为实现批量钻削工序质量在线监测和分析,根据钻削加工特性、切削刃与工件的接触受力状况以及多维监控信号的分析,将一个钻削过程划分为7个阶段。通过分析实验中功率信号和声信号在钻削过程中各阶段的变化特征,采用离散RMS分析和离散求导方法进行特征识别,提取与钻削过程7个阶段相对应的功率和声信号变化特征点,并建立钻削过程与监控信号的特征映射模型。研究结果表明:该模型可在0.7%的时间误差范围内找到钻刃刃尖切入特征点,0.05%的时间误差范围内找到钻刃完全切入特征点,1.2%的时间误差范围内找到钻刃刃尖切出特征点以及1.1%的时间误差范围内找到钻刃完全切出特征点,因此,可在1.2%左右的时间误差范围内,建立监控钻削加工过程中功率信号和声信号与钻削过程在时间上的同步映射关系。该模型可用于钻削过程与监控信号映射机理的进一步研究。  相似文献

大厚度碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)在大型飞机构件上应用广泛,经常需要对其进行大量的深孔加工.采用固定钻削参数加工工艺会导致钻削过程中热量严重累积,树脂高温软化,进而引起材料性能下降,严重影响制孔质量.因此为确定合适的加工工艺参数,研究深孔钻削过程中不同区段工艺对质量的影响,先对大厚度复合材料板钻削加工区段进行了划分,通过实验分析研究钻削过程中不同钻削阶段的热力学特性,得出了不同钻削阶段合适的钻削参数.在此基础上,以加工质量和效率为目标,提出一种分阶段变参数钻削大厚度复合材料板工艺方法,发现采用此种方法可以降低钻削过程产热以及出口位置轴向力,同时保证出口质量和孔壁质量,提高加工效率,是一种有效的新型加工工艺方案.  相似文献

为提高麻花钻对钛合金材料的钻削工艺,采用DEFORM-3D软件建立了麻花钻钻削钛合金的有限元仿真模型。应用正交试验分析了在钻削过程中,钻头直径、钻削速度、进给量3个因素对麻花钻轴向力的影响。采用极差和方差分析,确定了最优钻削参数组合并检验了各因素对轴向力的显著性。根据正交试验数据,利用MATLAB软件进行了多元线性回归分析,建立了钻削力的数学模型。通过经验公式计算与仿真数据的对比分析,为后续钛合金材料在实际钻削加工过程中钻削参数的选择、优化提供了理论依据。  相似文献

利用自行设计制造的激振装置和小直径内排屑深孔钻,成功地实现了对钛合金的轴向振动钻削加工,得到良好的加工效果,在对振动钻削和普通钻削的加工过程和试验结果进行对比分析的基础上,得出结论:振动钻削改变了钻削机理,改善了钻削条件,从而可明显地提高入钻定位精度,控制断屑过程,改善孔壁粗糙度和圆度,提高孔径尺寸精度,振动钻削非常适宜于加工小直径深孔。  相似文献

采用振动钻削的方法对微小孔进行钻削加工,设计制作了一台新型、高效的超声波振动钻削设备,在几种常见材料上,通过改变振动钻削参数,进行孔径为0.2 ̄1.0mm的粘削实验;借助扫描电镜,分析孔的表面和剖面形状,对普通钻削与振动钻削加工的孔进行了比较;从入钻过程、孔的尺寸形位精度、切屑切屑形式、孔的表面质量、钻头寿命等方面分析总结出微孔振动钻削的加工机理。  相似文献

钻削过程中在工件的出口处形成的毛刺严重地影响了工件的质量,制约着自动化加工技术的发展。由于在钻削毛刺形成过程中,钻头结构、受力情况非常复杂,采用传统的数学-力学方法很难建立其分析模型。首次提出利用材料失效模型建立钻削毛刺形成模拟的有限元模型,模拟结果得到的三种不同形态的钻削毛刺与试验取得了一致。模型的建立为主动控制毛刺优化选择切削参数及深入分析毛刺形成过程中工件材料内部弹-塑性变形及力学机制供了一种新的有效途径。  相似文献

通过振动钻削实验装置,采用普通麻花钻和螺旋面钻头在不同的振动钻削参数下对高温合金和碳钢进行振动钻削实验,分析基于螺旋面钻头普通钻削和轴向振动钻削条件下不同的断屑效果.并针对钻削中轴向钻削力和扭矩进行实验研究和理论分析,研究普通麻花钻和刃磨螺旋面麻花钻对加工过程的不同影响.实验结果表明:与普通钻削所得的切屑比较,振动钻削有利于断屑,切屑体积小,排屑顺畅;复杂螺旋面振动钻削中轴向力与扭矩比普通麻花钻小,其轴向力的变化过程也比普通麻花钻平稳.  相似文献

针对高温合金钻削困难、钻削过程中摩擦力大等问题,采用超声振动技术加工.首先,分析了超声振动减摩机理,构建了平均摩擦力与振动参数之间的关系,并得出了平均摩擦力与振幅之间的变化趋势.建立轴向超声振动钻削系统,利用该系统对高温合金进行钻削加工.结果表明:振动振幅对孔壁表面质量的影响符合超声振动钻削的减摩特性.利用优化后的振幅超声振动钻削,与普通钻削相比,切屑形态更加规整,孔壁表面粗糙度值更小,表面质量更好.  相似文献

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
