BP网络应用于黄河水质的预测研究

利用黄河兰州段水质指标浓度时间序列作为学习样本，选取了DO、COD、氨氮、重金属离子等l0项指标作为输出参数，运用人工神经网络BP模型中的Levenberg—Marguardt优化算法对学习样本优化建模，将优化好的网络的预测结果与实测结果进行了比较，表明BP网络可以很好地用于黄河水质指标值及水质类别的预测。

Zusammenfassung Die-Strahlen-Empfindlichkeit von 7P.-viridicatum-Stämmen und 6A.-flavus-Stämmen wurde an Kulturen verschiedenen Alters untersucht. Eine Dosis von 0,2 Mrad verhinderte das Wachstum 3 Wochen alter Kulturen beider Gattungen vollständig, während bei 6 Monate alten Kulturen eine Dosis von 0,1 Mrad genügte.

A late Eemian aridity pulse in central Europe during the last glacial inception

Investigating the processes that led to the end of the last interglacial period is relevant for understanding how our ongoing interglacial will end, which has been a matter of much debate (see, for example, refs 1, 2). A recent ice core from Greenland demonstrates climate cooling from 122,000 years ago driven by orbitally controlled insolation, with glacial inception at 118,000 years ago. Here we present an annually resolved, layer-counted record of varve thickness, quartz grain size and pollen assemblages from a maar lake in the Eifel (Germany), which documents a late Eemian aridity pulse lasting 468 years with dust storms, aridity, bushfire and a decline of thermophilous trees at the time of glacial inception. We interpret the decrease in both precipitation and temperature as an indication of a close link of this extreme climate event to a sudden southward shift of the position of the North Atlantic drift, the ocean current that brings warm surface waters to the northern European region. The late Eemian aridity pulse occurred at a 65 degrees N July insolation of 416 W m(-2), close to today's value of 428 W m(-2) (ref. 9), and may therefore be relevant for the interpretation of present-day climate variability.

测定了Gemini表面活性剂在pH值为10．86,NaBr浓度为1．0mol／L的溶液气／液界面上的表面压一分子面积的等温线。用自制的Brewster角显微镜(BAM)观察了由Gemini表面活性剂在界面上所形成单分子膜的微区形貌随表面压的变化。结果表明：当pH值为10．86时,Gemini表面活性剂在1．0mol／L NaBr溶液的气／液界面上生成了凝聚态的单分子膜;当表面压较低时,观察到在界面上形成了同心圆结构;随着表面压的增加,这些同心圆可发生聚并而形成多中心结构。     

Na, K-ATPase in the salivary gland of the ixodid tick Amblyomma hebraeum (Koch) and its relation to the process of fluid secretion.

Total and ouabain-sensitive ATPase activities were determined in the salivary glands of ticks throughout the feeding cycle. Activities were very low in unfed specimens. In the glands of feeding females, the activities rose until a maximum was reached for both ATPase components at approximately 200 mg. The activities remain low in males throughout the feeding period. These findings are discussed in relation to the fluid secretory process of the salivary glands.     

石羊河流域空气传播孢粉的初步研究

为了确定风长距离搬运的孢粉对干旱区尾闾型湖泊沉积物孢粉谱的贡献率，对干旱区典型的小流域--石羊河流域空气中的孢粉进行了分析．石羊河流域云杉树盛花期时，3个样点8个空气样孢粉分析显示，空气样孢粉组合与取样点植被状况大致相当，孢粉组合的空间变化基本上受现代植被分布状况控制，影响空气样孢粉谱和孢粉浓度的因素主要是取样时间和地点．在一定的范围内，干旱区风搬运孢粉的能力很强，可大量地搬运孢粉；但风长距离搬运孢粉的能力有限，超过一定距离，风搬运的孢粉数量还是很小的，风搬运的流域上游森林带的孢粉对中下游地区空气样孢粉谱的贡献率很小．     

Presence of ecdysone and ecdysterone in the tickAmblyomma hebraeum Koch

Summary Ecdysone and ecdysterone, the moulting hormones of insects and crustaceans, are also present in nymphs of the tickAmblyomma hebraeum. They were demonstrated by means of radioimmunoassay and of gas-liquid chromatography combined with mass fragmentography or mass spectrometry of their trimethylsilyl-drivatives.Acknowledgments. Structure of a protein determined by solid-state magic-angle-spinning NMR spectroscopy

The determination of a representative set of protein structures is a chief aim in structural genomics. Solid-state NMR may have a crucial role in structural investigations of those proteins that do not easily form crystals or are not accessible to solution NMR, such as amyloid systems or membrane proteins. Here we present a protein structure determined by solid-state magic-angle-spinning (MAS) NMR. Almost complete (13)C and (15)N resonance assignments for a micro-crystalline preparation of the alpha-spectrin Src-homology 3 (SH3) domain formed the basis for the extraction of a set of distance restraints. These restraints were derived from proton-driven spin diffusion (PDSD) spectra of biosynthetically site-directed, labelled samples obtained from bacteria grown using [1,3-(13)C]glycerol or [2-(13)C]glycerol as carbon sources. This allowed the observation of long-range distance correlations up to approximately 7 A. The calculated global fold of the alpha-spectrin SH3 domain is based on 286 inter-residue (13)C-(13)C and six (15)N-(15)N restraints, all self-consistently obtained by solid-state MAS NMR. This MAS NMR procedure should be widely applicable to small membrane proteins that can be expressed in bacteria.
