2006年文坛有两部"文革"作品面世,那就是莫言的《生死疲劳》和余华的《兄弟》。两部作品在创作上也有某种共性,两位作者皆有先锋创作的历史,由此,笔者认为莫言和余华对待"文革"的态度是由颠覆开始转向了一种大历史的包容。

Ion channels are membrane proteins, found in virtually all cells, that are of crucial physiological importance. In the past decade, an explosion in the number of crystal structures of ion channels has led to a marked increase in our understanding of how ion channels open and close, and select between permeant ions. There has been a parallel advance in research on channelopathies (diseases resulting from impaired channel function), and mutations in over 60 ion-channel genes are now known to cause human disease. Characterization of their functional consequences has afforded unprecedented and unexpected insights into ion-channel mechanisms and physiological roles.     

From genomics to proteomics

Proteomics is the study of the function of all expressed proteins. Tremendous progress has been made in the past few years in generating large-scale data sets for protein-protein interactions, organelle composition, protein activity patterns and protein profiles in cancer patients. But further technological improvements, organization of international proteomics projects and open access to results are needed for proteomics to fulfil its potential.

新时期文学批评形态以1995年为界，从形态学角度看，八十年代初期，文学批评珍藏讪文革时期的政治历史批语形态转型为现实主义批评形态，从文学本体观和价值观角度看，则由文革时的政治功利性转化为社会功利性，依然没有改变文学批评的功利性性质，而八十年代中后期以来的文学批评在主流意识开放的契机下，全方位的收西方现代思潮，呈现出多元化格局，明显地蕴含着审美性的性质。》     

From worklow to interworkflow

Workflow management systems are being introduced in many organizations to automate the business process. The initial emphasis of introducing a workflow management system is on its application to the workflow in a given organization. The next step is to interconnect the workflow across organizations. We call it interworkflow, and the total support technologies, which are necessary for its realization, interworkflow management mechanism. Interworkflow is being expected as a supporting mechanism for Business-to-Business Electronic Commerce. We had proposed this management mechanism and confirmed its realization with the prototype. At the same time, the interface and the protocol for interconnecting heterogeneous workflow management systems has been standardized by the WfMC. So, we advance the project of the implementation of interworkflow management system for the practical use and its experimental proof.

现象学是一门对二十世纪西方哲学产生重要影响的学科，它求实的研究风格和强调对生活世界回归反思的理论都和现阶段最被人们所津津乐道的对话教学有着丝丝联系。本文试图从对教育的现状及反思，浅议从现象学到如能给教育带来的启示。     

从集体性走向个人性——伤痕、新伤痕小说话语体系比较

伤痕和新伤痕小说的叙事话语体系都涉及到了人道主义话语、私密话语、反左话语。由于受到政治语境的变化、外来思潮的浸染、作者着意表达的思想意蕴不同等因素的影响,二者表现出明显的差异,即伤痕小说的话语体系呈现出鲜明的集体性特色,而新伤痕小说则因彰显着作者各异的生命体验从而具有了个人性色彩。     

Induction of angiogenesis during the transition from hyperplasia to neoplasia

It is now well established that unrestricted growth of tumours is dependent upon angiogenesis. Previous studies on tumour growth, however, have not revealed when or how the transition to an angiogenic state occurs during early tumour development. The advent of transgenic mice carrying oncogenes that reproducibly elicit tumours of specific cell types is providing a new format for studying multi-step tumorigenesis. In one of these models, transgenic mice expressing an oncogene in the beta-cells of the pancreatic islets heritably recapitulate a progression from normality to hyperplasia to neoplasia. We report here that angiogenic activity first appears in a subset of hyperplastic islets before the onset of tumour formation. A novel in vitro assay confirms that hyperplasia per se does not obligate angiogenesis. Rather, a few hyperplastic islets become angiogenic in vitro at a time when such islets are neovascularized in vivo and at a frequency that correlates closely with subsequent tumour incidence. These findings suggest that induction of angiogenesis is an important step in carcinogenesis.
