以蝴蝶兰人工授粉的果荚种胚和组培苗的叶片、茎尖为外植体,进行组织培养快速繁殖研究.结果表明,果荚种胚是最好的外植体材料,1个果荚可培育出上万个原球茎.种胚诱导原球茎最佳激素组合为:6-BA 0.3mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;原球茎增殖最佳激素组合为:6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;2%蔗糖和10%香蕉泥可以显著促进原球茎增殖;原球茎分化最佳激素组合为:6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L;诱导生根IBA 0.5mg/L最佳;炼苗后移栽苗成活率达95%以上.优化后的蝴蝶兰组织培养条件,可为蝴蝶兰快速繁殖工厂化生产提供参考.  相似文献

为建立文心兰(Oncidium)丛生芽工厂化继代增殖途径技术体系,对培养基、激素种类、激素浓度配比和继代增殖次数等影响丛生芽增殖增殖分化的关键因子进行比较研究。结果表明:以文心兰花梗为外植体,添加2.5~3.0 mg/L TDZ与0.2~0.4 mg/L NAA组合和1g/L活性炭和亚硫酸钠后诱导丛生芽分化丛生芽或原球茎效果好。TDZ与NAA浓度比值为8.93或8.75时,丛生芽诱导分化率最高,为90.0%,增殖系数为6.0~7.4;丛生芽分化途径最佳继代增殖培养基为:1/2MS+10 g/L琼脂+30 g/L蔗糖+1g/LAC+1g亚硫酸钠+2.8 mg/LTDZ+0.32 mg/LNAA;经5-6代继代增殖培养后,丛生芽变异率仅为0.1%。  相似文献

目的:筛选适宜铁皮石斛原球茎生长分化及生根壮苗的培养基,提高继代扩繁系数和组培苗的质量.方法:在相同的培养条件下,把相同发育阶段的原球茎接种于含不同激素比例的培养基中生长;把丛生芽接种于蔗糖浓度不同的培养基中生长;把相同高度的幼苗接种于含不同附加物的培养基中生长;对结果所产生的不同生长状况进行综合分析.结果:原球茎的增殖以1/2MS添加BA2.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L或BA3.0mg/L NAA0.5mg/L的激素比例为佳;原球茎分化以1/2MS添加BA2.0mg/L NAA0.2mg/L或BA3.0mg/L NAA0.2mg/L的激素比例为佳;丛生芽的生长中以30%蔗糖浓度的培养基为佳;生根壮苗中最佳的附加物为香蕉.  相似文献

以大花蕙兰茎尖为外植体,研究6‐BA 与 NAA 浓度梯度配比对大花蕙兰原球茎的诱导、增殖及分化的影响.结果表明:6‐BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L 浓度配比下,大花蕙兰茎尖存活率达到93.3%;6‐BA 0畅8 mg/L + NAA 0.4 mg/L 浓度配比下,原球茎诱导率达到85.8%;6‐BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 0.3 mg/L 浓度配比下,原球茎增殖系数达到4.59;6‐BA 0.8 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg/L 浓度配比下,原球茎出芽率达到87.5%.首次报道采用6‐BA 0.8 mg/L + NAA 0.5 mg /L 浓度配比组合适合大花蕙兰茎尖培养,可同时获得较高的原球茎诱导率(80.8%)和出芽率(87.5%) ,比目前已报道的最佳原球茎诱导率(72.7%)和出芽率(76.7%)提高8%以上.  相似文献

选取食用百合卷丹的鳞茎作为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,分热处理和非热处理两组进行茎尖离体培养,探讨不同植物激素组合对不定芽的诱导发生、继代增殖以及诱导生根的影响.结果表明,两个实验组皆以6-BA 1.0 mg/L十NAA 0.2mg/L的激素组合对于不定芽的分化发生为优,热处理组的芽诱导率和不定芽平均分化量分别为88.9%和4.5个,未热处理组的分别为87.5%和4.9个;不定芽增殖培养的最佳激素组合为6-BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,芽增殖系数为4.20;不定芽诱导生根的最佳激素组合为6 BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L.  相似文献

MS培养基附加 ZT1.0-10.0/IAAO.01-1.0mg/L的不同激素组合,处理河北大黄离体叶片,均能诱导其产生愈伤组织,诱导率为26.7-83.3%,其中以ZT5.0/IAAO.01mg/L效果最好。若采用浓度为BA0.1-3.0/NAA0.1-1.0mg/L的不同激素组合,培养河北大黄离体叶片,也能诱导其产生愈伤组织,诱导率为5-90%,其中BA3.0/NAA1.0mg/L 诱导率最高,同时BAO-3.0/NAA1.0mg/L还能诱导其分化出根、分化率为 3.3-70%。  相似文献

为优化蝴蝶兰类原球茎诱导和增殖再生条件,以蝴蝶兰品种‘红太阳’无菌播种形成的原球茎为材料,研究了取材时间、植物生长调节剂(6-BA、NAA)、碳源等对类原球茎诱导和增殖及分化再生的影响,结果表明,生长45d的蝴蝶兰原球茎最适于类原球茎诱导和增殖培养。最佳的类原球茎诱导和增殖培养基为:花宝1号3.5g/L+6-BA 5.0mg/L+NAA 0.7mg/L+白糖20g/L+琼脂6.0g/L+活性炭2.0g/L,pH为5.4-5.8,最高增殖系数可以达到17.33,比已报道的最高增殖系数提高了35.39%;类原球茎最佳分化培养基为:花宝1号3.5g/L+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L+白糖20g/L+琼脂6.0g/L+活性炭2.0g/L,pH为5.4-5.8,最高分化率可达96.67%,生根率最高可达到92%。  相似文献

作者以卡特丽亚兰开花植株茎尖和试管苗茎段或叶切段为外植体,成功地诱导形成原球茎并获得再生植株,筛选出了原球茎球诱导培养基:RE=60mg/L BA(5mg/L BA 0.5-1mg/L NAA或IBA)+0.5%-1%蔗糖;原球茎增殖培养基:MS(或KC)+5mg/L BA 0.1(0.5)mg/L NAA(或0.5mg/L 1BA) 0.2%蛋白胨和分化及育苗培养基;KC+0.3mg/L (0.5)NAA 10%香蕉匀汁+0.1%活性炭。BA在原球茎的产生、增殖分化中起着主导作用。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
