可持续发展的技术创新(STI)体系整合与功能构建

本文在分析对传统技术创新整合思路的基础上 ,探讨面向可持续发展的可持续技术创新(STI)的促进功能构建和协调功能构建。在此基础上 ,本文给出STI的概念和四重价值实现 ,并探讨STI与经济、社会和自然复合系统 (ESN)的互动关系及其推动ESN可持续发展的作用。     

DAB复用重配置时STI帧重配原理及实现方法

本文阐述了在数字声音广播DAB复用重配置时,STI(业务传输接口)帧重配置的原理、过程以及STI-D(LI)帧结构,并给出了STI-D (LI)帧重配置的软件实现方法.     

时间序列非平稳检测方法的对比分析

对比分析了检测时间序列是否平稳的两种方法:一种是基于简单的统计方法检测时间序列非平稳性的run-test(简称RT)方法(考虑了3种典型方法:均值RT、方差RT和标准差RT),另一种是利用动力非平稳检测的图示方法(space time-index,STI)。通过分析人工生成的已知平稳性的时间序列和实际湍流时间序列,对比了两种方法在时间序列非平稳检测上各自的优劣:RT方法简单、高效,但精确度低;STI方法精确度高,但复杂、低效。同时,分析了3种不同的RT方法对不同类型时间序列的平稳性检测能力,表明方差RT方法最适用于湍流时间序列非平稳性检测。

一次强降雹天气的雷达产品分析

利用新一代天气雷达探测资料,分析2009年8月17日出现在巴彦淖尔临河区的大风降雹天气的发生,发展和雷达回波基本反射率、速度场演变过程,分析表明风暴追踪信息（STI）,冰雹指数（HI）、垂直液态水含量（VIL）等产品对冰雹有较好的识别和预报能力。     

应用早期衰变时间计算语言传输指数

利用Odeon仿真软件，对55个不同听音位置，采用3种方法计算语言传输指数(Speech Transmission lndex，简称STI)，并进行比较分析．结果表明，应用早期衰变时间(Early Decay Time，简称EDT)比应用混响时间(T30)计算语言传输指数较为可靠．     

STI应力对90nm SONOS存储器的影响分析

随着CMOS工艺按比例缩小到90 nm以下,浅沟槽隔离(STI)引起的机械应力对MOSFET器件性能的影响越来越严重.通过实验和TCAD仿真研究了STI应力对一种SONOS结构的90 nm非易失存储器的影响.实验和仿真结果表明由于受到STI压应力的作用,靠近STI的SONOS边角存储单元和远离STI的中心存储单元存在阈值电压分布不一致的问题.为了减小STI应力对边角存储单元的影响,分别采用STI recess和STI Si3N4 liner两种工艺去减缓STI产生的压应力.TCAD仿真结果表明采用STI Si3N4 liner工艺后边角存储单元受到的STI压应力比原有的基本工艺降低了20%以上.     

语言传输指数STI评价汉语清晰度的失效性

为了研究针对汉语清晰度的客观评测方法,通过汉语清晰度主观评价实验和客观测量对现有语言传输指数STI评价汉语清晰度的失效性进行分析。从汉语清晰度与STI的关系、STI的掩蔽模型、STI的权重系数三方面论述了采用STI评价汉语清晰度可能存在的问题,对引用IEC标准作为评价汉语清晰度的国家标准或工程规范提出了一些建议。     

基于标准化指数的中国东北地区复合高温干旱事件时空变化特征分析

干旱和极端高温事件会对人类社会和生态环境造成严重影响,当两种极端事件同时发生时会造成更大的威胁。本文利用1961-2020年网格化的月值降水和气温数据,计算标准化降水蒸散发指数(SPEI)和标准化温度指数(STI),在界定复合事件的基础上分析不同干热阈值下中国东北地区复合高温干旱事件的时空演变特征,探究复合事件的空间相关性。结果表明,中国东北地区复合高温干旱事件发生频率在空间分布表现出东部及东南部低、西部及西北部高的特点;分析复合事件的历史演变发现Mi-Mi以0.02/a速率上升,且在20世纪90年代之后大幅度升高;总体复合事件影响面积呈现显著的上升趋势,幅度为1.02%/a,不同类型复合事件影响面积均显著升高且在20世纪90年代大幅度上升达到峰值;复合事件的高频区聚集在西部和西北部,低频区聚集在东南部及东部。研究成果可为东北地区防灾减灾、农业规划、水资源配置等提供参考。     

CPA—2系统与多道记录仪测定左室收缩时间间期的对照分析

采用多道生理记录仪直接描记法测定的 STI 作为对照,用 CPA-2系统对31例病人(自身对照)进行 STI 值的测定,以评价 CPA-2系统这一新的无创性心功能检测方法.结果显示两者所测得的 HR、Q-S_2、LVET、PEP 及 PEP/LVET均具有显著性正相关(P<0.01).说明 CPA-2系统可以替代多道生理记录仪测定 STI.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
