Function and interaction of maturation-promoting factor and mitogen-activated protein kinase during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte

Mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAP kinase) cascade and maturation-promoting factor (MPF) play very important roles during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte. Interaction between MAP kinase and MPF influences meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte throughout the animal kingdom, including stimulation of germinal vesicle breakdown (GVBD), suppression of DNA replication, control of meiotic chromosome segregation, maintenance of metaphase II arrest, and resumption and completion of second meiosis. This review focuses on the function and interaction of MAP kinase and MPF during meiotic maturation and fertilization of oocyte.     

Simulation of evacuation behaviors in fire using spacial grid

A two-dimensional Cellular Automata (CA) model to demonstrate the special phenomena of occupants evacuating from fire room is presented. A set of simple but effective models is proposed to investigate the effect of fire smoke on route choice. The concept of danger grade is introduced, and occupants select the target cell according to the value of danger grade at each time step. Some technique is introduced to substitute the human intelligence, such as premeditation. The simulation results show that human evacuation is influenced greatly by both human visual field and building exit.     

Comparison of metallogenesis and resource potential on the eastern margin of the Jiangnan Upheaval between south Anhui (Wannan) and northeast Jiangxi (Gandongbei) provinces

The southern and northern parts of the eastern margin of the Jiangnan Upheaval, located in the northeast of Jiangxi Province (Gandongbei) and the south of Anhui Province (Wannan) share many similar characteristics of basement composition and structural evolution. However, the two areas have very different metal endowments and ranges of deposit types. The aim of this paper is to compare the metallogenic conditions of the two areas in order to analyze the reasons for these differences and to estimate the preliminary resource potential of the studied areas. It is concluded that difference of the crust-mantle interactions, especially the Yanshanian magmatism in the two areas, is the main reason resulting in difference in the ore-forming processes between Wannan and Gandongbei. The resource potential of Gandongbei is significantly greater than that of Wannan.

针对线性时变离散系统，首次提出并研究了迭代域内线性二次型最优迭代学习控制问题。所得到的迭代学习控制方法在迭代域内是保性能最优的，其学习率不需主观选取，学习速度可通过改变性能矩阵参数进行调节。     

关于互补判断矩阵的群决策的专家评判水平

在群决策分析中，如何从一致性分析的角度来分析专家评判水平或对专家评判水平进行分类是一个重要的研究课题。本文针对群决策中基于互补判断矩阵偏好信息的专家评判水平的排序与分类问题，提出了一种分析方法。首先，分析了互补判断矩阵及其一致性的有关性质；然后，通过构造每个专家给出互补判断矩阵的导出矩阵及其向量表示，计算每个专家给出互补判断矩阵与一致性互补判断矩阵之间的偏差，并得到每个专家评判水平的排序结果和专家们评判水平的分类。最后，通过一个算例说明了本文给出的分析方法。     

多回合组合双向拍卖交易机制研究

以组合双向拍卖分析为基础,建立了相关的数学模型,分别对单一回合和多个回合的组合双向拍卖交易机制进行了研究,证明多回合组合双向拍卖能更大地提高社会福利,也为进一步研究组合双向拍卖的市场效率、竞争均衡、竞标策略和计算机的模拟实验等问题提供了基础.     

通用雷达装备模拟训练系统及其关键技术研究

针对当前模拟训练系统功能单一、型号专用、开发效率低、水平参差不齐等问题，提出了基于PLSE（Product Line Software Engineering）理论的仿真平台概念、通用雷达装备全任务模拟训练系统概念和面向领域的研究方法。建立了外观模型、机理模型、人机交互模型、训练评估模型和系统结构模型的模拟训练系统模型体系，基于此提出了模拟训练系统的四种典型模式。攻克了全任务模拟训练系统研发中的四项关键技术：①提出并实现了面向维修案例的故障建模、仿真和评估方法；②采用USB（Universal Serial Bus）技术建立了基于实装专用部件的人机交互设备通用设计方法；③应用分布仿真高层体系结构HLA／RTI解决了模拟训练系统中的紧耦合交互问题；④建立了基于组件技术的模型规范和软件体系结构，实现组合式的仿真应用构建模式。最后介绍了针对通用雷达装备领域构建的仿真平台和一种虚拟式全任务模拟训练系统。     

基于DSP的自动磁粉探伤系统

针对自动磁粉探伤系统，提出了一种基于DSP的裂纹图像处理识别板卡的总体设计方案，分别对DSP主处理器、A／D转换模块、UART、存储空间扩展以及CPLD逻辑控制进行了方案分析和设计，在进行系统调试的同时给出实验数据，并与PC机的软件进行效率比较．     

基于逐点比较法的插补轨迹仿真软件

逐点比较插补算法是轮廓插补的算法之一．对用VB开发的数控插补仿真软件进行了介绍，该软件可实现四象限直线、顺圆和逆圆的插补轨迹的仿真，能使数控技术学习者深刻理解数控机床插补模块的作用，并可为数控系统插补软件的开发提供参考．
