卤化亚铜催化卤代丁烷引发苯乙烯自由基聚合

研究过渡金属催化条件下,卤代丁烷结构等对苯乙烯自由基聚合反应的影响规律。方法,以卤代丁烷Ｃ４Ｈ９Ｘ（Ｘ＝Ｂｒ,Ｉ）／卤代亚铜ＣｕＸ（Ｘ＝Ｃｌ,Ｂｒ,Ｉ）／配位体（２,２″－联吡啶（ｂｐｙ,三苯基膦（ＰＰｈ３）体系为引发体系,研究苯乙烯本体自由基聚合动力学。     

Genomic organization of EDSV strain AA-2

The genomic organization of egg drop syndrome virus strain AA-2 isolated in China is reported here. The genome was found to be 32 838 bp in length, approximately 2 kb shorter than those of the human subgenus C adenoviruses. Analysis of open reading frames indicated that the genes for major viral structural proteins (55 K, Penton base, pⅦ, pⅩ, pⅥ, Hexon, 100 K, pⅧ and Fiber), as well as EP, DNA polymerase and ⅣaⅡ are present in the expected locations in the genome. EDSV possesses no identifiable E3 and E4 regions and most proteins encoded by E3 and E4 regions of other adenoviruses genome were not presented in EDSV.     

Neuropeptide Y receptors in a protozoaStylonychia mytilus

Radio ligand binding assays(RLBA) were used to study neuropeptide Y (NPY) receptors in a protozoa Stylonychia mytilus. The experimental results showed that 2-3×10+3/mL Stylonychia cells incubated in Pringsheim solution which contained 3H-NPY could specifically bind 3H-NPY and concomitantly present saturable characteristic. This suggested that Stylonychia possessed some specific binding sites for NPY. Scatchard transformations of binding assay for the NPY receptors at 25℃ are compatible with the specific activity of 42.47 fmol/10+3 cells and the binding equilibrium constant of 0.113 nmol/L. The data of 125I-NPY binding assay to the membrane protein extract of Stylonychia indicated that there was a significant difference between the amount of total bound and nonspecific bound of 125I-NPY. This result indicated that NPY receptors were probably localized mainly on the cell membrane.

研究了在不完全信息的信贷市场中,规避风险厌恶型企业道德危害的信贷决策机制,考察了在该机制中贷款利率、抵押品需求量和信贷配给对规避企业道德危害的作用．提出了这种机制作用下均衡的贷款合同应满足的一些性质．     

Search for new antiphytovirucides

The lead compound of substituted 2-(4′-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazoles were modified by phosphorylation sulfonation and carboxymethylation. The benzimidazoloamidophosphate (6) (7) have better activity against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV). The benzimidazolophenoxyacetic acid, phenoxysulfonic acid containing trifluoromethyl, and nitro group have 77%≈85% efficiency for wheat rust disease. 仔猪混合感染致病性白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的诊断及防制初报

经过病原的分离鉴定、致病性试验及病仔猪防治效果的分析,确诊某集约化养猪场仔猪发生以“渗出性皮炎”为主的疾病为致病性白色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌混合感染,通过采取综合的防制措施后,彻底控制本病的发生和流行。     

视黄酸对BEL—7402细胞酶活性及基因表达的影响

人肝癌ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞分别以５μｍｏｌ／Ｌ、２０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ和５０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ的视黄酸（ＲＡ）处理后,细胞生长明显受抑,平均细胞群体倍增时间延长,并呈ＲＡ浓度及处理时间依赖性关系．经２０μｍｏｌ／ＬＲＡ处理的细胞中,ｒ－谷氨酰转肽酶（ｒ－ＧＴ）活性自给药后第２天即持续下降,至第６天降至４４．５％,而酪氨酸－α－酮戊二酸转氨酶（ＴＡＴ）活性则持续增高,至第６天较对照组高近１倍．经２０μｍｏｌ／ＬＲＡ处理５ｄ后,ＲＮＡ斑点杂交分析表明ｐ５３基因转录加强,而Ｎ－ｒａｓ基因表达下降,提示该两基因的表达变化可能在ＢＥＬ－７４０２细胞的生长抑制及逆转过程中起重要作用,有关机制尚待深入研究．     

氩离子腔内倍频紫外连续激光器

本文从讨论培频效率入手,分析了影响倍频效率的原因,给出BBO晶体氩离子腔内培频紫外激光器的设计方案,制作了激光器,并得到了紫外激光输出。     

小毛足鼠(Phodopus roborovskii)食性和食量的研究

小毛足鼠饲喂试验结果以及颊囊食物统计结果表明,该鼠在饲喂条件下食物资源利用谱相对较宽,但在野外条件下食物资源的利用主要以植物种子为主;并结合具体情况探讨了造成野外条件下该鼠食物资源利用范围趋于特化的原因．估算了小毛足鼠的采食效率为０．０７６％～０．１４％．在以上研究基础上,对小毛足鼠的危害与防治问题作了初步分析与说明
