湘江—洞庭湖—长江交汇区域水环境国控断面设置认证的研究

本根据数理统计原理和多元分析方法，结合模糊数学的实际应用，对国家在两河一湖(长江—湘江—洞庭湖)区域水环境的断面设置与监控进行了系统性分析，并通过一年的实测验证，进一步确证了我国在这一区域水质监控的设置要求。为国家在这一区域水环境的每天二十四小时自动应急监控给出了技术保证。

我国水环境污染物总量控制研究的现状与展望

随着排入水体的污染物的增多和人们生活水平的提高，污染物浓度的控制已难以真正控制水环境污染．于是在水质规划中首先提出了总量控制的方法．总量控制是在污染严重、污染源集中的区域或重点保护的区域范围内，通过有效的措施，把排入这一区域的污染物总量控制在一定的数量之内，使其达到预定环境目标的一种控制手段．本文在分析了我国水环境的基本特征基础之上，阐述了我国水环境污染物总量控制的现状及存在的问题，进而指出我国水环境污染物总量控制的发展方向．     

重庆一小时经济圈水资源和水环境的保护利用

重庆“一小时经济圈”建设，为重庆“统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区”提供了一个新的平台。随着经济圈的发展，对水资源的需求将快速增长，建设活动对水环境的影响也会越来越突出。水量不足，水质变差，饮用水源地保护、城乡居民用水安全等一系列问题，迫切要求对一小时经济圈的水资源和水环境提出有效保护措施，正确处理好区域水资源、水环境与城乡统筹发展的关系。     

水环境容量核算的实践

在回顾马鞍山市水环境容量核算这一实践基础上，从环保规划编制、区域项目环评、环境基础设施建设、产业结构调整与布局优化、环境问题查处、环境问题的进一步研究、水功能区划调整、环境管理等8个方面论证水环境容量正在发挥着重要作用。     

基于数字技术的智能监控系统

本文提出并实现了一种基于全数字技术的智能监控系统，其主要技术优势是选择性区域视频检测报警、高清晰网络视频传输、远程控制主机和高压缩硬盘录像。这一系统在安全防范、警戒监控、刑侦监控及交通监控中具有广泛的应用前景。     

基于模拟软件及petri网模拟仿真的水环境评估与监控预警新技术

随着流域水环境质量日益恶化及当前水资源短缺危机日渐严重,流域水环境的治理改善、污染防治监控已刻不容缓。提出了一种较新颖的流域水环境评估及监控预警技术,探讨了ArcGIS、流域模型模拟软件DHI-MIKE及Petri网模拟仿真技术在水环境质量评估及监测预警中的应用。通过ArcGIS及DHI-MIKE软件模拟技术的联用,分析模拟了某段河流流量及BOD浓度等水文水质指标随时间变化的一维和二维动态效果图,实现对流域水环境的现状及风险评估;采用Petri网技术对流域附近某一畜禽养殖企业工艺流程及末端污染物排放进行了统计模拟,实时监测工业点源向流域水环境的排污情况,为流域水环境的改善及综合管理提供了技术支撑与保障。     

区域水环境信息管理系统的开发和应用

为了及时、准确地掌握区域水资源质量的状态、分布和变化规律,预测事故隐患,并在事故突发后辅助管理人员生成应急方案,该文结合地理信息系统技术,遵循系统功能层和数据层并行设计的技术路线,研究与开发了区域水环境信息管理系统.结果表明,集成了数据库管理系统、地理信息系统和人工神经网络水质预测模型的管理系统,能够实时、直观地对区域水环境信息进行可视化表达,并根据系统对警报阈值和应对建议的设置,为水资源的监测和管理提供决策支持功能.     

新建二次纤维造纸企业对区域水环境影响的预测

以江西省宜黄县为研究区域,在对区域内二次纤维造纸企业的排污情况做出相应环境评价的基础上,以拟新建的年产10万吨白板纸厂项目为例,将CODCr、BOD5作为监控目标,通过建立预测模型研究废水排放对水环境的影响.结果表明,拟新建二次纤维造纸企业的污水排放对宜黄河区域水环境的影响不大,当地可适当发展二次纤维造纸企业.     

统筹规划 资源共享

构建高等教育网络要实行“四统一”，即统一专业设置，统一招生计划，统一教学质量监控、统一发放毕业文凭，这是建设好网络的必要保证。而统一专业设置，统一教学质量监控是中心环节。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
