基于柔性的人力资源管理对组织绩效的作用研究

为响应内外部环境变化所造成的冲击,企业在组织架构及人力运用上都要保持适度的柔性以达到组织目的。作为生产力要素中的首要要素——人力资源成为企业柔性能力的关键,提高人力资源柔性水平成为组织提升竞争优势的重要方法。并且,随着战略人力资泺管理理论的不断发展。“柔性”取代“匹配性”成为战略人力资源管理框架的核心概念,将柔性引入战略人力赘源管理框架,成为战略人力资源管理理论和实证研究的新趋势,因而研究人力资源柔性及其作用具有较大的理论和社会价值。     

论酒店人力资源柔性管理

结合平衡计分卡研究人力资源管理问题,不仅有利于丰富人力资源管理实践,还可以丰富战略人力资源管理理论。本文以企业战略与人力资源管理的“协同性困境”为研究对象,分析了两者不能协同的影响因素,在此基础上最后提出了企业人力资源管理与企业战略的协同出路。

管理要适应时代的发展和需要 ,就要变传统管理为以知识的载体———知识工作者为本的管理。知识工作者具有不同于以往人才的特点 ,柔性管理就是以知识工作者为核心的新经济时代的新人力资源管理。她的“柔性”主要体现在柔性的组织结构、柔性的人员流动渠道、柔性的培训考核方式、柔性的激励机制和柔性的企业文化等管理手段和方式上。

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
