河南省可持续发展指标体系构建及应用实例

在追溯可持续发展指标体系研究成果的基础上,指出目前指标体系研究中存在的主要问题;从系统功能视角出发,对区域可持续发展指标体系进行了设计;通过影响力分析和独立性分析对设定的指标体系进行了有效处理;结合河南省资源环境等实际发展,设计出包括71个指标的完整体系,经过有效处理得出29个有效指标．利用改进的层次分析法,对河南省可持续发展能力进行了评估。     

河南省旅游竞争力评价与对策研究

旅游竞争力是资源优势、市场能力、产业发展潜力和支持能力的综合反映,是实现旅游业可持续发展的重要保障.根据旅游竞争力的内涵,运用层次分析法建立旅游竞争力评价指标体系,并计算出河南省旅游竞争力评价指数,在此基础上提出了提升河南省旅游竞争力的措施.研究结果表明,河南省旅游竞争力综合评价指数为0.43,旅游竞争力较弱;4个子系统中,旅游资源条件、市场开拓能力、产业发展能力较弱,产业支持能力则很弱。     

基于熵权重的喀斯特地区林业可持续发展评价方法

采用改进的层次分析法和熵权法进行了贵州省喀斯特地区林业可持续发展的评价研究.分析了两种方法的优缺点,并将层次分析法和熵权法的结果相结合,得到综合主客观因素的指标权重向量.结果表明:研究区内林业可持续发展总体水平由高到低依次为金沙县、清镇市、西秀区、六枝特区.     

城市交通可持续发展状态量化评价方法

随着中国城市交通可持续发展战略的逐步实施,对城市交通系统可持续性的量化评价有待研究。立足中国国情,在解析城市交通发展目标的基础上,提出了包括发展水平、发展能力和协调能力3个方面的指标体系,并将其分等级标定,在此基础上采用改进的层次分析法计算出交通可持续发展的综合指数,以此评判城市交通可持续发展的状态。将其应用于西安市的交通可持续发展状况的评价。结果表明,该方法简洁、实用、易操作。     

河南省可持续发展能力评价

通过对河南省可持续发展能力评价指标体系和方法的研究，设计出了符合可持续发展内涵和适合河南省区情特点的指标体系；应用AHP方法确定了河南省可持续发展指标权重，利用回归分析等方法建立了可持续发展综合评价模型；最后应用SPSS的聚类分析，结合MapInfo技术对河南省可持续发展能力进行了区域分析，得出河南省区持续发展系统总体运行效果处于较低水平，可持续发展潜力较大，但社会、经济、资源和环境子系统发展能力表现为不平衡性和不协调性。     

企业可持续发展能力评价的实证分析

在设计企业可持续发展能力评价体系的基础上,采用网络层次分析法及模糊综合评价法构建数学模型来评价企业可持续发展能力,并以实证分析的方式验证评价体系和评价模型的合理性。     

旅游业可持续发展潜力的量化测评研究

旅游业的发展规划要协调好经济效益、社会效益、环境效益和资源的开发利用,走可持续发展道路。使用改进层次分析法对旅游业可持续发展潜力进行权重的确定,以模糊评价对指标体系进行测量,并以大连、青岛和秦皇岛为例进行实证研究。

青海藏族女性教育可持续发展评价研究——以玉树藏族自治州为例

教育可持续发展能力在一定程度上反映了教育发展的效果.文章通过采用层次分析法(AHP),以青海省玉树州为例对藏族女性教育可持续发展进行量化评价，得出结果：现阶段玉树州藏族女性教育可持续发展存在不稳定状态.根据教育可持续发展特征，提出对教育不能可持续发展的对策，从而进一步扩大提高青海藏族女性受教育范围与受教育程度的措施.     

西宁市生态环境可持续发展能力评价研究

在构建西宁市生态环境可持续发展能力评价指标体系的基础上,利用层次分析法及判断矩阵对西宁市2001—2010年城市可持续发展能力做出了综合评价。结果表明:西宁市总体的可持续发展能力虽然呈现上升趋势,但发展十分缓慢。最后针对西宁市具体环境与可持续发展现实,提出了经济与环境协调发展的具体对策。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
