Rapid Manufacturing of Sand Molds by Direct Milling

Direct milling of sand molds is an important development in rapid manufacturing of sand molds. Direct milling is an effective method for manufacturing single or small batches of cast parts. This paper describes experimental investigations to find sand blocks with the appropriate strength, to describe wear patterns of different tools (high-speed steel (HSS), carbide, and polycrystalline diamond (PCD) tools), and to analyze sand mold cutting mechanisms. The results show that the PCD tool outperformes the other tools in terms of tool life. Average flank wear and micro-tipping are the dominant tool failure modes in the sand mold milling process. With a flank wear limit of 0.3 mm, the PCD tool works continuously for about 70 h under the experimental conditions. The experimental results show that the cutting mechanism for direct milling sand molds differs from metal cutting.     

颗粒流体两相流模拟方法的讨论和展望

根据建立模型时对系统分解方法的不同,将颗粒流体两相流模型分为双介质模型和两相模型两类。通过分析颗粒流体两相流的流动特性和两类模型的优缺点,提出了结合两类模型的模拟方法,即:用两相模型分析系统的不均匀结构、操作模式和流域转换,用双介质模型分析均匀系统流场和动态行为,对于非均匀颗粒流体系统结合两类模型,实现对颗粒流体两相流流动特性的完整认识。     

科马提岩类岩浆熔离硫化镍矿石建造

与科马提岩(超铁镁火山岩)类有关的硫化镍矿床是70年代提出的新的矿床类型,它在硫化镍矿床中约占54%;占世界镍储量的22.7%,占1979年世界开采量的26.1%;它主要产于太古代绿岩带中,但其他年代地层中也有产出。成矿母岩和赋矿围岩均为科马提岩,其鬣刺结构和流层状构造特别发育。本型矿石主要由磁黄铁矿、镍黄铁矿、黄铁矿、黄铜矿、磁铁矿等组成,较之与辉长岩类有关的铜镍硫化物矿床,其镍黄铁矿含量远大于黄铜矿,Ni/Cu比值在10-70之间(与辉长岩类有关的矿床为17)。本文还介绍了本型矿石建造的矿物共生组合、组构、矿体的形状与产状、成矿物质的来源,以及矿床的成因。     

内乡宝天曼自然保护区蝶类名录

根据1982—1987年的调查,本名录记载内乡宝天曼自然保护区的蝶类160种,隶属于10科92属。其中1科46种为河南省新记录。计斑蝶科1科1种,凤蝶科2种,粉蝶科4种,眼蝶科9种,蛱蝶科10种,蚬蝶科1种,灰蝶料9种,弄蝶科10种。     

聚酯型聚氨酯化学组成的研究

本文报导了聚酯型聚氨酯水介和分离方法,经红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱(H—NMR和~(13)C—NMR)鉴定,未知样品(系化工部二局提供进口PU型粘结剂)水介产物的化学组成是4,4′—二氨基二苯基甲烷、1.4—丁二醇和已二酸。     

Defects in La_2CuO_4 and La_(1.86)Sr_(0.14)CuO_4 single crystals

La2CuO4 and La1.86Sr0.14CuO4 single crystals were obtained by traveling solvent floating zone method. There were five kinds of defects in these single crystals: cracks, inclusions, gas bubbles, unhomogeneous distribution of Sr2+, and substructures. CH3COOH aqueous solution was used to etch these single crystals, and the etch-pit density was calculated. The formation mechanism of these defects was discussed. It is suggested that the good preparation of raw materials and the stringent growth conditions play an important role in growing high quality single crystals.     

爱因斯坦的“宇宙宗教”

本文主要探讨了爱因斯坦“宇宙宗教”的含义、表述与作用。着重阐述以下四个问题:①宇宙宗教:对宇宙合理性的信仰;②宇宙宗教感情所采取的表现形式;③宇宙宗教感情:科学研究的动机和动力;④科学、宗教及其它。     

负载型丝光沸石催化剂的催化性能研究

运用二元碱氮置换吸附红外光谱法、分子筛孔径分布测定技术、XPS技术,考察了丝光沸石表面酸性与孔结构的相互关系、钯在丝光沸石上分布情况和价态及其与沸石的相互作用。结果表明,随着丝光沸石脱铝程度的增加,表面出现大量不规整晶格,存在较多的次级孔道。强质子酸中心主要分布在它的“外表面”。钯在其表面富集,并与“外表面”上的质子酸中心协同作用,促进了轻质烷烃异构化反应。
