以及甲醇的析出,一氧化碳(CO)的生成量也有所增加.基于实验分析,采用一级一阶模型计算枫木、杉木木质素热解2个阶段的动力学参数.     

林木胸径与树高的关系研究

胸径与树高都是衡量林木生长好坏的两个非常重要的因子,为此借用黑龙江省红松的一组生长数据,对胸径与树高的非线性模型进行了拟合研究;经分析所选五个模型均相关性极显著,但以模型H=32.7008e-8.7297d相关性最好,F值为1110.000,高出其他F值2倍及以上.为此应用该模型大大的提高了树高因子的估测精度,并为今后的森林资源调查工作提供高精度的间接树高数据.
