太原市推进绿色转型科技需求调查报告

为充分发挥科技在推进经济社会绿色转型中的引领和支撑作用,太原市开展了"十一五"时期全市经济社会发展绿色转型科技需求调查活动。本次调查活动针对太原市推进绿色转型的总体现状及科技需求,从工业经济、城市建设与环境保护、全面推进绿色标准、建设现代农业等方面进行调研,并提出了太原市推进绿色转型的具体措施与建议。     

论化学工业的绿色革命

在环境保护风起云涌的今天，随着科技的不断发展和人们环保意识的不断提高，全球掀起了一场绿色浪潮．催生了绿色企业的发展。作为工业污染大户的化工企业，面对国际上兴起的绿色革命，如何树立可持续发展观念并在建立和谐社会中开创新的发展空间。本文试图从绿色化学的兴起，清洁生产目标、内容和特点。在创建“绿色化工”企业的过程中结合绿色营销理论，讨论化工企业未来发展的趋势和方向。     

论生态马克思主义与后现代主义的分歧

生态马克思主义是西方马克思主义的最新型态，在不断批判后现代主义的过程中，论证了环境运动不能脱离人的尺度，不能没有理性，不能没有科技，从本体论上证明了环境保护的最佳选择是社会主义，实现了绿色运动与社会主义的结合，开辟了人与自然关系的新选择。为环境保护指明了正确的方向。     

加强绿色教育优化课程结构

本文从环境和发展教育的角度出发，为使高等师范类各专业学生适应可持续发展和21世纪对我国中学教育的需要，论述了为提高大学生的环境保护意识－－可持续发展素质,加强绿色教育的必要性；同时，也提出了绿色教育课程的基本结构和内容。     

浅析绿色建筑与环境保护

在人类社会飞速发展时代，绿色建筑已成为人类环境保护的必然产物，本文从绿色建筑产生的背景、绿色建筑的定义、绿色建筑与环境保护的关系等几方面进行了探讨，为创造建筑与环境保护完美结合的住宅提供了一些理论依据。1绿色建筑产生的背景     

绿色消费的误区

随着人们环境保护意识的提高，绿色消费也在我们的生活中悄然兴起。买食品，可以选择有绿色食品标志的蔬菜、肉食；购家电，有无氟冰箱、超静音空调、低辐射电视机；装修家居，有对身体无害的绿色涂料、绿色地板。追求绿色，崇尚自然，避免破坏环境，可谓人心所向。可是，在绿色消费中，却也存在着众多令人担忧的误区。     

绿色汽车的开发前景

绿色作为无污染、无公害和环境保护的标志，绿色汽车是汽车技术不断发展的必然产物，研究和开发新型的交通工具－绿色汽车是环境保护 迫切要求，是汽车工业可持续发展的需要，作者主要论述了开发与研究绿色汽车的重要性、绿色汽车技术在国际国内的发展现状及开发前景，并从绿色技术的理论体系出发来阐明绿色汽车与环境保护和能源的辨证关系，阐述了绿色汽车研究的主要内容，包括绿色汽车的设计及设计体系，绿色汽车的制造及工艺，绿色汽车的能源和绿色汽车的再制造工程等一列系问题，以及如何评价绿色汽车的生命周期及评价指标，指出绿色汽车的发展前景和开发绿色汽车的深远意义。     

科技创新支撑“双碳”目标的效果分析

科技创新是驱动经济发展和实现“双碳”目标的关键，如何测度和评价科技创新对“双碳”的支撑作用，是亟待解决的问题。文章通过理论分析构建了包含供给侧、需求侧和治理侧的科技创新支撑“双碳”目标实现的评价指标体系，包含了低碳循环发展经济体系、能源结构转型升级、绿色低碳技术开发推广、绿色低碳生活方式、绿色城乡一体化和生态碳汇能力6个一级指标。通过研究发现，科技创新能够显著支撑“双碳”，并且供给侧效果好于需求侧，治理侧仍有较大提升空间；科技创新支撑“双碳”在时间维度上稳步上升；在空间维度上存在地理分异特征。     

绿色金融与区域经济发展和环境保护关联性的研究——以广西为例

<正>绿色金融将环境因素视为经济融资决策首要考虑的因素，提倡以资金和技术支持促进绿色产业的可持续发展，即将经济发展与环境保护相结合，加快促进新能源技术的发展与普及。基于此，本文采用灰色关联分析方法，以广西为例，分析并研究了绿色金融对区域经济和环境保护的影响，进而得出“绿色金融对广西经济发展和环境保护起正面推动作用”的结论。     

重污染企业环境保护税与企业绩效——基于绿色创新的遮掩效应

使用2018—2020年沪深A股重污染企业的面板数据，借助多元线性回归模型，研究缴纳环境保护税对企业绩效的影响以及环境保护税能否“倒逼”企业进行绿色创新，并利用逐步检验法和Bootstrap法验证绿色创新是否在二者之间发挥中介效应或遮掩效应。结果表明：当前我国重污染企业缴纳环境保护税会负面影响企业绩效，但能促进绿色创新，并且绿色创新在环境保护税降低企业绩效的过程中发挥部分遮掩效应。据此，提出加大环境保护税征收力度、鼓励企业开展绿色创新活动等建议。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
