三维服装计算机辅助设计的曲面逼近和消隐

本文介绍了三维服装 CAD 系统 GCAD-2中的人体曲面逼近和曲面消隐等的处理方法。三维服装 CAD 系统中的人体曲面模型是三维服装造型的基础,也是二维原型服装的依据。作者按照计算机辅助服装设计的基本要求,根据人体测量系统输入的数据,提出一种在最小二乘意义上的人体曲面逼近方法。采用这种方法,构造的人体曲面模型计算量小,可以方便地进行修改、控制和进行隐面处理和浓淡处理等。

Yarn Properties Prediction Based on Machine Learning Method

Although many works have been done to constructprediction models on yarn processing quality, the relationbetween spinning variables and yam properties has not beenestablished conclusively so far. Support vector machines(SVMs), based on statistical learning theory, are gainingapplications in the areas of machine learning and patternrecognition because of the high accuracy and goodgeneralization capability. This study briefly introduces theSVM regression algorithms, and presents the SVM basedsystem architecture for predicting yam properties. Model.selection which amounts to search in hyper-parameter spaceis performed for study of suitable parameters with grid-research method. Experimental results have been comparedwith those of artificial neural network(ANN) models. Theinvestigation indicates that in the small data sets and real-life production, SVM models are capable of remaining thestability of predictive accuracy, and more suitable for noisyand dynamic spinning process.     

导叶式旋风管排气管内流动减阻的试验研究

通过对导叶式旋风管内流动参数的测量分析,发现排气管内气流旋转强度高,并存在“滞流”、“倒流”及逆压梯度等无益于颗粒分离的流动状态,造成排气管内压力损失约占旋风管总压降的22%。在排气管内安装框形结构后,可有效削弱和抑制上述耗能流动,在保证分离效率基本不变的前提下,使旋风管减阻幅度达到9%。

本文提出了用数学形态学的腐蚀，膨胀操作边界循环扫描收缩和消除伪象素点等算法对螺纹钢筋进行计数，经实验验让使用本文所提出的算法可获得１００％的精确计数。     

ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK BASED ASSEMBLABILITY EVALUATION

Assemblability evaluation is a pivotal step in design for assembly (DFA). In this paper, the authors analyze the problem existing in previous assemblability evaluation methods, put forward a new approach-Artificial Neural Network based Assemblability Evaluation Method (AAE), describe the principles and implementations of the neural network in use for assemblability evaluation. AAE has been put into use in product design. The results of the experiments and analyses show that assemblability is measured more objectively, accurately and completely by using AAE than the conventional methods.
