腐食酪螨和粉尘螨的共同抗原   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
目的:探讨腐食酪螨和粉尘螨之间是否存在共同抗原.方法:对粉螨过敏患者进行腐食酪螨和粉尘螨特异性IgE相关性分析,用SDS-PAGE分析腐食酪螨和粉尘螨变应原,并对螨特异性IgE阳性血清进行免疫印迹试验及抑制试验.结果:42例粉螨过敏患者血清粉尘螨和腐食酪螨特异性IgE光密度值相关性较高(r=0.641 5,P<0.01).SDS-PAGE分析知腐食酪螨和粉尘螨变应原分子量均为10 kD~110 kD.免疫印迹抑制试验表明,腐食酪螨变应原可与粉尘螨变应原发生交叉反应.结论:腐食酪螨和粉尘螨间存在共同抗原.  相似文献

通过对所采到的23080头粮螨进行聚类分析,结果表明,山东省储粮螨类的最优势种为腐食酪螨,符合中国的最优势种为腐食酪螨这一规律,应用聚类分析的方法分析,螨类的发生在一定程度上气候区相中吻合。  相似文献

姜黄素具有多种生物活性.以姜黄素为其始原料合成了一种苯腙类姜黄素衍生物.采用玻片浸渍法评价了姜黄素及其衍生物对柑橘全爪螨、朱砂叶螨、腐食酪螨的触杀活性.结果表明姜黄素及其衍生物对柑桔全爪螨、朱砂叶螨、腐食酪螨都有不同程度的触杀作用.  相似文献

为探讨粉螨污染空气的情况 ,采用空气粉尘采样器和自制空气悬浮螨采样器 ,进行工作场所内悬浮螨的分离 ,并将获得的粉螨制片、鉴定。结果在中药厂、面粉厂、纺织厂、粮库的工作场所内和本校教学楼的工作环境内发现粉螨 8种 ,即粗脚粉螨 ( A.siro) ,小粗脚粉螨 ( A.farris) ,腐食酪螨 ( T.putrescentiae) ,椭圆食粉螨 ( A.ovatus) ,纳氏皱皮螨 ( S.nesbitti) ,害嗜鳞螨 ( L .destructor) ,粉尘螨 ( D.farinae)和屋尘螨 ( D.pteronyssinus) ,隶属于 3科 6属。由此可见 ,空气中粉螨的污染严重 ,应引起注意  相似文献

采用聚丙烯酰胺垂直板凝胶电泳(PAGE)的分析方法对不同虫态的椭圆食粉螨EST、MDH和腐食酪螨EST同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明,粉螨不同时期的同工酶酶谱有一定的相似相异性,利用粉螨的幼、若螨同工酶酶谱进行种间分类具有可行性。  相似文献

通过室内对深点食螨瓢虫成虫捕食土耳其斯坦叶螨和截形叶螨的功能反应及种内干扰作用的研究,比较了深点食螨瓢虫对2种叶螨的捕食作用。结果表明:深点食螨瓢虫对土耳其斯坦叶螨和截形叶螨的功能反应均符合Holling-Ⅱ型;深点食螨瓢虫对截形叶螨的捕食量大于土耳其斯坦叶螨。深点食螨瓢虫对2种叶螨的捕食率均随着自身密度增加而下降。在2种叶螨共存的条件下,深点食螨瓢虫对截形叶螨明显喜好。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
