随着高校不断地扩招,学生质量逐年整体下降,高职生源差异化在逐渐加大.为了保证教学质量,提高数学应用能力和学生后续课程的学习,该校高等数学教学采用分层教学模式,即根据数学高考成绩将学生分为A、B、C3个层次,制定不同的培养目标、教学大纲,并结合数学分层教学模式的实施,对教学内容、教学方法和教学手段、对学生考核和评分等方面进行了探索与思考.以上措施的实施,较大程度上调动了学生学习数学的积极性,且学习目标更加明确,数学应用能力也有所提高.  相似文献

剖析了传统"黑板+粉笔"教学模式的局限性,提出应利用现代化教学技术手段,构建高职数学教学的新模式,提高高职数学的教学效率和教学质量.在此思路指导下,进行了教学试点与实践,对实验班与对照班入学后高职数学理论、实训成绩、综合应用等考试成绩进行了比较,初步验证了基于现代化教学手段的新教学模式对提高教学质量的效果.最后,分析了试点中存在的问题,提出了进一步研究的设想.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
