In situ high pressure energy dispersive X-ray diffraction measurements on cubic-perovskite superconductor MgCNi3 under pressure up to 22 GPa have been performed by using diamond anvil cell with synchrotron radiation. We have investigated
its crystal structure and compressibility. The results show that the structure of MgCNi3 is stable under pressure up to 22 GPa. According to Birch-Murnaghan state equation, when we assume B

The third-order optical nonlinearities, including third-order nonlinear susceptibility X^(3), nonlinear refractive index (n2) and temporal response, were measured with forward DFWM using Nd:YAG mode-locked pulse laser. The results show that Eu203 doped 5ZnO-20Nb2O5-75TeO2 glasses have large n2 and ultra-fast temporal response. Raman spectra show that Eu2O3 dopant induces the changes in the local structure of glasses. The higher the dopant concentration, the larger the nonlinear refractive n2 and the faster the temporal response. The enhancement on the third-order optical nonlinearities can be attributed to the deformation of the electronic clouds in [TeO4] enhanced by Eu2O3 dopant. 相似文献

Effects of proton irradiation on structure re-laxation of Zr_(41.5)Ti_(14.9)Cu_(12.6)Ni_(10.5)Be_(20.4) bulk metallic glass areinvestigated by means of X-ray diffraction, differential scan-ning calorimetric and electronic resistance measurements.The results show that, at 203 K, the structure ofZr_(41.5)Ti_(14.9)Cu_(12.6)Ni_(10.5)Be_(20.4) bulk metal glass is relaxed obvi-ously by proton irradiation with the energy and the dosebeing of 160 keV and 1.65×10~(16) ions/cm~2, respectively. How-ever, Zr_(41 .5)Ti_(14.9)Cu_(12.6)Ni_(10.5)Be_(20.4) bulk metallic glass becomesmore steady amorphous state under two conditions, one isthat the energy and the dose are 160 keV and 1.1×10~(15)ions/cm~2, respectively. The crystal structure stability as well as electric conductance of (Sr/Ca)2CuO2Cl2 compound with K2NiF4 structure was investigated up to 31 GPa using diamond anvil technique. It seems that (Sr/Ca)2CuO2Cl2 is quite stable under pressure but with obvious anisotropic compressibility. The equation of state (EOS) obtained shows relative large bulk modulus. 相似文献

Binary solid solutions 0.7Bi (GaxFe1-x)O3-0.3BaTiO3 (x = 0, 0.025, 0.05, 0.1) ceramics were prepared by traditional ceramic process. All the ceramic samples showed single perovskite phase except the sam- ple with x = 0.1. The effects of gallium doping on microstructure, ferromagnetic, ferroelectric, dielectric properties and conductivity were investigated. The results indicated that Ga-dopant could improve the sintering ability of the solid solution when the Ga content x was below 0.05. When x was over 0.05, the sintering ability of the solid solution was weakened, and the phase structure of 0.7BiFeO3-0.3BaTiO3 solid solution changed from rhombohedral phase into tetragonal ferroelectric phase. The electrical resistivity increased with the Ga content increasing. Both ferroelectricity and ferromagnetism were observed in all the ceramic samples. With the Ga content increasing, the remanent magnetization Mr increased and the magnetic coercive field Hc decreased. However, the remanent polarization Pr fluctu- ated, increasing firstly and decreasing later. 相似文献

Reaction of [(Bu′tCp)2Er(μ-CI)]2 with Bu′Li in 1:1 molar ratio in THF at -78℃, after work-up, afforded the trimetallic erbium tetrahydride complex [Li(THF)4][{(Bu′Cp)2Er(μ-H)}3(μ3-H)] (1) by β-hydrogen elimination reaction. Crystal structure determination reveals that complex 1 has discrete ion pair structure. The anion is composed of three (Bu′Cp)2Er units to form a triangle array connected by three bridged hydrogen atoms, and the fourth hydrogen atom coordinated to three Er^3 ions. Influence of total aluminum concentration (CAIT) on the generation and transformation of nanosized AI13 and AI30 in hydrolytic polyaluminum aqueous solutions was investigated using high field 27AI NMR and time-developed AI-Ferron complex colorimetry. When prepared at the optimal basicity (B) of Al13 generation and 80℃, the All3 species in polyaluminum solution tends to further polymerize and convert to AI30 and higher polymers when CAI; 〉0.2 mol· L^-1, but Al13 does not convert to AI30 quantificationally, as the formation of Alu from Al13 and AI30 is accelerated in the same way. The conversion rate of All3 is accelerated by the increase in CAIT. When CAlT 〉0.75 mol·.L^-1, Al13 content decreases rapidly, and AI30 content increases continuously and becomes the dominant nanometer polynuclear aluminum species. AIm is one of prerequisites of Al13 conversion to AI30. When CAI; increases and B reduces, the polymerization rate between Al13 and Aim increases, and at the same time, the dissociation reaction rate of All3 and AI30 by H^+ also increases. The latter becomes the dominant reaction in polyaluminum solution with low B value, so AI30 decreases with the increasing CAlT. The hydrolytic polyaluminum solution with Al13 content beyond 80% can only be prepared under the condition of CAlT〈0.5 mol· L^-1 and optimal B value. 相似文献

