用水蒸气蒸馏法提取没药挥发性化学成分.用毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行结构鉴定.从中鉴定出45个化合物,其主要成分为:4,5,6,6A-四氢-2(1H)-并环戊烯酮、1,5,9-三甲基-1,5,9-环十二碳三烯、4-乙烯基-4-甲基-3-异丙烯基-1-异丙基-环己烯、α-毕橙茄油烯、十氢-3A-甲基-6-亚甲基-1-异丙基-环丁[1,2:3,4]二环戊烯、脱氢香橙烯、1R,3Z,9S-4,11,11-三甲基-8-亚甲基双环[7.2.0]十一碳-3-烯、柏木烯、1-乙基-1-甲基-2,4-二异丙烯基-环己烯、7-亚甲基-2,4,4-三甲基-2-乙烯基-双环[4.3.0]壬烷、1,2,3,4,4A,5,6,8A-八氢-7-甲基-4-亚甲基-1-异丙基萘.  相似文献

从子囊菌亚门黄盾盘菌(Scutellinia ascoboloides)发酵液中首次分离得到8个化合物,其结构通过光谱学技术确定为:α-甜没药醇(1),pelandjauic acid(2),geranicardic acid(3),(4E,8E)-N-2'-羟基棕榈酰-9-甲基-4,8-sphin-gadienine(4),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3-酮(5),麦角甾-4,6,8(14),22-四烯-3-酮(6),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(7),麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(8).  相似文献

本文鉴定了胡罗卜籽挥发油中十八种化合物,其中1-环己-1-烯-丙酮、胡薄荷酮、醋酸苄酯、δ-愈创木烯、β-檀香烯、β-倍半水芹烯、N-苯基-2-萘胺作为胡罗卜籽挥发油成分尚未见报道。分离出两个单体,N-苯基-2-萘胺和细辛醚,光谱数据确证其结构。合成了γ-没药烯、气相色谱显示γ-没药烯以E式和Z式同时存在。  相似文献

该处采用水蒸馏法提取新疆产德国洋甘菊(Matricaria recutita L.)挥发油,通过GC-MS对洋甘菊挥发油进行成分分析。共鉴定出12种成分,主要成分为α-红没药醇B,相对含量为48.53%,其次是α-红没药醇A:25.49%,红没药醇A:18.89%,β-Vatirenene:5.73%,母菊薁:0.74%。成分分析结果表明,新疆产德国洋甘菊含有较高的倍半萜醇成分,占总含量的92.91%。  相似文献

建立气相和液相色谱方法用于鉴定α-没药醇(α-bisabolol)绝对构型,确定青蒿α-bisabolol合酶产物的绝对构型. 手性液相方法分离并制备α-bisabolol的4种立体异构体,结合旋光度测定、气相色谱和标准品确定4种立体异构体的绝对构型. 分别建立气相和液相色谱2种方法来鉴定α-bisabolol的4种立体异构体混合物. 化学合成酶促反应的底物法尼基焦磷酸(farnesyl pyrophosphate,FPP),原核表达、蛋白纯化后进行体外催化,鉴定2个α-bisabolol合酶体外催化产物α-bisabolol的绝对构型. 甜舌草α-bisabolol合酶(Lippia dulcis bisabolol synthase, LdBOS)体外催化FPP,产物构型为(+)-epi-α-bisabolol,与文献报道一致. 青蒿α-bisabolol合酶(Artemisia annua bisabolol synthase, AaBOS)体外催化FPP生成的产物为(+)-α-bisabolol. Agilent CP-Chirasil-Dex-CB气相色谱柱和Chiralpak IA液相色谱柱可分别用以分离、鉴定α-bisabolol的4种手性异构体. AaBOS和LdBOS的催化产物6位碳构型相同,暗示这2种酶与青蒿紫穗槐二烯合酶(Artemisia annua amorpha-4,11-diene synthase, AaADS)的催化机理类似. 利用气相和液相色谱的方法分析手性化合物,具有灵敏度高、稳定性强、简便易行等优点. 手性化合物α-bisabolol绝对构型的分离、鉴定,在医药、食品和化工领域具有重要意义.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
