中国大鲵心脏及主动脉干的解剖学研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用血管乳胶色素注射法经中国大鲵动脉干注射后,利用实体显微镜及放大镜对其心脏及血管进行观察、测量及绘图.结果表明:中国大鲵心脏位于体正中线,体腔前部,乌喙骨下方.心脏由心房和心室及静脉窦组成,心房位于体中线偏左,近半圆形,心房尖偏向左后方.心房壁很薄(约0.1mm),以房间隔将心房分成前后两个腔,分别为前心房和后心房,前心房大于后心房,房间隔上有孔洞.心室位于体中线偏右,近圆形,心室尖偏向右后方,心室壁较厚(约5—10mm),房室孔处有4个瓣膜.静脉窦位于心脏背面,略呈三角状囊形,壁很薄.主动脉干由动脉圆锥和主动脉弓组成,动脉圆锥位于近心端,稍膨大.主动脉弓位于远心端,分两支,呈Y型.  相似文献

巨蜥的心室可分为前后两部分三个相的亚腔,即动脉腔,静脉腔和肌腔,由于心房都开口于管状动脉腔右端,心室舒张时,两心房血液同时流出势秘造成混合,故右心房内血液首先以量子释放方式经动脉腔流入最腹部的肺腔中,接着左心房内血液因压力升高冲开房室孔进入动脉腔,先后进入动脉腔的静,动脉血界面处有极少量混合血;心室收缩时,水平隔与心室前壁肌嵴嵌合而把心室重新分动成脉粒-静脉腔和肺腔两个独立腔,由于体动脉压较高,血  相似文献

中华鳖的血液循环系统反映了龟鳖类爬行动物的主要特点,与其它龟类比较,略有差异。心脏较小,由二心房一心室组成,静脉窦被包在右心房内,动脉圆锥已退化。心房壁呈海绵状,而心室壁为肌肉质。一片由右房室瓣延展而成的纵隔膜将心室分作左右两半,但未完全隔开,仅有局部或暂时分隔心室中血流的作用。从心室通出肺动脉、左大动脉弓和右大动脉弓。左、右大动脉弓从两侧弯向背面后,会合成一根背大动脉。右大动脉弓从心室左侧通出后,即分出一支臂头动脉,将左心房输入心室的充氧血首先输送到头部和前肢,供应需氧较多的脑及肩带、前肢等处肌肉活动的需要。一对肾生殖腺动脉从背大动脉分出后,分作二支,分布于生殖腺和肾脏。从髂总动脉分出的髂内动脉伸展到尾,为尾动脉。这两点与其它龟类有所不同。在静脉系方面,肺静脉进入左心房;一对前大静脉、一根后大静脉和一根左肝静脉通过静脉窦进入右心房。除肝门静脉外,一对较大的腹静脉将身体后端部分的血液汇总后通入肝脏。肾门静脉收集后肢及尾部的血液;一方面通入肾脏,另一方面又与腹静脉相连,并有渐趋退化的现象。  相似文献

1.本文重要描述一冠臀长度为10.2毫米,相当于Streeter第XVI胚令组人胚的心脏。此外对另外两例具有相同胚令的人胚进行了观察,并与前一例适当的进行了比较。 2.本胚左右二总主静脉大小相似,左总主静脉的近心段位于背壁的房室沟内。它反映静脉窦自原来居中的位置移向右侧的途径。右心房大于左心房。通往左心房的肺静脉尚未发育。左右二心室各有一心尖。 3.背心系膜业已分为三段,即肺静脉段、动脉段与介于二者之间的另一小段。腹心系膜缺乏。 4.第一房间隔突向左方,它尚未与心内膜垫相融合。房室管为一横隙。隔中部的内皮尚未消失。第二房间孔为7个大小不同的孔洞,多数孔洞的边缘均覆有完整的心内膜,而只有两个孔洞局部边缘具有残破的迹象。房间隔上还发现有若干小区远较其它地区为薄。此外,左心房的血液中尚见有一小块组织,它可能与变薄小区及孔洞存在有某种联系。室间隔突向心内膜垫。主动脉干处于分隔为主动脉与肺动脉的过程中。于静脉窦通往右心房的开口处之两侧具有一对静脉窦瓣,在其开口的头端,二瓣合为假中隔,自右心房的背头侧壁深深地突入右心房。下部的左静脉窦瓣及背部的第一房间隔之间的联系有利于说明Odgers关于左静窦瓣系从第一房间隔分层而成的说法。  相似文献

测定了大鼠游泳过度训练时的体重、运动能力、心电图、尿蛋白、血红蛋白、血睾酮、皮质醇、肌酸磷酸激酶、颈动脉压、左室内压及压力变化等指标,同时对大鼠心室构型改建做了测试与分析.结果表明,过度训练可导致心脏肥大、室壁增厚、心室腔极度扩大,导致心脏舒缩功能下降,心脏发生病理性变化  相似文献

对新生荷斯坦犊牛心脏右心室结构进行了观测。结果 :右心室内除室上嵴外均有发达肉柱分布 ;肺动脉半月瓣结呈短柱状 ,出现率为 62 % ;流入道、流出道长度分别为 ( 5 46± 0 5 6)cm和 ( 6 98± 0 90 )cm ,厚度分别为 ( 0 96± 0 1 0 )cm和 ( 1 0 8± 0 1 2 )cm ;右房室口、肺动脉口纤维环周径为 ( 5 5 3± 0 74)cm和 ( 4 49± 0 5 3)cm。  相似文献

采用阿新兰和过碘酸雪夫氏反应(AB-PAS)染色法对短蛸(Octopus ocellatus)消化系统各器官中粘液细胞的类型和分布进行了研究.将粘液细胞分为红色(Ⅰ)、蓝色(Ⅱ)、紫红色(Ⅲ)和蓝紫色(Ⅳ)4种类型.短蛸口膜、口球、胃盲囊、肠、直肠、肛门侧瓣、前唾液腺和后唾液腺均有粘液细胞分布,而食道、嗉囊、胃和肝胰脏没有粘液细胞分布.口膜外上皮内粘液细胞较多,多为Ⅱ型;口球中副舌腺内含大量粘液细胞,多为Ⅱ型.胃盲囊侧褶基部粘液细胞较多,其中Ⅰ型最多,Ⅱ型次之,Ⅲ型和Ⅳ型很少;侧褶中部小褶上的粘液细胞全为Ⅱ型;侧褶游离端粘液细胞全为Ⅰ型.肠、直肠和肛门侧瓣粘膜上皮内均有大量粘液细胞,多为Ⅱ型.前、后唾液腺内均存在大量粘液细胞,其中前唾液腺中多为Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型,后唾液腺中Ⅳ型最多,Ⅱ型次之,Ⅰ型和Ⅲ型较少.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
