略论吴昌硕的石鼓文书法艺术

论及吴昌硕先生书法艺术的文章不少，但专文探讨和研究吴昌硕石鼓艺术的文字却并不多见。本文试图对吴昌硕石鼓艺术的形成历程和艺术特色等进行梳理总结，以期对当前和将来的书法继承与创新活动提供有益的参考。     

生命伦理学及其四大基本原则

生命伦理学起源于1950年代,1970年代成为一门独立的学科.我国于1980年代初起步.生命伦理学的英文bioethics,由bio和ethics两个词组成,意即在进行生命科学研究时既要遵循生命科学规律,又要合乎伦理学的原则.     

Mechanical Design and Research on Process of Air Suction Drawing System of Spunbonded Nonwoven

The design guideline for the air suction drawing system with auxiliary air was analyzed, a spunbonding nonwoven system named PADHL1 - 3200 was designed and polypropylene （PP） spunbonded nonwoven fabrics with excellent properties were achieved after many trial runs. On the other hand, the suction air velocity （VA） was calculated and the influence of VA on the bonding strengh of PP nonwoven fabrics was Studied as well. It was found that VA is 1.5 - 2.5 times of the spinning velocity. With the increase of VA, PP fibers become finer and the bonding strength of PP nonwoven fabrics increases as well.     

Long term monitoring of urban subsidence by Permanent Scatterer DInSAR

When using differential SAR interferometry (DInSAR) to monitor the surface deformation over a long time scale, it is often strongly affected by the spatial and temporal decorrelations and atmospheric dishomogeneities. The recently developed Permanent Scatterers (PS) technique proposed by Fertti et al. can overcome these difficulties by interpreting time-series of interferometric phase only at coherent point scatterers. In this study, we apply this PS technique using 25 ERS-1/2 scenes from 1992 to 2000 to monitor the subsidence in Suzhou. By using the linear deformation model, the deformation map in Suzhou urban area over the eight years is obtained. And the calculated results are in good agreement with the measurements of leveling.

哈贝马斯社会批判理论根基的语言学转向

生活世界理论在哈贝马斯社会批判理论中居于核心地位，但他对生活世界的理解并不是前后一致的。他早期基本上是在综合胡塞尔和许茨生活世界理论基础上而形成自己关于生活世界的理解，而他后期的社会批判理论则奠基在语言学转向后的生活世界理论基础之上。由于这一语言学转向，与其早期社会批判理论相比，他后期的社会批判理论在形式上更趋合理，在内容上更深刻，在批判的同时还形成了自己关于未来理想社会的建构理论。     

铝厂污水零排放研究

本文从水质方面分析了西南某铝厂污水零排放的可行性。为了实现污水零排放,对该铝厂东片区、氧化铝厂、热电厂三大污水处理系统进行改进。从现场试验监测及统计分析结果表明,改进后的处理系统处理的水质满足再生水水质指标要求,该铝厂污水零排放的实现创造了极大的经济和社会效益。     

Effects of self evaluation on late ERP components

High-density event-related potentials (ERPs) were measured when participants were required to evaluate oneself, significant others (father and mother) and the most familiar public figures (Lei Feng and Jiang Qing) based on trait adjectives. There were three referential conditions and a non-referential control condition including self-evaluation (SE), significant other-evaluation (SOE), general other-evaluation (GOE), and semantic positivity-evaluation (SPE). The behavioral data showed that RTs to GOE condition were longer than the other three conditions. Scalp ERP analysis revealed that (1) SPE condition elicited a more negative N2 than SE condition, which was associated with inhibition of responses; (2) SE condition elicited a more positive P300 than SPE condition, which was an index of attention to self-relevant stimuli; (3) there was no difference on the amplitude and latency of P300 between SE and SOE conditions, which reflected that the concept of “self” included intimate others (e.g., father and mother) in Chinese culture.     

文学的存在方式现象学

文学的存在方式是指文学赖以存在的整体结构。通过对文学创作活动(事件)、文学接受活动(事件)的现象学描述,建构了文学的存在方式———文学存在的四维整体结构和文学存在之主体间的交流结构,后两者共同组建着文学的存在整体。     

Finding finer functions for partially characterized proteins by protein-protein interaction networks

Based on high-throughput data, numerous algorithms have been designed to find functions of novel proteins. However, the effectiveness of such algorithms is currently limited by some fundamental factors, including (1) the low a-priori probability of novel proteins participating in a detailed function; (2) the huge false data present in high-throughput datasets; (3) the incomplete data coverage of functional classes; (4) the abundant but heterogeneous negative samples for training the algorithms; and (5) the lack of detailed functional knowledge for training algorithms. Here, for partially characterized proteins, we suggest an approach to finding their finer functions based on protein interaction sub-networks or gene expression patterns, defined in function-specific subspaces. The proposed approach can lessen the above-mentioned problems by properly defining the prediction range and functionally filtering the noisy data, and thus can efficiently find proteins’ novel functions. For thousands of yeast and human proteins partially characterized, it is able to reliably find their finer functions (e.g., the translational functions) with more than 90% precision. The predicted finer functions are highly valuable both for guiding the follow-up wet-lab validation and for providing the necessary data for training algorithms to learn other proteins.
