下肢深静脉血栓患者同型半胱氨酸检测的临床意义

目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓形成与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的关系。方法对56例下肢深静脉血栓形成患者测定血浆HCY、叶酸、维生素B12等指标,并与62例健康对照者相比较。结果下肢深静脉血栓组的血浆HCY水平和凝血指标明显高于对照组,而叶酸及维生素B12水平则低于对照组(均P<0.01)_而且下肢深静脉血栓形成组中高血浆HCY水平患者的比例较对照组有显著的提高(P<0.01)。结论高同型半胱氨酸血症可能是下肢深静脉血栓形成的致病因素之一,导致高同型半胱氨酸血症的原因可能是血浆内叶酸和维生素B12的降低。     

老年人下肢术后深静脉血栓形成的临床分析

探讨老年人下肢术后深静脉血栓形成的机理和防治方法,分析了2011年2月至2015年4月共65例老年患者下肢术后深静脉血栓形成的临床资料,各类手术后发生下肢深静脉血栓的百分比。认为,老年人下肢术后深静脉血栓的形成与手术类型、术中操作、麻醉方式及术后是否早期功能锻炼、是否早期进行药物预防与机械预防有密切联系。

中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后小腿慢性溃疡32例

下肢深静脉血栓形成后，早期经过治疗，症状虽有好转，但仍有相当一部分的病人将遗留下肢深脉脉血栓后综合征，临床表现为每遇站立或活动后，下肢即肿胀、沉重，浅静脉曲张，小腿足靴区色素沉着，甚则溃疡形成，经久不愈。我院自1999年1月-2003年2月应用中西医结合治疗下肢深静脉血栓后小腿慢性溃疡32例，取得较好效果，报道如下：     

骨科患者并发下肢深静脉血栓形成28例分析

目的：探讨骨科病人如何预防、治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成.方法：取骨科病人下肢骨折及易发下肢深静脉血栓患者,临床上对其进行系统的预防、治疗.结果：骨科对易发下肢深静脉血栓病人经物理及药物治疗后疗效标准达优.结论：对骨科病人并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者进行积极的预防,对发病率的控制及治疗疗效的提高,减少严重并发症发生有重要的临床意义.     

46例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的溶栓治疗

目的:探讨急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的溶栓治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2006年9月至2008年3月收治的46例急性下肢深静脉血栓形成患者非手术治疗的资料.结果:临床治愈28例(60.9%),有效17例(36.9%),无效1例(2.2%),总有效率为97.8%(45/46).结论:绝大多数下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者可以经溶栓和抗凝为主的非手术治疗达到满意的治疗效果,关键是早诊断及早期合理用药.     

骨质疏松性骨伤患者术前下肢深静脉血栓筛查及影响因素分析

目的探讨影响骨质疏松性骨伤患者术前下肢深静脉血栓发生的相关因素.方法选取690例骨质疏松性骨伤患者,入院后24 h内行双下肢静脉超声筛查和D-二聚体浓度检测,并采取常规血栓防治流程;收集患者年龄、性别、骨折部位、合并内科基础疾病情况,分析与下肢深静脉血栓发生的相关性.结果股骨颈骨折患者中术前出现下肢深静脉血栓41例(13.85%),明显低于股骨转子间骨折患者(75例,19.04%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);男性患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显高于女性患者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);不同年龄段患者术前下肢深静脉血栓发生率之间差异无统计学意义(P0.05).骨折后24 h内下肢深静脉血栓发病率较高,19例(46.34%)股骨颈骨折患者出现下肢深静脉血栓,39例(52.00%)股骨转子间骨折患者出现下肢深静脉血栓,之后下肢深静脉血栓发病率明显降低.骨折后24 h内D-二聚体浓度300 ng/m L的患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率均明显高于≤300 ng/m L的患者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).股骨颈骨折患者中术前合并低蛋白血症、贫血的患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显高于未合并者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);股骨转子间骨折患者中术前合并心律失常、电解质紊乱、低蛋白血症、贫血的患者下肢深静脉血栓发生率明显高于未合并者,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论骨质疏松性骨伤患者术前下肢深静脉血栓发生率较高,应从急症诊断开始给予预防措施,避免危险因素,以降低术前下肢深静脉血栓发生率.     

