Properties and Chemical Treatment of Banana Fiber

Comparing to some other fibers,the mechanical andsome physical properties of banana fiber,constituent ofbanana fiber have been studied in this paper,mean-while,for improving some characteristics of banana fi-ber,the chemical treatments were used to modify the fi-ber.The results show that the coarse and brittle bananafiber,will be difficult to process in traditional spinningsystem.     

Preliminary Study on Anti-Dropping Methods for Short Cashmere Woolen Cloth

The fibre dropping mechanism of short cashmere fabrics is elucidated. Results show that to reduce the fibre dropping, it is necessary to increase the linkage force among the fibers, and the special anti - dropping finishing for the fabrics which have been normally finished, should be carried out. To evaluate the six selected anti - dropping finishing agents, fuzzy judgment method was used, and the agent, with the most effect on anti - dropping, was found out.

涡流空化水处理的流场仿真分析

依据涡流水力空化原理,构建了污水处理装置模型,利用ANSYS CFX软件进行了计算机仿真,对装置的结构参数以及影响装置内流体压力分布的因素进行了分析,并对仿真结果进行了实验和放大模型仿真验证,进而提出了保证最高降解效率的涡流水力空化污水处理装置的设计原则:选择合适的涡流仓窄缝宽度;除在装置底部要设计挡板外,在涡流仓的顶部增开小孔;在系统允许压力范围内,应选择输出压力高的水泵.
