幼儿自信心培养

培养幼儿自信心,是培养幼儿健全人格和健康心理的重要途径。幼儿的自信心是对幼儿自身力量的认识和充分估计,如果幼儿缺乏自信心,做任何事情都会消极被动,就会阻碍身心的健康发展。那么,如何培养幼儿的自信心呢？我通过多年的幼儿教育实践总结了几点做法,在此与同仁探讨。     

浅谈幼儿的科学培养观

把孩子培养成为对社会有用的人，是每位家长的最大心愿。在物质极大丰富的今天，除了幼儿智商培养的各种营养条例外，我们应更多地关注幼儿情商的培养。因为只有具有自信心和其他良好心理素质的人，才可能适应发展的社会。自信心是一种积极的心理品质，是促使人向上奋进的内部动力，是一个人取得成功的重要心理因素。培养幼儿的自信心，是树立幼儿科学培养观的一个重要方面。下面，笔者从多年的工作实践浅谈这一看法，起抛砖引玉之用。     

自信心——幼儿迈向成功的第一步

自信心是一个人对自身力量的认识和充分估计，是一种良好的品质，也是一个人克服困难，自强不息，取得成功的内在动力。现代社会要求社会成员具有良好的心理素质，充满信心，迎接挑战。幼儿良好的自信心是幼儿良好心理素质的重要组织部分培养幼儿的自信心不是一朝一夕的事情，仅仅有幼儿园教育是远远不够的，还要家庭、社会等多方面的配合。     

增强幼儿自信心问题刍议

自信心是一个人对自身力量的认识和充分估计。如果一个孩子缺乏自信心,认为自己干什么都不行,那就会消极被动,就会阻碍身心的健康发展。培养幼儿相信自己力量的心理品质对其一生的发展有极大的影响。幼儿处于一个极具可塑性的时期,应该努力抓住这个关键阶段,关注幼儿的自信心状况,积极采取措施,有目的的培养幼儿的自信心。

幼儿阶段是形成自信心和乐观态度的重要阶段,自信心是人重要的心理品质,是人终生发展的动力.通过调查幼儿自信心现状和存在的问题,分别对幼儿自信的原因和不自信的原因进行了探究,根据皮革马利翁效应,提出适度期望、适时肯定、真心呵护和积极批评等培养幼儿自信心的具体建议.     

小班幼儿动手服务意识培养

著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说过：“儿童的智力在他的手指尖上。”可见培养幼儿的动手服务意识是发展幼儿智力极为有效的手段之一。心理学家也认为手指是“智慧的前哨。”可见幼儿的动手服务意识对加强幼儿脑功能的锻炼至关重要。幼儿期是培养动手服务意识的关键期。幼儿动手服务意识培养的过程，既是模仿学习和社会化的的过程，也是培养幼儿独立能力、建立自信心与形成正确自我意识的基础，对形成幼儿健康的人格产生着深远的影响。因此，小班幼儿动手服务意识的培养更为关键。     

通过游戏培养幼儿良好的个性

意志品质、独立性和自信心是幼儿个性的重要方面,而怎样去培养幼儿这些方面的品质是一个任重道远的问题。因此,本文探讨了怎样通过游戏培养幼儿良好的个性。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
