区域性地下水系统动态识别方法及其应用（Ⅱ）

本文承接上文［１］将区域性地下水系统动态识别方法应用于阳泉市深层溶水系统的参数识别，与以往人们常用的静态识别方法相比较证明，动态识别法比静态识别法具有更高的精确度，所得参数更符合实际。     

Organotin complexes of pyridine-2-carbothioamide

Summary Complexes of pyridine-2-carbothioamide with diethyltin dichloride, dibenzyltin dichloride and phenyltin trichloride are described. In each case, the chelating agent is bound to the tin(IV) atom by the pyridine nitrogen and the carbothioamide sulphur, giving support to proposals that certain organotin compounds cause enzyme deactivation via the formation of tin-sulphur bonds.Acknowledgment. Serial nuclear transfer improves the development of interspecies reconstructed giant panda (Aluropoda melanoleuca) embryos

Interspecies somatic nuclear transfer (NT) may provide a new approach for preservation of the endangered rare species. Previous interspecies cloning studies have shown that a nucleus from a quiescent somatic cell supports early development of reconstructed embryos in the ooplasm from another species. In this study, we transferred nonquiescent somatic cells from a giant panda into the perivitelline space of the enucleated rabbit oocytes. After electrofusion (at the rate of 71.6%) and electrical activation, 4.2% of the panda-rabbit reconstructed embryos developed to blastocyst in vitro. For improving the development rate of reconstructed embryos, we used serial NT in this study, i.e. blastomeres from reconstructed morulae were transferred into the perivitelline space of the enucleated rabbit oocytes. The fusion rates in the groups of serial I, serial II and serial III were 79.5%, 84.1% and 78.0%, respectively, having no difference with that of somatic group. And the blastocyst rates in serial NT groups were 19.4%, 13.5% and 10.3%, respectively, which are significantly higher than that in somatic NT group. These results indicate that the nuclei from nonquiescent somatic cells can support early development of reconstructed embryos and serial NT can improve the development rate of interspecies reconstructed embryos. 不同负荷后对高原短跑运动员红细胞和白细胞及分类的影响

通过对短跑运动员血液有形成分变化的测试和分析，证明高原短跑运动员不同负荷训练前后，白细胞及多数分类，红细胞含量明显增加；中性粒细胞含量降低。对于高原短跑训练中负荷控制和医务监督提供实验依据，为高原短跑训练提供一定的生理学参考。     

化学实验教学中培养中学生自我效能感的有效策略

自我效能感是指个体对自己是否能够成功地进行某一成就行为的主观判断。学生的自我效能感主要表现在其学习活动中,它是指学生在学习活动中对自己是否有能力完成学习任务和进行具体学习活动的能力的预测和估计,它体现了学生对自身学习的一种自信和期望。化学实验教学是化学教学的重要内容之一,它既受学生已有自我效能感的影响,又对于提高其自我效能感有重要作用。在化学实验教学中有效培养学生的自我效能感应该遵循若的干教学策略。     

Glu101对保持中心蛋白正常构象作用的研究——光谱法研究稀土离子与八肋游仆虫中心蛋白作用对蛋白构象的影响

通过位点直接突变法将八肋游仆虫中心蛋白101位保守的Glu突变成Lys,得到突变蛋白E101K.利用疏水性探针TN S研究了突变对Tb^3＋与蛋白作用时蛋白构象变化的影响.结果表明,相对于钙饱和的蛋白,铽的饱和对蛋白构象变化的影响更大.同时,共振光散射研究表明,Glu101对保持蛋白适当的构象变化行为起着至关重要的作用.

Neuroglobin mutation associated with hypoxia adaptation in Tibet chicken

Globin protein family plays an important role in storing and transporting oxygen. As a newly reported globin, the revealed function of neuroglobin includes binding and storing oxygen as well as facilitating the utilization of oxygen in neuronal cells. In the present study, mutations in exons of chicken Ngb gene were identified with the method of sequencing and created restriction site PCR in Tibet chicken and other four lowland chicken breeds. The mutations of Lys-2224(E4)-Asn and Ser-2279(E4)-Gly were identified in exon 4 of the gene. The Lys-2224(E4)-Asn mutation existed only in Tibet chicken and the mutation frequencies increased with increasing altitude. Analysis of the haplotype and diplotype of the two mutations in Tibet chicken populations of different altitudes showed that the frequencies of TG haplotype and TTGG diplotype also increased with increasing altitude, while the reverse tendency was found on GGAA diplotype. Under the hypoxic simulation incubation, the main haplotype was TG in living embryos and GA in dead embryos. The results showed that the Lys-2224(E4)-Asn mutation may be a specific mutation associated with hypoxia adaptation in Tibet chicken.
