YM型水煤浆添加剂试验研究

ＹＭ型水煤浆添加剂是以褐煤为原料，经降解转化制得的一种阴离子表面活性剂，适用于精选烟煤和未精选烟煤的成浆。对单峰和双峰粒度分布的煤样，都能制得煤水比≥７：１、精煤浆料粘度≤１００ＭＰａ．ｓ、粗煤浆粘度≤ｍＰａ．ｓ，稳定性能良好的浆料。     

煤中痕量元素分布特征的聚类分析研究

测定了青山烟煤、合山烟煤、莱阳无烟煤、加福无烟煤、河南贫煤、黄石贫煤和韶关贫煤等七种不同煤样中的Ａｓ，Ｃｒ，Ｃｏ，Ｐｂ，Ｎｉ，Ｖ，Ｃｕ，Ｃｄ，Ｂｅ，Ｇｅ等１０种痕量元素的含量，并用聚类分析法分别对１０种痕量元素和七种煤样进行分类研究，解释了这些痕量元素在煤中的分布特征。     

SiC陶瓷浆料流变性能的研究

主要研究了pH值、分散剂、固相体积分数等因素对SiC陶瓷浆料流变性能的影响,并对其作用机理进行了分析.其结果表明:对固相体积分数为32%的SiC陶瓷浆料来说,用氨水调节pH值,当pH值由8增至11.5时,粘度由110mPa·s降为72mPa·s.各分散剂对SiC浆料粘度影响效果的大小顺序依次为:四甲基氢氧化铵>聚甲基丙烯酸铵>阿拉伯树胶>三聚磷酸钠>聚乙二醇>水玻璃.当四甲基氢氧化铵加入量为2%(相对于碳化硅粉末的质量百分数,本文出现的分散剂加入量皆同此)时,浆料的流动性最好,粘度由110mPa·s降为38mPa·s.改变分散剂的加入顺序能有效降低浆料的粘度.     

替代PVA的接枝变性淀粉浆料的研究

通过实验研究，开发出了替代PVA的接枝变性淀粉浆料，产品中残留的单体极少，接枝率将近13％，其粘度低，粘度热稳定性好，对涤／棉纤维的粘附性好，上浆性能和目标浆料70％PVA＋30％氧化淀粉相比，浆纱强力和伸长率、毛羽均好于目标浆料，耐磨性能和目标浆料也相差无几，克服了其他接枝变性淀粉浆料浆纱耐磨性差的缺点，在实验室涤／棉混纺经纱上浆中全部替代了PVA，取得了很好的上浆效果。     

粘合剂PVA对制造PTC粉体的影响

在制造PTC粉体和器件时,粘合剂PVA加入BaTiO3浆料进行喷雾造粒,通过对浆料和粉体性能的测定,发现PVA加入量、迁移对浆料的粘度和粉体的松装密度、粒径及粒度分布均有影响,并且研究了PVA的粘结作用.选择合适的PVA加入BaTiO3浆料中,通过喷雾造粒,可制得颗粒形状呈球形且粒径分布合适、流动性好、松装密度恒定的PTC粉体.     

煤中三态硫与痕量元素关系之研究

分别测定了青山烟煤和莱阳无烟煤化学脱硫前后的煤粉及不同比重的青山烟煤粉中三态硫和部分痕量元素的含量。发现煤中Ｃｕ，Ｃｏ，Ｃｄ，Ｐｂ，Ａｓ和Ｂｅ等元素含量与三态硫有密切的相关关系。     

影响SiC泡沫陶瓷浆料性能的主要因素研究

通过对碳化硅水基浆料相对沉降高度的测量及不同实验条件下浆料粘度的测定。研究了添加剂用量、固相含量及剪切速率对碳化硅泡沫陶瓷用水基浆料稳定性、触变性及粘度的影响。结果表明，浆料的粘度随剪切速率增加而减小，随固相含量增大而增大。而且具有明显的时间依附性。添加剂PAM的最佳质量分数为0．0896，固相含量在62％左右。浆料的稳定性、触变性较优。     

基于温升速率的煤自燃倾向性测定方法

为了准确判定煤炭真实条件下自燃倾向性,选取具有代表性的2种褐煤、2种烟煤及2种无烟煤在煤自燃测定装置上展开研究。研究结果表明,褐煤在低温缓慢氧化阶段、高温加速氧化阶段升温速率最快,烟煤次之,无烟煤最慢。利用热分析仪对煤样的着火温度进行了测定,发现褐煤着火温度最低,烟煤次之,无烟煤着火温度最高;综合评判煤自燃倾向性判定指数,I200为强自燃倾向,200≤I≤400为中等自燃倾向,I400为弱自燃倾向。     

乙烯气相聚合高效催化剂的组成和聚合反应

研究了２种类型的乙烯气相聚合高活性催花剂．用ＳｉＯ２,ＭｇＣｌ２作复合载体,负载ＴｉＣｌ４制得的ＳＭ型催化剂,载体中含ｗ（Ｔｉ）为２％～３％,ｗ（Ｔｉ３＋）为３５％～５９％,比表面积１０５～１２０ｍ２／ｇ,催化活性每小时每克催化剂Ｔｉ催化得５．０～５．７ｋｇ产物ＰＥ（ｋｇ·ｇ－１·ｈ－１）,聚合动力学曲线为衰减型．用镁粉、卤代烷、四氯化钛为主要组分制备的ＭＧ－２型催化剂,载体中ｗ（Ｔｉ）为６％～７％,ｗ（Ｔｉ３＋）为５５％～６９％,比表面积７０～８５ｍ２／ｇ,催化活性１．８～２．０ｋｇ·ｇ－１·ｈ－１,聚合动力学曲线为平稳型．对ＳＭ型催化剂扫描电镜及图象分析得到颗粒平均粒径（ｄ）,颗粒长短轴比（ｄｌ／ｄｓ）及颗粒大小粒径比（ｄｍａｘ／ｄｍｉｎ）分别为３１μｍ,１．４０２,４．１,ＭＧ－２型催化剂为３３μｍ,１．５２４,７．０,相应聚合产物颗粒的ｄ,ｄｌ／ｄｓ,ｄｍａｘ／ｄｍｉｎ,ＳＭ型催化剂为２４７μｍ,１．２９５,４．６,ＭＧ－２型催化剂为２６３μｍ,１．５４０,９．０．显示出ＳＭ催化剂更优良的聚合性能．     

工业废料直接作水煤浆添加剂的研究

以五种工业废料直接作新汶、大屯煤制水煤浆添加剂。实验得到,用新汶和大屯煤制得的废料水煤浆,其最大煤浓度分别为67～69%、65～67%;使用煤浆的煤浓度分别为64～66%、62～64%;煤浆粘度分别为350～800mPa.s、350～700mPa.s;煤浆稳定后,析水率分别为0～4%、0～6%。两种煤浆结构皆疏松,可进行落棒试验。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
