Long-distance quantum communication with atomic ensembles and linear optics.

Quantum communication holds promise for absolutely secure transmission of secret messages and the faithful transfer of unknown quantum states. Photonic channels appear to be very attractive for the physical implementation of quantum communication. However, owing to losses and decoherence in the channel, the communication fidelity decreases exponentially with the channel length. Here we describe a scheme that allows the implementation of robust quantum communication over long lossy channels. The scheme involves laser manipulation of atomic ensembles, beam splitters, and single-photon detectors with moderate efficiencies, and is therefore compatible with current experimental technology. We show that the communication efficiency scales polynomially with the channel length, and hence the scheme should be operable over very long distances.     

Advances in interspecific pregnancy

Interspecific pregnancy in which the conceptus and female carrying the pregnancy are of different species is a key step to interspecific cloning. Cloning endangered animals by interspecific pregnancy is such a highlight catching people’s eyes nowadays. In this article, the history of interspecific pregnancy, the methods for establishment of interspecific pregnancy, the corresponding theories, barriers and applied prospects are reviewed. Solution Properties of Soy Protein in DMSO/Urea Solvent System

Solution properties of 7S globulins （7S）, 11S globulins （11S） and soy protein isolates （SPI） in dimethylsulfoxide （DMSO）/urea solvent system were studied by intrinsic viscosity and particle size distributions. The results showed that the existence of urea was the main reason for the denaturation and solubility of soy protein in the system, and the effects were more obvious with increasing of urea concentration in solutions. Suitably dissolution temperature and time contributed to the solubility of soy proteins.     

问题与对策：提高本科毕业论文（设计）质量的思考

普通本科院校在大学生就业压力、高校扩招、生源质量下降及教育质量管理等因素的影响下，本科生毕业论文（设计）的质量普遍下降。影响毕业论文（设计）质量下降的主要原因一是高校内部教育教学管理上对毕业论文（设计）不够重视；二是包括大学生就业压力在内的社会问题冲击了大学生对毕业论文（设计）研究的积极性。文章认为提高毕业论文（设计）的质量一是要完善高校内部教育质量保障体系，强化质量管理意识：二是政府不断采取措施提高大学生的就业率，促使大学生专心学习。     

临海新近成陆地层钻孔灌注桩基础砂浆护筒护壁技术研究

利用水泥砂浆耐压、防水、铁丝网片固结砂浆、钢筋骨架整体受力的特点,制作了应用钢筋骨架水泥砂浆护筒,承受水土产生的圆周向均布侧压力,保证地质结构的平衡;将“外套钢护筒、内深埋钢筋骨架水泥砂浆护筒”技术应用于围海冲填新近成陆地段建设桥梁和其他构筑物钻孔灌注桩基础孔顶护壁.     

浅论建设项目设计阶段的造价控制

文章就设计各阶段的造价控制简要进行说明,主要论述了价值工程优选法在设计方案选择中的应用、限额设计方法在初步设计和施工图设计阶段的应用.

大城市建筑垃圾产生特征演变及比较

选取我国香港、上海、北京和广州4个典型城市为研究对象,采用Mann-Kendal趋势分析法,分析这4个城市建筑垃圾总量、单位GDP、单位人口和单位施工面积的建筑垃圾产生量变化,同时探究建筑垃圾产生量与经济发展的关系.研究结果表明:处于快速城市化进程中的上海、北京和广州城市建筑垃圾总量一直呈上升趋势,年均增长率平均为8.32％;3个城市单位GDP建筑垃圾产生量持续下降,年均下降率平均为8.55％,香港单位GDP建筑垃圾产生量明显较低且较为稳定;香港和北京单位人口建筑垃圾产生量基本维持为2t/人,而上海约为1t/人,广州单位人口建筑垃圾产生量呈现上升趋势；北京、上海和广州3个城市的平均单位施工面积建筑垃圾产生量为22.62 t/(100 m2),其中北京下降趋势明显；提出将单位施工面积建筑垃圾产生量22 t/(100 m2)作为建筑垃圾产生量预测依据；香港城市建筑垃圾增长与人均GDP之间表现为先上升后下降的库兹涅茨曲线,上海、北京和广州则基本表现为线性上升曲线.     

电阻率层析成像和高精度磁测在防空洞勘察中的应用

利用电阻率层析成像法对防空洞进行探测,二维层析成像反演结果清楚地显示防空洞的位置和埋深.同时,利用高精度磁测进行了验证,获得防空洞可靠的走向延伸.两种地球物理探测方法的综合运用,在中国科学技术大学校园内的防空洞探测中取得非常满意的效果.