不同类型的Budd—Chiari氏综合征的介入治疗

目的探讨不同类型Budd—Chiari氏综合征（BCS）的介入治疗方法及其临床价值。方法对89例Budd—Chiari综合征患者分别采用下腔静脉球囊扩张术（PBD）、下腔静脉球囊扩张和血管内支架（stent）放置术、经颈静脉行肝静脉成形术或肝内门腔静脉分流术（TIPSS）、经皮经肝和经颈静脉行肝静脉成形术及下腔静脉和肝静脉圾球囊扩张术、下腔静脉和肝静脉双支架放置术。结果治疗成功率为96％，术中无一例死亡及肺栓寒等严重并发症发生。结论1．Ⅰa、Ⅱ及Ⅲ型只需行PTA治疗，Ⅰb型采用TIPPS治疗，而Ⅳ型要PTA加stent治疗；2．Ⅲ、Ⅳ型病例行血管成形术前充分溶栓是必要的。3，B超引导下经皮肝静脉穿刺可提高穿刺成功率、减少并发症。     

Markedness and its Interpretation in Language Use

Language markedness is a common phenomenon in languages, and is reflected from hearing, vision and sense, i.e. the variation in the three aspects such as phonology, morphology and semantics. This paper focuses on the interpretation of markedness in language use following the three perspectives, i.e. pragmatic interpretation, psychological interpretation and cognitive interpretation, with an aim to define the function of markedness.     

Features of Women's language

Language is a means of verbal communication. People use language to communicate with each other. In the society, no two speakers are exactly alike in the way of speaking. Some differences are due to age, gender, statue and personality. Above all, gender is one of the obvious reasons. The writer of this paper tries to describe the features of women＇s language from these perspectives： pronunciation, intonation, diction, subjects, grammar and discourse. From the discussion of the features of women＇s language, more attention should be paid to language use in social context. What＇s more, the linguistic phenomena in a speaking community can be understood more thoroughly.     

An Analysis of Catherine＇s Character——Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights, Emily Bronte＇s only novel, was published in December of 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The book did not gain immediate success, but it is now thought one of the finest novels in the English language. Catherine is the key character of this masterpiece, because everybody and everything center on her though she had a short life. We can understand this masterpiece better if we know Catherine well.     

Lower Paleozoic oil relationships within Williston Basin, Canada

The Williston Basin is a significant petroleum province, containing oil production zones that include the Middle Cambrian to Lower Ordovician, Upper Ordovician, Middle Devonian, Upper Devonian and Mississippian and within the Jurassic and Cretaceous. The oils of the Williston Basin exhibit a wide range of geochemical characteristics defined as "oil families", although the geochemical signature of the Cambrian Deadwood Formation and Lower Ordovician Winnipeg reservoired oils does not match any "oil family". Despite their close stratigraphic proximity, it is evident that the oils of the Lower Palaeozoic within the Williston Basin are distinct. This suggests the presence of a new "oil family" within the Williston Basin. Diagnostic geochemical signatures occur in the gasoline range chromatograms, within saturate fraction gas chromatograms and biomarker fingerprints. However, some of the established criteria and cross-plots that are currently used to segregate oils into distinct genetic families within the basin do not always meet with success, particularly when applied to the Lower Palaeozoic oils of the Deadwood and Winnipeg Formation.     

低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度研究

理论推导与室内实验相结合,建立了低渗透非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度确定方法。首先借助油藏流场与电场相似的原理,推导了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度计算公式。其次基于稳定流实验方法,建立了非均质砂岩油藏启动压力梯度测试方法。结果表明:低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的启动压力梯度确定遵循两个等效原则。平面非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各级渗透率段的启动压力梯度关于长度的加权平均;纵向非均质油藏的启动压力梯度等于各渗透率层的启动压力梯度关于渗透率与渗流面积乘积的加权平均。研究成果可用于有效指导低渗透非均质砂岩油藏的合理井距确定,促进该类油藏的高效开发。
