In this paper,the DEA method-data envelopment analysis is used to evaluate therelative efficiency of the scientific research of universities and colleges.Three models:CCR,CCGSSand CCWH are chosen at the same time.Compared with the traditional comprehensive evaluatingmethods,the DEA method is more reasonable and accurate.

Coopetition Games and Its Application in Cournot Model

Coopetition has become the current strategic trend of the economic development. In this paper, coopetition game and the equi‘ibrium have been developed through comparing the characteristics of cooperation game with those of competition game. Furthmore, an algorithm using one kind of minimax theorem proposed by Dingzhu-Du in 1990 is put forward to solve coopetitior game. The algorithm has great advantages over other methods, which can solve irregular and non-differential concave or convex function of the games.A coopetition game of cournot model with asymmetric oligarchs is advanced and the coopetition equilibriums have been obtained by simulation. The simulation results are compared with that of Nash equilibrium. Conclusions can be made that more members in a coalition could get higher satisfaction degrees at coopetition equilibriums, which is dependent on cost and potential market demands.     

Research on Multiple Attributes Classification Decision-making Model and Its Application

On the basis of analyzing the flaws of present some multiple attributes classification decision-making methods，to the question of characteristics of the multiple at-tributes classification decision-making and particular emphasis of respective attributes in the decision-making process，as well as its relevance to the decision making environment，the paper firstly formulates an optimal attributes system，then uses the Multiplicative Analytic Hierarchy Process(MAHP)to determine subjective weight coefficients，estimate the objective weight coefficients，establishes the optimal model of the weight coefficients of the whole optimal attributes system，and obtain the weights on attributes．Furthermore，the paper presents a decision-making method and gives its detail implementation procedure．Finally，an example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method．

Global Convergence Analysis of Non-Crossover Genetic Algorithm and Its Application to Optimization

Selection, crossover, and mutation are three main operators of the canonical genetic algorithm (CGA). This paper presents a new approach to the genetic algorithm. This new approach applies only to mutation and selection operators. The paper proves that the search process of the non-crossover genetic algorithm (NCGA) is an ergodic homogeneous Markov chain. The proof of its convergence to global optimum is presented. Some nonlinear multi-modal optimization problems are applied to test the efficacy of the NCGA. NP-hard traveling salesman problem (TSP) is cited here as the benchmark problem to test the efficiency of the algorithm. The simulation result shows that NCGA achieves much faster convergence speed than CGA in terms of CPU time. The convergence speed per epoch of NCGA is also faster than that of CGA.

On Intelligent Systems of the Data Acquisition in the Schedule Risk Analysis

It is an important task to analyze the schedule risk in a project management.As a semi-constructed or non-constructed complex system, there are many difficulties in the quantitative analysis of the schedule risk (SRA). The paper integrates intelligent techniques to obtain massive basic data required in the risk analysis process. It greatly improves the precision and efficiency of the SRA. In addition, the paper presents a mechanism and architecture of the integrated intelligent systems. Finally, the concluding remarks are provided for basic data acquisition in the SRA.     

基于平均横切效率的信息产业效率分析与评价

构造了用于评价信息产业效率的平均横切效率模型,在此基础上,对1993～1999年间我国信息产业的生产效率进行了定量计算,并对其效率做了综合分析,提出了我国信息产业的生产效率虽有波动,但总的趋势是好的;验证了信息产业的生产效率与它的高投入、高产出特性是相符合的结论。

带有参数的C~2R模型的灵敏度分析

文献［１］“带有参数的数据包络分析Ｃ２Ｒ模型”的研究中，要求被评价决策单元的输入或输出指标按同比例变化，而实际总是按一定的比例变化的同时并带有一定的摄动，尤其在多输入、多输出问题上更为普遍。因此本文给出了带有摄动的参数数据包络分析模型，讨论了这种模型的有关性质，同样也给出了阀值的概念，并给出了求解阀值的方法。实际上也从另一个角度提供了一种ＤＥＡ灵敏度分析方法。

基于DEA的造船企业经营效率分析评价

根据数据包络分析方法,结合造船企业的投入和产出特点,建立了综合考虑造船企业经营效率的投入产出指标体系和评价模型.基于国内外19家造船企业2006年的投入和产出经营数据,分别测评出了各家企业的综合效率值,给出了低效率企业的产出不足量和投入冗余量.为使分析可靠,对投入产出指标组合进行了敏感度分析.结果反映该方法客观、准确,可有效评价造船企业经营效率,并为改进企业经营方法提供有价值的信息.     

有效区分决策单元的数据包络分析方法

针对传统数据包络分析模型不能区分有效决策单元以及不同决策单元的效率缺乏可比性问题,引入最优和最差两个虚拟决策单元,提出一种有效区分决策单元的DEA模型.该方法借助两个虚拟决策单元,建立模型,求出一组公共权重,并以此为基准计算每个决策单元的效率指数,实现决策单元的排序.通过实例,与其它方法比较,验证该方法在区分决策单元方面更有效.
