用水溶性烯类单体与丁腈橡胶直接共混制备吸水膨胀橡胶WSR(water-swelingrubber),并对WSR的亚微观形态、吸水膨胀特性、力学性能和浸水稳定性进行了研究。TEM研究证明,水溶性单体与橡胶共混可制得亲水组分在橡胶相中分散均匀的WSR;烯类单体的聚合反应活性越高,所制得的WSR的吸水膨胀率越高;其由丙烯酸钠与橡胶共混制得的WSR力学性能和耐久性与高吸水树脂/橡胶共混型WSR相似  相似文献

采用种子乳液聚合法合成了丁苯橡胶接枝聚甲基丙烯酸乙酯共聚物(SBR-g-PEMA)。通过与高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)共混,研究了共混物的力学性能和形态结构。结果发现,在共混物中随着SBR-g-PEMA含量的增加,共混物的抗冲强度和断裂伸长率进一步提高,而屈服强度未表现出明显下降,从而有效地实现了对HIPS的进一步增韧。形态结构研究表明,SBR-g-PEMA与HIPS的基体具有良好的结合力,其尺寸约为1~3μm,并与共混物的力学性能结果表现出很好的吻合。  相似文献

本文通过冲击试验、动态力学分析(MMA)、透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察,研究了聚氯乙烯/丁腈橡胶/苯乙烯。丁二烯。苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(PVC/NBR/SBS)三元共混物的形态结构和性能,并且讨论了两者之间的关系。NBR-29对PVC和SBS有较好的增容作用,与SBS一起对PVC有协同增韧效应。  相似文献

本文研究了三元共聚物MBS树脂和PVCNBS共混物的形态、结构及其相关性能。采用间歇加料法得到形态规整的核壳型树脂。改变三元组分比例和玻璃化转变温度(Tg)能大大影响PVC增韧效果,当B=42%时S:M=(34~30):(24~28)为宜。DSC测定结果表明:PVC与MBS的壳层PMMA能很好相容,从二相间的相容结构形态证实,共混物间形成良好的粘合界面层,通过透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)观察到PVCNBS共混体系由脆性转变为韧性的结构形态和形貌特征,抗冲击值可由纯PVC时的4kJ/m2增到MBS15份时的50kJ/m2以上。  相似文献

本文采用FT-IR、DSC、SEM、WAXD等手段对POM/COPA共混物的微观结构进行分析,并且对其力学性能进行测试.研究结果表明,在POM/COPA共混物中存在着氢键的相互作用,且氢键的相对强度随COPA含量的增加而增大,氢键作用使得微晶尺寸L_(110)及晶胞尺寸均增大.在氢键的相对强度低于1.5的范围内,COPA对POM具有增韧改性作用.  相似文献

研究了氯化聚乙烯与苯乙烯、丙烯腈的接枝共聚物(CPE-g-AS)对高密度聚乙烯/苯乙稀-丙烯腈聚物(HDPE/AS)共混体系热性能、力学性能及形态的影响,差示扫描热量法(DSC)测度表明采用CPE-g-AS作为HDPE/AS共混体系的增容剂增加了两相间的相互作用力,扫描电镜SEM照片显示分散相的粒子尺寸明显减少,CPE-g-AS有效的提高了共混体系的力学性能。  相似文献

用批量法合成了聚苯乙烯(PSt)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)均聚乳液,以及P(BA-St)和P(BA-MMA)共聚乳液.实验发现极性相近的PBA和PMMA乳液可以很好地混合,而极性相差较大的PBA和PSt乳液则必须在PSt乳液中补加乳化剂后方能混合均匀.对乳液最低成膜温度(MFT)、胶膜硬度及耐水性的研究表明:质量比为11的PBA/PMMA共混胶膜和P(BA-MMA)共聚胶膜的连续相组成相近;而对于同样组成的PBA/PSt共混胶膜,分散在连续相中的PSt所占比例明显高于P(BA-St)共聚胶膜;PBA/PSt共混胶乳的使用性能不仅取决于其组成,还取决于成膜温度和使用温度  相似文献

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women's language from these perspectives: pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women's language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. 理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。  相似文献
