建立用毛细管气相色谱法测定面粉中BPO含量的方法,研究表明,线性范围为0.005g/L~0.10g/L之间,相关系数为0.9955,检测限为2.2μg,RSD为2.24%~3.18%,回收率为93.5%~96.8%.该方法简单、快速,能准确、有效地监测面粉质量。  相似文献

高碘酸钾分光光度法测定水中锰(Ⅱ)的改进   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
提出加入柠檬酸钠以掩蔽水体中Ca2+对锰(Ⅱ)测定产生的干扰,改进国家标准GB/T 11906-1989中高碘酸钾分光光度法测定水中锰(Ⅱ)的方法.结果表明:所建立方法的线性范围为0.20~20.00mg.L-1,相关系数R2为0.999 3,检出限为0.05mg.L-1,标准加入回收率为95.8%~101.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%~2.47%(n=3).  相似文献

针对聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)螯合物中钙含量的测定难题,研究了多种分析方法,发现PESA螯合物中的钙离子不能使铬黑T等金属指示剂正常显色,因而难以用EDTA直接滴定法和返滴定法测定。沉淀分离法、离子交换分离法、溶剂萃取分离法等分离方法均不能将PESA与钙离子有效分离。PESA对普通氧化剂很稳定,但HCl-HNO3的氧化效果非常好,因而PESA螯合物中的钙离子含量可用HCl-HNO3消解EDTA滴定法测定。该分析方法的测定结果具有良好的精密度和准确性,相对标准偏差范围为0.52%~1.56%,加标回收率范围为97.5%~102.0%,Cl-,CO32-,SO42-对测定结果无干扰。  相似文献

研究了Pb2+与S2-反应体系的Tyndall散射光谱.结果发现,在TritonX-100存在下,PbS微乳体系在396nm处Tyndall散射光强度与Pb2+浓度呈线性关系,据此建立了Tyndall散射光检测痕量Pb(Ⅱ)的新方法.方法的线性范围为9.44×10-3~5.5μg/ml,相关系数r =0.9991,检出限为2.83×10-3μg/ml,RSD=1.06%,样品加标回收率为94.00%~97.00%.方法简便,灵敏度高.  相似文献

重庆市都市圈大中型水库富营养化现状及评价   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
对重庆市都市圈6座水库的监测结果表明,所有调查的水库均具备了产生富营养化的条件.各水库Chla值范围为4.62~36.40mg/m3;TP范围为0.012~0.323mg/L;TN范围为0.005~5.94mg/L;SD范围为0.48~1.95m;CODMn范围为1.24~7.03mg/L.3种评价方法的相关性较好,综合营养状态指数法可作为评价水库富营养化的统一方法.评价结果:5座大中型水库中,达到重度富营养化的1座;轻度富营养化的2座;中营养水平的2座.这表明都市圈内大中型水库的富营养化程度已经相当严重.  相似文献

以中试规模的25 Nm3/h沼气压力水洗提纯实验系统为基础,耦合填料吸收塔/填料解吸塔和填料吸收塔/旋转解吸床两种工艺,研究解吸工艺对提纯性能的影响以及强化解吸的优化对比。塔/塔系统实验结果表明,当鼓风量Qa从0增至20 Nm3/h时,吸收塔的分离效率快速上升(产品气CO2体积分数y2至3%以下)而后趋向稳定,权衡效率与能耗下Qa与进气流量G的优化比值在3~4之间。在压力为0.85~1.15 MPa、温度为10~25℃、液气比1∶8~1∶5、进气CO2体积分数为35%~50%及进气流量为15~30 Nm3/h条件下,分析了解吸对分离性能的影响程度及机理,发现当进水CO2摩尔分数达0.000 1时相对纯贫液的传质单元数NOG上升幅度在15.7%~42.8%之间。通过塔/床系统实验得出当转速增至840 r/min时,y2快速下降至2.02%而后趋向稳定...  相似文献

针对受污染的水库水源水进行中试规模的生物陶粒滤池预处理实验研究。结果表明:生物陶粒滤池能有效地净化受污染水源水水质,对CODMn、NH3-N、NO-2-N、浊度、藻类总数、锰、THMFP等的平均去除率范围分别为19.3%~35%、89%~96.5%、97.5%~99%、57.5%~69%、60.1%~84.3%、59%~84.6%、10.4%~24.8%。其适宜的工艺参数为:水力负荷(滤速)4~6m/h,气水比0.75∶1~1∶1;反冲洗周期3~7d。  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.  相似文献

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
