防空反导导弹战斗部研制方案灰色聚类综合评价

依据防空反导导弹战斗部研制的特点,建立了战斗部研制方案综合评价指标体系。引入了效用函数和专家评估法分别对定量和定性评价指标进行统一量化,解决了评价指标意义、量纲不同且不同指标的评价值在量纲上悬殊较大的问题。提出了一种基于灰色聚类理论的防空反导导弹战斗部研制方案综合评估模型,利用德尔菲法与层次分析法相结合确定和计算评价指标的聚类权重,通过计算各方案的决策测度并进行比较,实现了对各研制方案的优劣性的评价。通过算例分析,验证了模型的合理性。

迷彩伪装效果的综合评估

为了实现迷彩伪装效果的评价,选择出与背景颜色具有更好伪装效果的图案,鉴于评价指标具有不同的属性,本文提出了基于灰色关联度分析的综合评价方法。首先将样本与背景颜色进行比较,选取颜色、亮度、形状和纹理等4项特征作为评价指标,然后利用灰色关联度分析得出了8张样本图案在3种背景图案下的4项指标排序,最后利用Borda数排序法,得出了8张样本图案在3种环境下的综合伪装效果的排序,从而寻找出适应范围更广的迷彩图案。     

综合评价的合理性问题

综合评价的合理性问题是决策的核心,在首先界定了综合评价的概念的基础上,以一个决策问题为例,提出在面临具体决策操作时,采用综合评价方法对各方案进行优劣排序中将要遇到的涉及综合评价合理性的15个主要问题·随后,就这15个客观问题,在简要分析的基础上,多以列示数学模型的量化方式,针对各个问题分别给出了具体的解决措施和建议·如为消除各评价指标量纲不同对综合评价结果的影响而建议采用四个指标无量纲化模型,为平衡出现在同一个评价问题中的极大型、极小型、区间型、居中型指标而需要采用的指标类型一致化模型,为解决各指标在评价中的“合成”问题而给出的适用不同评价环境的三个常用的综合评价模...     

考虑专家可信度的农村公路路政管理灰色综合评价方法

综合考虑农村公路路政管理的各项业务内容及其特殊性,建立了包含目标层、准则层、指标层的三级农村公路路政管理评价指标体系。从专家职称、从事行业、判断依据、熟悉程度、自信度等5个方面,运用考虑专家可信度的方法,对传统层次分析法进行改进,以确定评价指标的权重;并结合灰色多层次关联分析法和灰色聚类分析法建立了农村公路路政管理综合评价模型,对管理部门进行优劣排序和评价等级的确定。最后,通过枣庄市农村公路路政管理的实例,证实了该评价模型的可行性与科学性。     

改进的灰色聚类方法及应用

基于灰色聚类分析理论，采用区间化算予对聚类对象的特性指标规范化，改进了白化权函数的选取方法．通过选择规范的白化权函数，使得每一个评判子类对所有的指标只需设定一种白化权函数．新方法不仅解决了传统的灰色聚类方法计算复杂的缺点，而且有效地克服了当聚类指标的意义、量纲不同，且在数量上悬殊较大时，采用传统的灰色聚类方法可能导致的某些特性指标参与聚类的作用十分微弱的局限性．通过具体的应用实例验证了该方法的有效性．     

灰色评估模型在企业员工招聘与选拔中的应用研究

以灰色评估模型为理论基础,按照不同的决策指标对不同的评价对象进行打分,根据评分结果确定评价对象是否能够满足企业的需要,最后通过实例验证了灰色聚类决策方法的实用性.     

评价CJ20系列接触器动态性能之数据类型的适用性

将灰关联聚类分析法用于CJ20系列接触器动态性能评价,以9台CJ20-25型交流接触器为评价对象,实现动态性能的等级划分和优劣排序两种评价.提出针对"样本-相角-指标采样值序列"三维数据的算法步骤和公式,分别采用区间数和实数两种类型进行决策评价,并分析了这两种数据处理结果存在差异的原因.分析表明:灰关联聚类分析法用于评价动态性能可同时实现等级归属评价和性能优劣评价;在性能评价时考虑全相角范围,区间数算法比结合统计学实数的算法更易受极值影响;若研判特定相角下的性能,鉴于目前尚无公认统一的区间数排序方法,故结合统计学中实数算法的评价结果更合理.     

基于灰色聚类法的合肥市空气质量综合评价研究

基于灰色聚类方法提出一种城市空气质量的评价模型,利用该模型首先对数据的灰类限值进行标准化处理,然后确定白化函数,再结合白化函数和聚类叠加权重计算出聚类系数,最后按聚类对象的最大化原则归纳得出评价结果。用该模型评价合肥市2015年1月至2018年2月的日空气质量状况,与模糊综合评判法、空气质量指数(AQI)评价等级进行对比分析,结果表明:改进的灰色聚类模型克服了AQI评估中以最大污染指标代替总体水平的缺点,解决了评估层面边界信息丢失的问题和模糊综合评判法不确定的最大隶属函数问题,评估结果更符合实际情况。     

基于层次-聚类分析的水工设施遗存综合评价

以淮扬运河现存水工设施为研究对象,建立水工设施遗存综合评价指标体系,采用层次分析法确定指标权重,建立评价模型及等级评价标准.遴选出水工设施遗存36处,以灰色聚类法对水工设施遗存中25处闸类遗产进行了归类和分级,实现质化评价与量化评价的有效结合.采用灰色聚类法对水工设施遗存进行量化分析,计算方法简单,评价结果客观可靠,具有可操作性和代表性.在灰色聚类系数矩阵中,显示了水工设施遗存中闸类遗产综合价值的隶属等级,可更直观地体现遗存遗产价值的特点和规律.     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