SiO2 colloidal spheres were synthesized by St-ber method. In order to enhance surface charge of the SiO2 spheres, they were modified with succinic acid. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) shows that the average size of modified SiO2 spheres is 473 nm, and its distribution standard deviation is less than 5%; Fourier-transform infrared spectra (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectrometer (XPS) results indicate that one end of succinic acid is chemically bonded to the SiO2 spheres through esterification; Zeta potential of the modified SiO2 spheres in water solution is improved from -53.72 to -67.46 mV, and surface charge density of the modified SiO2 spheres is enhanced from 0.19 to 0.94 μC/cm2. SiO2 colloidal crystal was fabricated from aqueous colloidal solution by the vertical deposition method at 40℃ and 60% relative humidity. SEM images show that the sample of SiO2 colloidal crystal is face-centered cubic (fcc) structure with its (111) planes parallel to the substrate. Transmission measurement shows the existence of photonic band gap at 1047 nm. 相似文献

Dispersed Pd nanoparticles (Pdn) have been synthesized by reducing H2PdCI4 with ethanol, and stabilized using poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP). The Pdn is applied to the glassy carbon substrate to form a thin film, and then the potential cyclic scanning at 50 mV.s^-1 from -0.25 to 1.25 V was carried out for about 30 min to form the aggregations of Pdn (Pdn^ag). FTIR spectroscopy of both transmission and reflection modes was employed to study CO adsorption on Pdn and Pdn^ag in both solidlliquid and solidlgas interfaces. It has been revealed that CO adsorption on Pdn film yields two IRbands near 1964 and 1906 cm-1, which are assigned to IR absorption of CO bonded on asymmetric and symmetric bridge sites, respectively. In contrast to the IR properties of CO adsorbed on Pdn, only species of CO bonded on asymmetric bridge sites was determined on Pdn^ag, and the direction of the IR band near 1963 cm^-1 is completely inverted. The full width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the COB^as band near 1964 cm^-1 is measured to be 14 cm^-1 on Pdn film, while it is 24 cm^-1 on Pdn^ag film. The results of the present study demonstrated that the inverting of the IR band direction is a general phenomenon that is closely related to the interaction between nanoparticles in aggregation of Pdn. 相似文献

The compression behavior of Ni77P23 amorphous alloy is investigated at room temperature in a diamond-anvil cell instrument using insitu high pressure energy dispersive X-ray diffraction with a syn- chrotron radiation source. In this study, Cry ⅠA(b) gene was successfully transferred into the biocontrol fungus Trichoderma harzianum with an efficiency of 60-180 transformants per 10^6 spores by using Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation. Putative transformants were analyzed to test the presence of Cry ⅠA(b) gene by Southern blot. Most transformants contained a single T-DNA copy. RT-PCR analysis showed that the Cry ⅠA(b) gene was transcribed. Antifungal activities and insecticidal activities of the transformants were examined. There was no obvious difference in antifungal activities between the transformants and their wild strains. The modified mortalities of the transformants T1 and T2 were 69.57% and 91.30%, respectively. The tranformation system mediated by A. tumefaciens proved to be a powerful tool for the filamentous fungi transformation and functional genomic study with its high transformation frequency, simplicity of T-DNA integration, and genetic stability of transformants. 相似文献

For the first time, a novel material of La1-x^-TexMnO3 (x = 0.04, 0.1), in which the La ions are replaced by the nonmetal element Te in the Chalcogen, has been synthesized. The material has a rhombohedral lattice with the space group of R 3^- c, and Te ions have a tetravalence state. The curves of the resistivity vs. temperature indicate that this material has the property of a metal-semiconductor transition and the colossal magnetoresistance (CMR) effect. The maximum magnetoreistance ratio MR= [p(0) - p(H)]/p(0) is about 51% at 4 T for x = 0.1. Besides, a spin-glass behavior at low magnetic fields is observed in this compound. 相似文献

Ternary Zr49Cu44Al7 metallic glass matrix composite rods with CuZr nano-phase, exhibiting an elastic strain of 1.6% and a high strength of 1.78 GPa, have been manufactured. The structural evaluation of the ternary metallic glass matrix composite under high pressure has been investigated using angle dispersive X-ray diffraction with a synchrotron radiation source. The investigation shows that the amorphous matrix structure is stable under pressures up to 40.8 GPa at room temperature. No pressure induced CuZr nano-phase disappearing or growing was detected. According to the Bridgeman equation of state, the bulk modulus B 0 =115.2 GPa has been obtained. 相似文献
