从活性污泥中筛选到的4株稳定的微生物絮凝剂产生菌(MBF1、MBF2、MBF3、MBF4)中构建复合菌群,选取絮凝效果最好的菌群1(MBF2和MBF3组成)进行培养条件优化,考察了培养时间、絮凝剂用量、pH等因素对絮凝效果的影响,并对复合菌群1絮凝活性分布、微生物絮凝剂热稳定性、廉价替代培养基作了初步研究。实验结果表明,复合菌群1在最佳絮凝条件下对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率为84.86%;微生物絮凝剂分布在发酵液离心后的上清液中,具有较好的热稳定性,并能在酱油废水中生长,絮凝活性达到78.36%。  相似文献

从活性污泥中筛选获得一株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生菌MBFⅡ-3后,研究了培养条件的变化对其产絮凝剂的影响。研究表明,MBFⅡ-3产絮凝剂的适宜培养成份碳源最好为葡萄糖或果糖,无机盐影响不显著,蛋白胨不利于絮凝剂的产生,适宜的培养条件为pH值7.5~9,温度30℃,适量通气。MBFⅡ-3对膨润土悬液的絮凝率最高可达90.2%.  相似文献

为了提高微生物絮凝剂的产量,增强其絮凝效果,降低培养成本,以酱油废水替代发酵培养基对WN-2菌进行了培养,通过单因素培养条件优化,考察了外加碳源、外加氮源、培养时间、pH值等因素对微生物絮凝剂产生菌絮凝率的影响。实验结果表明,以预处理过的酱油废水作为廉价替代培养基,高效絮凝菌株WN-2可以在此条件下产生微生物絮凝剂。且WN-2最佳絮凝条件为:外加氯化钙浓度为0.2 g/L、无需添加碳源和氮源、培养时间为36 h、pH为7.0、摇床转速为160 r/min,在最佳条件下,对高岭土悬浊液进行絮凝测定,其絮凝率达到93.6%。因此,利用酱油废水作为微生物絮凝剂的替代培养基是完全可行的。  相似文献

从活性污泥中筛选得到一株具有较高絮凝活性的絮凝剂产生的菌株FH-8,用猪粪水替代部分碳源、氮源,优化了该絮凝剂产生菌的培养条件.结果表明:在猪场养殖粪水COD质量浓度为1 000 mg/L的1 L猪粪水中添加4 g葡萄糖、0.5 g(NH4)2S)4,调节培养基初始pH值为7、培养48 h后得到的菌悬液对高岭土絮凝活性达到93.2%.用猪粪水生产的微生物絮凝剂比传统培养基生产的微生物絮凝剂更为节约成本,约为传统培养基成本的20%.  相似文献

从活性污泥中分离筛选出3株对高岭土悬浊液具有较好絮凝作用的絮凝剂产生菌,通过对培养基初始pH和培养时间的优化及对采油废水絮凝处理效果的研究以了解其絮凝性能.结果表明:在培养基初始pH接近中性(pH6.0-7.0),培养时间为12~24h条件下,3种菌株对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝效果最佳,最大絮凝率达91.5%;3种菌株对采油废水具有一定的处理效果,其絮凝率为30%~40%,CODcr去除率可达40%.  相似文献

高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌BJ-Ⅰ的筛选鉴定及絮凝特性研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从活性污泥中筛选出1株高效微生物絮凝剂产生菌BJ-Ⅰ,其絮凝率达87.6%.通过生理生化分析及16S rDNA序列鉴定该菌株为短芽孢杆菌(Bacillus brevis).该菌产絮凝剂的最适碳源和氮源分别为20g/L的葡萄糖和2.0g/L的蛋白胨;适宜的初始pH和培养温度分别为7.0和30℃;在培养基中添加0.5g/L的Mg^2+有利于菌体生长,但对絮凝剂合成无影响.对该絮凝剂的特性研究结果表明:菌液投放量3%、pH值在5.9、温度为60℃条件下絮凝效果最好,加入浓度为8%的Ca^2+可显著提高其絮凝活性.实验证明,该菌起絮凝作用的物质存在于发酵液中,主要成分为杂多糖.  相似文献

利用啤酒废水培养微生物絮凝剂产生菌Bacillus simplex PS1,通过单因素试验和正交试验,优化其利用啤酒废水产生絮凝剂的培养条件;并考察所产絮凝剂对实际废水的絮凝效果。结果表明,Bacillus simplex PS1以啤酒废水为原料产生微生物絮凝剂的最佳培养条件为:啤酒废水COD浓度5 000 mg/L、KH_2PO_4 1 g/L、K_2HPO_4 2.5 g/L、初始pH值7、接种量2%(体积比)、培养温度30℃、摇床转速170 r/min、培养时间36 h。在此培养条件下,菌株所产絮凝剂对高岭土悬浊液的絮凝率达到96.8%,对城市污水、乳品废水、医院废水、淀粉废水、餐饮废水均具有良好的净化效果,对废水浊度去除率达到90%以上,对COD和色度的去除率达到80%以上,表明Bacillus simplex PS1利用啤酒废水所产微生物絮凝剂处理废水是完全可行的。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
